This was the best call I made in my entire life. We had called another plumber who came out 3 times and said two water leaks from both bathrooms upstairs, we from the sealant in the showers. We resealed three times and the leak was only getting worse. Each call left us waiting a week.We called Pride Plumbing and in the first call, they came out lass than 24 hours later. Within the first appt, we had the first bathroom diagnosed and they started the repair. The second repair was done and fixed today and we feel so much relief!!Thank you for being accurate in the diagnosis, speeding in the visits, and quick in the repairs.

So thankful for my wonderful experience today with Jon and Brandon! Not only did they arrive a little early then than expected window but they fixed everything so it’s working perfectly. I own a small salon in town and all of our shampoo bowls and sinks were backed from years of build up. They worked so hard to find the problem and fix it. Since we’ve been hearing water running through our home for about a month. I reached out to Pride Plumbing, Steve came out on a Wednesday. Informed us it was a slab leak, the cost and all the details, pros and cons. After I determined it was best to just re-pipe our whole home since it is 34 years old. Instead of doing patch work, and end up paying more later.Steve explained the whole process in detail with me. Explained it would take 2 days, one day for the plumbing and one day to re-drywall.Steve scheduled his plumbers to come out the next day, Thursday to do the are-piping.Then the next day Friday the drywall crew came out and re-dry walked everything at not extra cost.Then the following week, Tuesday (today) they had a cleaning crew from Maids 2000 come out and deep clean our home (everywhere work was done). I was surprised they offered this and paid for it themselves.My wife was so pleased with the cleaning crew, she decided to hire them for a monthly service.Though all this, Steve kept in contact with me through every step of the way. He called and texted me to assure and follow up with me if everything going good.I couldn’t be more pleased with all 3 crews that came by that worked here in our home! I’ll define referring my friends and family to Pride Plumbing (Steve) if I hear anyone with plumbing needs! Thank You!

I scheduled a drain cleaning service since there was a summer special going on. Austin and Cruz arrived on time and worked fast. We discovered our house didn’t have a clean out built in, but it was no trouble for them, they took a camera and went in from our roof plumbing vents and discovered roots in our sewage line. They recommended a hydrojet service and I now have peace of mind. Courteous, friendly, and great work; I would highly recommend!

We highly recommend Pride Plumbing! We have used them multiple times for various needs. This time, thanks to Adams recommation, we had a Flagship water filtration system installed to replaced our broken down RainSoft system. Mr. Bill and his right hand man, Ethan installed it and went above and beyond by cleaning out all the debri in all our faucets, shower, etc. The debri nearly ruined our powerflush toilet but Mr. Bill wouldnt give up and, after hours of diligent work (at no extra cost), he fixed it, saving me a pretty penny by not replacing it. Ive said a lot but I cant say enough about the great service these guys provided us!

Jon Morel and his worker came out to my mountain home shortly after I called requesting an estimate for a water leak. He was informative and gave me a few options for the repair. I had a good feeling about Jon. He seemed honest, knowledgeable and caring. I hired him and they started a few days later. The project took 4 days. They arrived on time, told me what they would be doing that day and worked hard. They cleaned up the work area every night and posted safety tape, cones and plywood over the digging areas. Jon estimated 4 days for the replacement of my water line and they finished on the 4th day. He showed me where he had connected and explained the workings to me, even making it easier for me in the future. His workers were very polite and respectful. A really nice crew. I got a phone call from Big Bear municipal. They shut my water off after noticing a leak on the meter. I was assuming the worst since the pipes were galvanized and I was right. Not only did John from pride plumbing come over to our cabin within 24 hours of discovering the leak, but the entire job which included a brand new main line from the street, was finished within a week. Pride plumbing was very understanding about our financial situation and they gave me a great price. I feel very lucky that we used Pride Plumbing for this emergency. Thanks again and great job Jon!

The lady that answered was so polite and had enough knowledge to properly prepare me for what was to come. When Germaine arrived on site he was wonderful! I had to use the more expensive route for clean out but he did everything possible to try and keep it able lower cost not just trying to upsell more and more. He explained everything to me and unfortunately for myself I needed them to come back for a full drain pipe replacement due to wear damage. This next time Germaine was able to return himself with two other workers and all three were so professional and kind. I was sent full pictures and properly explained better maintenance and upkeep. Pride Plumbing was such a great experience I will for sure call them if I have some future work needed but thanks to Germaine, Cruz, and Morrison dont expect to for years!

Bill came out, double checked the other plumbers’ work, and diagnosed the actual problem. Turns out the other plumbers were trying to take me for a ride. Bill did not. Hes thorough, friendly, and awesome at his craft. I’ve got more work to do on the place, and I won’t shop around anymore. Bill is my guy.

I cant recommend Pride Plumbing enough, particularly Dan Lopez and his team. We found ourselves in a nightmare situation in which a city trees roots damaged our sewer lateral out in the middle of the street right next to the main line. The first plumbing company we called quoted many tens of thousands of dollars for what they promised was the only possible fix, which included breaking ground in the street. A few more plumbers came out and couldnt handle the problem, saying theyd need subcontractors for a high price. Dan got here, took a look, and was immediately confident that they could fix the issue without digging in the street for a small fraction of the cost. During the work, they uncovered a few other issues and took care of them all, finishing when they predicted they would and cleaning up nicely on the way out. The price for such a major job was very fair, especially with their reassuring warranty. Pride Plumbing has earned a loyal customer and Ill be recommending them to family and friends.

Upon Jons arrival he reviewed plumbing needs with me and provided quotes and proceeded in getting the jobs completed with skilled perfection in a timely manner. Jon was very respectful and professional throughout his work. Once each job was completed Jon provided a detailed summary with pictures of the stages of work completed. Throughout Jon was flexible with his schedule in his effort to accomplish the plumbing needs I had, which took about a day an half to complete. Detailed invoices with job pictures were provided via email once all jobs were completed. My only draw back, from my perspective, was the cost of the work...definitely on the high side. Jobs completed are noted above as part of this review. In summary, Pride Plumbing is a customer service oriented full service experienced professional plumbing choice Im certain to use again upon the need.Also, I previously used Pride Plumbing the summer of 2018, Mike, the owner was very customer friendly and accommodating to my needs/schedule when I called for service. Ryan, the technician was also very responsive and thorough with his work. He removed and replaced wall connection pipes and valves and replaced supply lines. He also removed an older toilet and replaced it with a provided new toilet, lastly, removed and resealed a second toilet and replaced tank parts as needed. All the while being sure to explain what he was doing as he worked. Simply put, all around great customer service supported by professional workmanship for a fair price. Teddy did a great job fixing our clogged toilet and also repairing our shower valve. Would use again for any plumbing in big bear lake. Was important this was done fast since it is an Airbnb of ours so I am happy we can rely on this company to get the job done correctly and fast.

He was very courteous and knowledgeable with the job task ahead of him which included cutting into stucco on the side of the house to do a pipe repair. Stephen did not do sloppy work. Upon walking outside my manufactured home early morning on Saturday 6/25, heard/saw water leaking from underneath. Immediately, I starting looking online for a plumbing company. First contacted a local Yucaipa plumber and was told “sorry the first available slot for an onsite inspection/estimate is Thursday 6/30”. Then noticed Pride Plumbing Services with awesome Yelp and Google reviews. I called the office and was told they would send someone out between 1:00 and 3:00 and he got here by noon.This was a huge relief as I had no clue what was actually going on under the house. Pleasantly surprised that within one (1) hour “Bill Hernandez” showed up, was super friendly and very professional. He proceeded to peek under the house and swiftly noticed that the problem was related to a broken filter attached to waterline for my refrigerator icemaker. Quick fix, he turned off the water to that waterline at “no charge” and mentioned that the repair estimate is roughly $300.00. I cordially thanked him and stated will consider the repair in the coming weeks.In summary, “Bill Hernandez” and Pride Plumbing Services went above and beyond to take care of me on a Saturday – very much appreciated and unquestionably deserve 5 Stars!

We had a great experience with Pride Plumbing! Matt Rhynes was the technician that repaired the leaking valve in our shower. It started as a slow leak and progressed to a fast leak after I tried to repair it myself. Shoulda known better! Matt was on time, pleasant, courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem, told us exactly what was needed to complete the job, and then gave us a ballpark figure of the charges, which ended up being an accurate assessment. He was expeditious in his work, then cleaned up the work area before leaving the jobsite. From a very satisfied customer!!!We hope that you never need to hire a plumber, but if you do, we would encourage you to call Pride Plumbing.

Had a great experience with Pride Plumbing. They responded to my yelp request within a few minutes and were able to set up an appt for the very next morning. They came out to my rental property where the sinks were clogged and had to snake it from the roof. Everything was taken care of and I was able to give payment over the phone. Was all done paperless and without me having to be there which was very convenient for me. I will definitely be calling them again with all my plumbing needs.

This company is reliable, friendly, and reasonably priced. Occasionally there are delays when the main office isnt in perfect communication with the guys in the field, but I think thats pretty much universal in a business like this. The work seems solid, cleanup is always good, and Bryan is always responsive and respectful. Great alternative to some other companies out there who do more advertising!

While I was in class out in Long Beach, I received a call from my moms neighbor stating that my moms garage was flooding and that water was pouring out onto the street. My mom lives in Grand Terrace and was not at home, so I had to drive out there to try to remedy this situation. I was feeling pretty anxious as we have had several issues with plumbing companies that performed less than satisfactory work. Since I am not from the area, my boyfriend suggested we look up some plumbers around the area who have had great reviews and feedback. This led us to Bryan Baumgarten at Prime Plumbing Services. We called pretty late in the afternoon so I was thinking at best someone would be able to come out the following day, which meant there would be no running water at the house. However, within about 45 minutes he was at the house. It is now the following day and the waterline is completely repaired and the cost was quite reasonable and more than fair! I now have him as my go to guy for any plumbing issues and have full faith he will do excellent work as proven today! Thank you Bryan so much! I am happy we found a great plumbing company!!! Used Pride plumbing when my water heater cracked. Stephen hill came to haul away my busted water and set us up with a temporary system. When it was time to reinstall the new water heater he did a fantastic job. He took his time was methodical, and made sure everything was done correctly the 1st time. I really appreciated him for doing that. Anymore now days everything is about how fast it can get done without any care regarded to whether or not the job is correct.
