They were AMAZING! I had a mother company come out and they said I needed new pipes and it was cracked and that’s the only way to unclog it etc. they came out and really assessed it and were able to unclog without spending thousands of dollars. I had one plumber out before Exact Rooter that was trying to sell me on everything he could, aqua jet, new line, etc etc. I just needed it snaked, my snake is only 50ft and didnt hit the clog. His snake was 75ft and still didnt hit it, I asked if he has a bigger one and he said no those are only for commercial jobs. I called Exact Rooter as a last ditch before renting one from Home Depot and going at it again myself. They brought a 150ft snake out and got the clog in less than 20 minutes. Steven was very nice, very quick and didnt argue with me or try and sell me anything once. At less than I would have paid out for home Depot and only a little more than I paid for the first guy, it was super reasonable and I will be adding them to my phone for future plumbing needs. A rare combination these days.Edit: 01/29/24Called Raul on a Sunday re: a water heater where the pilot wouldnt stay lit. He kindly walked me through some troubleshooting over the phone (on AFC/NFC playoff day no less!) and determined someone needed to come out. His son Steven came out the next morning and replaced a part and got it going again. Before doing this he made sure I understood that due to the age of the heater it may not work, requiring a new heater. This shows real integrity as others would have tried to talk us into a new heater. When we do need one, you can be sure Ill call Raul.Edit: 8/26/24Left a message via their website contact form on a Sunday evening and got a text response minutes later. Its nearly unheard of in the industry to get such a fast response, or even any response via a contact form. Steven came out first thing next morning and cleared the main waste line for a great price. Its also great that theyre here in Redlands.

Raul was a 1/2 hour early, when Raul arrived he went straight to work and had out main line sewer snaked within 15 minutes. The price was perfect and he cleaned up the work area before he left. What impressed me the most was he had the right equipment. He knew we needed a long snake to reach the citys main line. Everyone I called only had a 100 foot snake, Raul showed up with a 150 footer. Had to call them out for a clogged shower pan drain. They kept us informed of their arrival time. Once they arrived they got the job done for a very fair price. Exact Rooter is great.

Exact Rooter and Steven are fantastic. I have used them twice, both times were great. They are now my go-to plumber of choice. I used them first with a rental property. They coordinated with the tenant and got the repair done. The second time I used them was for a house that was about to close escrow. The realtor noticed a leak. Steven was on it and had it repaired the day escrow was closing. They always take pictures of the work that is going to be done and the finished work. Their invoices are super clear and include pictures. I have not met Steven yet since we handle everything by phone, text, and email. Five Stars! End of the day on a Friday is the last time you want a call to come in. I had a clog somewhere between the house and the street that flooded the house. Raul not only showed up with a smile he took the extra time to walk me through the entire process. He pulled the cover in front of the house and it was interesting to look down the manhole to listen and then watch as his helper cleared the blockage and the water started flowing. Further down the line there were some roots and by having me stand over the sewer line I could feel the vibrations as the rooter head munched through them.Because this ended up being an insurance claim I had to deal with an adjuster. I ended up having to call Raul back a couple of times to get more information on the particulars of the blockage; location, probable material, etc. He walked me through the answers to my questions with the patience that made me feel like there was not another thing in the world he had to do.The damage to the house will see me needing a plumber during the repair process as well as making some improvements as well as other changes. I will be Calling Exact Rooter and Plumbing again.

So was it the fridge? The original angle-stop was frozen—and that horrible half-plastic kind—so I had the angle stop replaced and shut off the water to the refrigerator.
