Advisor remodeled the shower enclosures in our two bathrooms. Their design suggestions were helpful and the final product looks great and functions perfectly. We were most impressed with how well managed the project was, from start to finish. They set up a calendar detailing what would happen when and stuck to it. Our project manager, Heather, was great at communicating with us throughout. Everyone we met from Advisor was pleasant and professional. The individual who did most of the actual labor, Ace, was outstanding. Finally, when the work was done, Advisor was great at cleaning up the job site. Hopefully, we dont have any more big projects anytime soon, but if we did Advisor would be the ones wed call.

An absolute stellar company. A family owned business that does the job professionally, and they wont stop until youre happy with it. They do what they say theyll do, show up on time, and communicate clearly and often. They did a total bath remodel for us and we couldnt be happier with the result. Id work with them again anytime.

We contacted several contractors for a rehab project for an elderly homeowner.Advisor Construction was hands down the easiest to work with, communicate with and nicest of all of the companies. They helped us come up with a great plan to complete the scope of work needed and kept the project in budget. Heather, Noelle, Pat, and everyone at Advisor Construction was great to work with. They are professional, highly skilled, reliable and keep in contact through the entire project. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

Advisor Construction recently completed Phase 1 of our beautiful home remodel to include new hardwood floors, casing trim, wainscoting and an entire kitchen renovation (complete gut and rebuild, including raising ceiling). From the initial consultation through the final walkthrough the entire team was so professional and was genuinely committed to ensuring our complete satisfaction. They were always punctual, courteous, and genuinely invested in delivering a superior result. Our project turned out to be gorgeous and we are looking forward to collaborating with Advisor Construction team again on our Phase 2 as they are a rare blend of integrity, strong work ethic and dependability. The Advisor Construction Crew is top notch! Eric is what professionals strive to be. He responded quickly to our call. Promptly gave us a fair and accurate bid and stayed responsive through the entire process.His team showed up on time, and worked nearly 12 hours with just a short lunch break. Completing from the ground up an 8 x 8 shed style chicken coop. They came fully prepared.We spent more than 20 years as property managers and in that time have had countless jobs done with contractors. The work I had done by this company is worthy of a review. To start the project was not simple as it was a major deck repair for a deck a lot of contractors would have deemed to be replaced. The work done was excellent. Will, Heather and Wade as well as the onsite team did a great job. I encountered a conflict during the process for something I misunderstood, and Will managed this gracefully and left me with confidence. I recommend Advisor Construction as a honorable team with good integrity and work. Thanks for your help. 6 stars!

I cant say enough good things about this company. They are amazing all around. The office staff is friendly, helpful and quick to respond. The job estimator was quick to come out and give the bid and offer design suggestions. I received a few bids from other companies but ultimately went with Advisor because they offered financing suggestions and the told me they dont jump around from job to job and would start and finish in one set. (Another company told me they do jump around and it would be 4 to 6 weeks, advsior was done in 7 working days) They were only booked out a few weeks and gave me suggestions on where to purchase my furnishings and supplies including tile. The day of demo they had my bathroom demoed by noon. They worked quickly and efficiently. We worked with Cole, one of the owners, Ace and Wade they were all awesomeAce did the biggest chunk of the project. Ace was so considerate of us and our children who were home and mindful of our needs. He was so good at his work and we could not be happier with the outcome. Our bathroom is beautiful and we will hire Advisor again in the future! 5 STARS! THANK YOU!!

I had Advisor Construction install my new dishwasher and repair the siding on the exterior of my home. They did an excellent job! I’m very happy with their expertise and customer service. I was referred by Wallner Plumbing and I’m so happy I called them. I WILL use them again in the future when I need more work done. Give them a call you’ll be happy you did!

Great experience with this company from start to finish. They replaced windows and siding for an entire side of my house from fire damage. Eric was easy to deal with. He checked in throughout the project and even came by after the fact to make sure the final inspection was passed. Very knowledgeable employees who answered my many questions clearly. They checked in daily to let me know, what the plan was for the day and what the next step was at the end of the day.City inspections were performed and passed with ease. Inspector and my roofer both commented on the great quality of the construction.I highly recommend Advisor Construction.

Could not have asked for better. The crew is professional and very friendly. They were very thorough. Worked hard. Prices were good. They took pride in what they did and made sure we were pleased with the work. Id happily hire them again and recommend to others. The work they did for us was fixed and replaced wood rot on roof gutter fascia, painted wood to match, added gutter down spouts, replaced and repaired cracked roof tiles, etc. Every thing they did was on time, just as they promised.

Advisor Construction recently completed a window-replacement project at my home, and they did a fantastic job. From start to finish, the entire team was positive, professional, responsive, and a great pleasure to work with - estimator, project manager, office staff, construction superintendent, and carpenters. Advisors estimator and project manager worked with me up front to identify and discuss options for window replacement, and I greatly appreciate their input in supporting my decision. The entire team was very proactive in communicating schedule and cost, managing field changes and contract change orders. The field crew was always on time, did excellent work, cleaned up at the end of each day, and completed the work on schedule, beautifully done. Advisor Constructions team is full of really good people who work very well together, and they were truly committed to giving me, the client/homeowner, a high-quality end-project - which they did! This team is the real deal. They answer the phone, with a real voice (Eric) when you call, they come out to your home promptly, they follow through, the estimates are fair, and (Ryan) they do wonderful work! We are so pleased with the leak they fixed under our sink; and they made the space pretty and like new again. We couldn’t get a contractor, or really anyone we called and left message with, to call us back. They offer the service that somehow has become void, as a norm, in the contractor/handyman space.

I cant say enough good things about this company. We had a fireplace company come out to give us a bid on replacing the chase cover (outside) because it was loose and flapping everytime it was windy. We ordered the replacement parts and were booking into January. Fast forward to today we went outside and the entire giant chase cover (79 inches x 44 inches) had completely fell off the chimney/roof and was lying on the ground bent and leaving our interior fireplace exposed to the rain and elements. We called the original fireplace company and begged them to come cover it or put the old cover back up for us and the best they could do was 2 weeks from now. It started sprinkling rain within hours and I gave Advisor construction a call. They were out here within 1 hour and had the old cover put back on, secured with new longer screws and wrapped with ratchet straps to prevent it from coming up again. We were in such a pinch and couldnt believe how fast and diligent the team at Advisor worked! Thank you to Sheryl, Heather, Cole and John. Rockstar service!! Thank you!!!
