    I had a water leak in my kitchen that I didnt notice right away, which led to mold growing on our kitchen walls and cabinets. I called Kyle and he came out, identified the issue - dried out our house and fully removed the mold. It even inspired us to repaint.He was on top of it, making sure we were taken care of and his team was great to work with throughout the process.

    Kyle and his team are absolutely amazing!     I have hired Kyle of NorCal several times on behalf of my retail clients to handle commercial flood & mold remediation jobs as well as floor replacements & repairs. They have always done an excellent job! They possess the expertise and equipment needed to effectively respond in an emergency situation. They provide turnkey service by being able to handle the resulting repairs as well. NorCal is my first choice for restoration services in the Redding, CA area. I highly recommend them to any prospective customers!

    In October of 2019 we discovered a water leak in the wall behind the dishwasher. Mold was found, so we called NorCal. Kyle arrived within the hour, and found extensive water spread under the flooring, through out the kitchen. We ended up having to gut the kitchen, and do a complete remodel due to the damage. Kyle handled everything, from the repairs and remodel to dealing with the insurance company. And I know from experience, that I never would have been able to get as much money from the insurance company as Kyle did. He knows the system. A lot of people complain about how much contractors charge, but hiring Kyle was probably the best money I have ever spent.

    We purchased a house in November and during the heavy rains, we discovered a leak that was not disclosed. I called Kyle and his team responded within 2 hours.They identified the issue, established a plan, and immediately began to dry the area and mitigate further water damage. They were professional, knowledgeable, polite and kept us informed regarding the insurance process. They were even willing to assist the insurance adjuster with his inspection to ensure the whole issue was properly documented.Dont look anywhere else. These guys are the best

    The owner of a commercial office building recently walked into our office asking us to take over management of the building immediately. I visited the building and quickly realized why she was in such a rush. There was a major leak under the building. Jim from NorCal able to meet me at the property the next day and was able to remediate problem quickly and efficiently. They made me look like a hero to the owner and tenants.

    NorCal Construction & Restoration did a great job navigating through the insurance claim. I had to do very little, which was nice given my busy schedule. The insurance companys estimate was extremely low as they tried to only repair a small portion of the water damage. NorCal worked with my insurance company, performed an extensive evaluation, and showed my insurance company the entire kitchen required repair. Their evaluation was spot on and the work performed was done professionally.
