We are very happy with the service we received form SoDak Plumbing in Rapid City. Ben called before showing up and arrived on time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. As first time home owners of a 1954 house my wife and I knew itd need some TLC and updating. With that in mind, plumbing scares us, and it seemed the more we looked the more issues popped up. We reached out to SoDak Plumbing and Ben was a rockstar. Got us scheduled for an in depth inspection quickly and the repairs quickly after that. Throughout the process I was thoroughly impressed. Ben knows his stuff and hes a professional in knowledge, practice, and demeanor. He not only fixed our issues, but explained how they can happen, and preventative measures to keep our plumbing healthy in the future. He kept me updated as he worked and showed me where the previous plumbing had failed, and how he was going to fix it. I cannot begin to recommend him enough. If you have any sort of plumbing issues, give SoDak Plumbing a call, I know theyll be who we call in the future. Thanks again Ben!

He was on time and did a great job installing our bathroom sink faucet and replaced the shower faucet cartridge. He explained the issue, what caused the issue and what he was doing to fix them. Matt was incredible...called before coming, replaced our water heater, expansion tank, water line to our refrigerator...all which was done by the previous owner and the previous owner ...really sucked as a DIYer!!!... They came out to my home back in May 2023 and not only explained what I needed and why but did such a great job dealing with my animals (my cats were his supervisors) and kept his work area as clean as possible and cleaned up after! I even busted the faucet after and it was replaced that same week. These are the people to call for any plumbing needs. Quick, efficient and they call you back! Great work for the prices.

We are completely satisfied with the service we received from Bayz Plumbing. When our new washer arrived, the installer couldnt do the remove old/hook-up new because our washers faucets and pipes were rusted and frozen in place. I called Bayz and Ben (owner) returned my call in less than 10 minutes. He scheduled an appointment for the next day, called me when he was on the way, and arrived promptly. He clearly explained all the work to be done, answered all our questions, and provided a clear written estimate of the job. We were so impressed we asked if he could look at a different plumbing job (for another time). Ben said No problem, Ill do it now! We needed our old garbage disposal removed and see if repairs could be done for the multiple on-and-off leaks under our kitchen sink. Ben put covers on his shoes, came into the kitchen, checked it all out, and gave us another detailed estimate. We hired him for both jobs on the spot! Everything was completed quickly and smoothly, and both areas were spotless when Ben was done. As a matter of fact, we ended up on hold with the washer delivery people (to reschedule the install) longer than it actually took Ben to FIX those faucets! We couldnt be happier with his professionalism, responsiveness, and high quality of work!

Ben has come out to our house twice the first time to do the plumbing for a double vanity and just yesterday to repair our water heater. He is always so professional and comes out to the job ready to work and is so quick! I called yesterday and he replaced the water heater the same day. I’ve called a handful of other people before we found Ben and they would never call me back or show up when they say they will. SoDak Plumbing is fast reliable and does the job perfectly!!

When moving to town, we faced the challenge of finding a reliable plumber in an unfamiliar area. Fortunately, we discovered SoDak Plumbing and scheduled an appointment for the installation of a tankless water heater and water softener. From the moment Ben arrived, laying down protective coverings and shoe covers, it was clear we had made the right choice. Bens professionalism and expertise has been shown throughout the various projects he has completed for us. His punctuality is commendable; I received a call or text prior to the appointment and he arrived within 23-24 minutes. We currently have contractors working on our house, who prefer to use their own plumbers. However, Ben has set a standard that others do not match. We have come to appreciate the knowledge, cleanliness, and punctuality that define SoDak Plumbing. Without hesitation, we highly recommend SoDak Plumbing and wish we could award them more than five stars.

Our plumbing we know a guy from now on!Our hot water heater started leaking a few days before we were supposed to have family visiting. Ben came out the same day I called to look at our current hot water heater and give us a quote. My husband and I were kicking around the idea of switching to a tankless since we were replacing it anyway. Ben went above and beyond, getting us quotes for both the tank and tankless water heater replacement the same day. He even tracked down a very hard-to-get brand and model because we had mentioned it while talking to him. We decided tankless and scheduled the replacement for the day before our guests arrive. Ben was amazing getting everything completed in one day with plenty of time for a detailed explanation of the new system and answers to all of our questions. His workmanship is very impressive, as is his attention to detail. He is a true professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.
