    Ive had two separate issues that have been fixed by BlackFlag and I will be honest, I will never call another plumbing company again! I highly recommend this plumbing company to anyone in need of a good, honest and professional service! We ran into a few issues when trying to fix my water heater and Billy communicated everything he was doing and was prompt when I called him to get back in touch with me! Although I ended up needing a new water heater, Billy gave me a great price for installation and Im very pleased!

    Highly recommend Black Flag Plumbing! I contacted several plumbers to replace my water pressure regulator. It’s a standard easy fix and was in an easy accessible place to fix. Other plumbers wouldn’t give me an estimate range on a standard fix. So I ended up having a plumber charge me a service fee just to take a look and give me a quote which ended up being 65% more than Black Flag Plumbing. I’m SO glad I found Black Flag Plumbing! He gave me a price range over the phone (granted it’s a standard fix and if something else was needed, the price would change), but it let me know he wasn’t trying to rip me off. Their pricing is good and fair, James was knowledgeable and walked me through what he was doing. Quality work!

    This company was here the same day I called in for service from Home Serve. The owner was very understanding and talked to me like I was a human being and not stupid. That right there gives him 100% no matter what. Being a female and being alone sometimes gets difficult with people and how they perceive you, but this gentleman was sincere and open.     My husband and I were very impressed with James, the plumber who serviced us from Black Flag Plumbing. He totally knew what to do for our problems. A very knowledgeable man! He is a very fast and efficient worker! He was also personable and you could tell he cared about what was going on with our problems.He also took time to explain a mechanism on our faucet tubing or anything else we were in question about. We had been changing the furniture around in our basementand when it came time to turn the main water valve off, he didnt hesitate to dig right in and start moving furniture that had totally blocked the water main. We totally recommend James to anyone who needs help with their plumbing!!!

Plumbing was out there immediately identified the problems and reported To home serve immediately I like that he did not try to put a Band-Aid on the problem. We need an excavator and pipes replace.
