If you want the job done right the 1st time, call these guys.I recently had plumbing issues and originally called another company that ended up having to come out twice because the first time they caused a bigger issue and werent able to get the job done. I then called Action Mechanical, explained the situation, they sent out 2 employees who pin pointed the problem right away and got everything running smoothly. The guys were both respectful and more importantly both were knowledgeable in their field and knew what they were doing. They took the time to explain what was going on with my system and let me know what needs to be done to prevent the issue from reoccurring in the future.I appreciate your diligence, great customer service and reasonable and affordable rate!

I’ve used Action Mechanical for a few years now and cannot be more pleased with their service! Every technician that has done services at our home are always pleasant, kind, and professional.We recently did our HVAC system check up, and the technician that did the service was kind enough to explain, not only to my partner but also to me that he recommended a different type of air filter to save on energy costs and so that the system wouldn’t have to work so hard. He went out of his way to ensure we both got the information! ⭐️ Our water heater recently went out and my first call the next morning was Action Mechanical. They sent their plumbing manager out in a timely manner to inspect and estimate that morning. I called back to get on their schedule and had expected to have a new water heater in a few days. They were able to get two technicians over to my house and install that afternoon! By the time we were done with work that day, we had a working water heater ☺️ Every time I’ve called to schedule a service, the scheduling staff and receptionist are always friendly and helpful! 🤩 I’m sorry, I wish I could recall names of the individuals as I would definitely give them the recognition as well!!

Moved over from Loyal Plumbing after being told our water heater had to be replaced for a couple grand. Action Mechanical sent someone over for an hour and fixed the pilot light no questions asked and thanked us for the business without trying to sell us something we didnt need. The guy from Loyal Plumbing asked us for tools so he wouldnt have to go out to his truck. We asked Adam if hed need anything while he was here and he had come prepared, professional and ready to work. After our experience with Loyal Plumbing we were so grateful to have a professional come get it taken care of so painlessly. The bill was fair too. Thanks.

These guys are fantastic! I have been with them since we moved to Rapid in January and the house had a frozen pipe that broke! They came out super fast and fixed it in a reasonable time. It was a weekend, but they were very good about keeping the costs down. I have never had any problems with them at all! They always call before coming and will always call if they are running late. I love these guys!

Zach and his apprentice were very nice to work with, a simple fix that I did not realize solved my water leak issue and he gave me advice for things to try before having to make a call again in the future. When I do have a need for a plumber again, I will be calling these guys because they will help you learn and only perform services if they are needed.Also, they were the only plumber I could get on site for this non-emergency repair within 24 hours of my call.

After a week in our newly purchased house, we discovered leaking water. I called the 24 hr service line and Nick was very helpful. He was at the house at 7 am the next morning. He fixed what he could that day. He returned with all the parts needed for the other issues and went above and beyond to help us. He was professional and polite. He answered all of my questions and gave us suggestions for other money saving improvements.

We had a fiasco with our heating and cooling system. We were left without it for over a week in 90 degree heat! Our Home Serve company that we pay $45 a month to to cover major systems in our house if they fail, dropped the ball badly and that is a whole other story. Action Mechanical on the other hand was calling daily to this Home Serve and when they got the go ahead the job was done timely, accurately and professionally. They came out to repair a bunch of leaking pipes in my basement, cut my internet cable and tried to hide it by wrapping the cable up and hiding it behind a pipe. They said they unclogged my bathroom sink because it was draining slow. The day after they left the u bend came off completely underneath the sink getting everything wet. I called and let Action Mechanical know about both issues and they came out on the weekend to fix the pipe, and I got two bills! One for the regular work they did, no mention of my cut cable, and a bill with weekend pricing for the pipe they unclogged. However, after I called back they took care of my weekend bill.

This summer, we had to have our in-slab cold air return ducts sealed off and new ducting routed through the wall, and the experience with Action Mechanical HVAC guys had been great. From the estimate provided by Chris and his willingness to indulge the whims of our insurance adjuster to the work performed by his crew to uninstall our furnace, build a return box, the cold air return, and re-install the furnace, everything went very smoothly. Everyone we worked with was professional and courteous, and the work was completed in a timely manner. If we ever need any other HVAC work done, Chris and the crew would be our go-to service.
