    Had a main line issue and called about 4pm. I live about 35 miles away and Travis showed up around 5:30-6 which I thought was pretty good. Service from Travis was excellent. He was professional, friendly and answered all my questions. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

    I have used Rapid Rooter twice. Once a few years ago and had an excellent experience. The second time was yesterday.I have a rental property that had a tub that was backed up and heavily corroded from hard water. One of my renters was coming the following weekend so I needed it done urgently. The lady said she could get me in no problem. Great, what a relief! I called the office gal last week and she took my info and told me someone would be out in a week. I waited a couple hours after the scheduled time, so I called the office and she told me their system had crashed and lost my appointment. Sucks but at the same time I was depending on them. She said someone would be out there that day. To my surprise they sure were and it was a quick fix! Outstanding integrity! I was able to have my tub fixed and did not have to cancel on my renters. They really pulled through to me and I will always call Rapid Rooter!

    I had a backup into my home from clogged baffle in septic tank. Rapid Rooter is outstanding! The staff is very friendly and professional. They didnt charge me for a return trip a few days after initial visit. I would rate this company higher if there were more than five stars!

    I used Rapid Rooter today, as I had an emergency, and they were absolutely the Best! The Receptionist/Scheduler was so friendly and helpful and Pete, the Technician was on time, very neat and clean and absolutely went above and beyond the work I expected. To find someone so fast and so good and very reasonable is just a blessing and these guys are for sure! Thanks so much...would recommend to anyone!

    We had Travis with Rapid Rooter come out to check out drain issue at our house. He was very knowledgeable and polite! He walked us through everything and gave us tips on some preventative maintenance we should be taking. Will definitely use again!

    They we’re about an hour and a half later than when they said they’d arrive. However, and I cannot express this enough, we were extremely grateful they accommodated us same day! Once they did arrive they did a great job and were able to quickly clear our blocked line and get us back to being able to use our plumbing. We would absolutely use them again.

    We had a really bad main line blockage. I tried everything, 50 ft auger etc. Chance got here early and went straight to work. He kept at it until this cumbersome job was complete. Very prompt, very professional. We are 50 miles outside Rapid City. Even with the mileage, it was a very reasonable charge and well worth it. Thanks Again.

    Travis was my main tech and he was here early (on time!) and gave me options for price and how I wanted to proceed to unblock my drain. They were done in a timely manner and he even did me a favor in cutting a small notch on my street clean out for the locator wire so my cap wouldn’t break again. Very kind and spent a few minutes talking to me about preventative measures and what to do if there is another issue. They will come back for free within 90 days if the issue happens again.     We had problems with our RV’s sewer line. We called Rapid rooter and they promptly, efficiently and professional helped us with our problem.     Pete Syverson is literally my hero!!! My wedding ring was accidentally flushed down the toilet (long story) and I thought it was lost forever. We were not even sure if it really did get flushed or was dropped somewhere in the house. This was our last resort and didn’t have high hopes. When I got to my parents, there is was!!!! 20 feet away from going into the main city sewer line and lost forever. I balled my eyes out and have never been more relieved. Pete needs a raise and I recommend to anyone!

    We had been dealing with a backed up kitchen sink and couldnt find anyone who would come out and work on it! Came across Rapid Rooter as recommeneded by someone on a Facebook post, called them, they sent someone out within a few hours! And our sink is fixed! Very happy with the customer service, and the price was very reasonable as well.

    Just had my main sewer line cleaned out by Rapid Rooter. David the Owner came out to clean the massive amount of tree roots causing the nasty backup of sewage into my rented home. He was incredibly friendly and a fast worker. He has a great deal of knowledge about the local area and even shared some of his expertise with me. Would highly recommend and will only use his services when, not if, I need them again. Five Stars!

    Houston Hays did an awesome job! After a long day at work and coming home to a clogged drain and backing up from the floor drain. I wasn’t happy for that to add to the top of things. Called this awesome company and Houston came over and fixed it pretty fast. Very professional! That’s why I always call this company to come fix whatever might happen next. Fast and professional.

    One time I called them for a sewer line inspection and they provided the info I need for a home inspection.A couple months later after moving into my new home, one of the lines from the kitchen sink going down to my washer was clogged. Called them and they remove the clog. Very professional.

    We had a problem develop in the Drain from our house (Washer/Dishwasher/sinks/bathtubs/showers) over this past weekend. Sand from somewhere and other debris came up our floor drain and only the toilets would drain.The tech came promptly on time and was very helpful in fact we have no issues with the service at all period but in our particular instance where the problem was perdy much resolved even before he unloaded his equipment a $65.00 to even $80.00 service call would be fair but the $138.45 seems out of line.To be clear we would 100% recommend them to anyone for prompt, professional work its their charges we have issue with and the only reason they got a 4 star rating.Im not one to complain or bellyache over charges for work performed but sometimes it goes over the relm of what is fair or right and in my opinion this is one of those times.

    Excellent response time and service. I placed a call to the answering service at 11 pm and received a call back from Travis 5 mins later. Scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Travis arrived on time, thoroughly explained the issue, and resolved the problem. He was professional and courteous. I will definitely reach out if I have any plumbing issues in the future.
