We had a wonderful experience working with Jason and NC Rebuild. He replaced our roof, gutters, some siding, repaired a lot of window trim and painted the exterior. He was very communicative and upfront about what work we needed to focus on. He was personally engaged throughout the entire repair and his crew left our property in great shape every day. I received compliments from neighbors on the crew’s workmanship. He was patient with all of my questions and personally inspected the work to make sure we were happy. We are using him again for some interior repairs and paint. We were referred from a friend and highly recommend.

Jason took great care of my parents a few years back, they couldn’t stop raving about the experience. They recently had a small leak around a bay window. I called and they came out right away and did a thorough inspection and did some preventative work to prevent possible future leaks. They made us feel like a priority, were great communicators and everything else you’d want. A+, highly recommend for any size job!

The team at NC Rebuild was wonderful! Jason came by to give us a free estimate on our roof which needed replacing. He noticed wind/ hail damage. He and his team fought tirelessly for months with our insurance company to finally get the entire roof replaced and fully covered by insurance. His team replaced our roof (including the wood under the shingles), replaced all the gutters, did some repairs around the house, replaced some siding, and painted. He was very professional. In an industry where we found folks werent always responsive, Jason was VERY responsive and answered all calls, texts, and emails immediately (and was happy to answer our insane amount of questions). He did the work in the time frame he said he would and was more of a perfectionist than we were. He and his crews were extremely professional and great to work with. I can not recommend Jason and team enough.

Loved working with this company. Jason was awesome, gave us a great quote for siding repair and painting. He was also able to work with us so that we could get our house on the market. We found Jason at NC Rebuild through a friend. Jason first installed a new roof and gutters with leaf guards three years ago. He was helpful in choosing the right shingle and shingle color which was a definite improvement to what we had. We love the gutter guards. They work very well in keeping the pine needles from accumulating. No more climbing a ladder,When we wanted our deck rebuilt, we called a Jason. The job was done in a very timely manner. His crew just finished staining the deck and it looks great.Jason insists on his crew doing quality work. He may be more particular than I am. 😊. He is very responsive to any concerns and quickly addresses any problems. We would highly recommend NC Rebuild.

Jason Hagens of NC Rebuild is easy going, was responsive to my concerns, competitively priced, attentive to details, very knowledgeable but most importantly, honest.I did not get the impression he would nickle and dime me to death with unforeseen issues and drive up the cost of my project like other bidders for the job did. My impression was correct.His crew is highly competent and delivered a job well done. The after project punch list consisted of one item which was cosmetic and immediately corrected. I would use NC Rebuild again.

Jason worked with well with our ins co. Crew arrived on time and left our yard and vegetation looking like no one had been there (everything looked great and no nails lingering anywhere in the yard). Everyone was very friendly and considerate. Completed when scheduled and on time. We used NC Rebuild to replace our roof (hail damage) and put up seamless gutters at the same time. Jason came out a few months later just to make sure we were satisfied - great customer service!

Working with Jason with NC Rebuild is everything youre looking for in a contractor. He came out to give us an estimate for all new hardieplank siding, painting and gutters, and was completely honest by letting us know we really didnt need to replace all our siding. He saved us thousands compared to the other quotes we received because of his honesty. He will have his subs come back until the work is done up to his standards, which is top quality. He is super responsive and is there for any questions you have and to make sure everything is done correctly for the finished product. He stands by his work and it shows. I would recommend NC Rebuild 100x over, and will be to all my clients that are buying or selling a home

Jason did cedar siding repair and staining for us. He is prompt, thorough and professional. The job was very well done but what impresses me the most is that Jason helped me out six months later with some key advice on a solar panel installation that another company was doing. He recommended ways of Hardening the roof to be able to withstand another event. I was totally pleased with Jason , and NC Rebuiled, he kept us informed on the process. I originally called NC Rebuild after a big storm that knocked shingles off my roof and in no time Jason was at my house with my insurance adjuster checking out my roof which ended up having more damage then I had thought. I had a roof leak that needed to be repaired, so I called a few places in the area and either had to be called back just for an estimate, or I had to leave a message on a machine. I called NC Rebuild Inc and Jason answered the phone. I told him my situation and he said that he could be here to fix it in 20 minutes! He arrived on time with all of his equipment, assessed the situation, and gave me a very fair price for what he planned to do to fix my leak. He began to work right away and when he was done, he even showed me before and after pictures of everything he did. He also noticed a couple of things that needed to be caulked, so he did those out of kindness and prevention of any other leaks. I was so pleased with his professionalism as well as his friendliness. I would recommend NC Rebuild Inc to anyone and will definitely be using them again for any future roofing needs.

I had a leaky vent pipe and actually approached Miles at a gas station as he was driving an NC Rebuild truck. He literally came right over to the house and inspected my roof and found hail and wind damage. Since there were recent storms he suggested I call my insurance company and long story short, within two weeks insurance covered my full roof replacement. His team was amazing- six guys on my roof, worked non-stop and the result was so great that my neighbor and someone a street over used NC Rebuild for some work. Theyre the real deal and were thrilled with the process.

I heard their radio ad on 99.9 and liked the PSA so I consulted with them about re-siding my house in Cary. Jasons price was fair, his presentation reassuring and they worked easily with the crazy Town of Cary permitting process. The result was incredible and were thrilled with the Hardiplank and color. It took about a week but the transition seemed fast and easy.

One example: one of our outside water faucets got damaged by a Worker’s ladder, which caused a big leak. I really loved my experience with Jason at NC Rebuild, and hope to hire them again for any home repairs I’ll need in the future. Jason is incredibly knowledgeable, transparent, and realistic: he taught me about my house and the repairs he recommended, was honest with me on feasibility, provided a competitive price, and didn’t “nickel and dime” me for any minor additional repairs that needed to happen. He visited the house multiple times to check in on how repairs began and progressed, and was incredibly communicative with me. The house looks beautiful (siding repaire, painted entire house): the work crew did a fantastic job, worked quickly, and were very considerate. Highly recommend if you have a need that’s in NC Rebuild’s wheelhouse!

NC Rebuild just completed putting a new roof, gutters, and downspouts on my home. Owner Jason Hagens is a pleasure to deal with. He is very conscientious about the quality of work his crew performs, as well as the protection of your home and property during the process. The cost was less than other contractors estimates and the quality of the materials used is top of the line. The seamless gutters with gutter covers are performing beautifully, as witnessed by me during a recent torrential rain. Everything looks gorgeous and has really improved the street appeal and value of my home. We had used NC Rebuild previously for powerwashing and painting of eaves and accent trim, and got the same quality results. I highly recommend NC Rebuild for your home improvement needs.
