Extremely professional. We have worked with a few contractors in the Triangle area over the years and most have been unreliable. Archadeck were fantastic. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The decision to add a 3 season room onto our 1960s brick ranch quickly became an overwhelming task for us, until me met Joseph from Archadeck. He did an amazing job informing us of our options that lead us to the important decisions we needed to make regarding this investment in our home. We went into the project knowing exactly what to expect, what the cost was (and it actually was!) and we felt confident in our decisions. When it came time for the work crew to start, they blew away our expectations (in a good way) with efficiency and beautiful craftmanship. The project management team was also incredibly communicative and efficient. I absolutely recommend this team to anyone, with high standards, who is serious about adding a beautiful deck addition to their home. We will absolutely be referring them to friends and family.

Archadeck did a wonderful job on our new screen room and deck additions. Adam, Stacey, Danny and Kevin were all professional, friendly and responsive - laying out a comprehensive proposal, addressing issues and following up on them (there are ALWAYS issues in big home projects, small or large), and setting a timetable and sticking to it.You will find cheaper contractors, but if you have any experience with remodeling or additions, you already know where the corners get cut - incomplete planning, delays, mistakes, inexperience, inflexible subs are common - and sometimes outright fraud occurs.It is worth it to go with a professional, established and competent outfit, and Archadeck was the one we selected and we would do it again!

Very pleased we went with Archadeck to build our new screened porch and composite deck. Their sales and design team helped us turn a general idea into a clear vision for a relaxing multipurpose outdoor space. Communication was excellent throughout the contracting, permitting, demo, and build process. We were especially grateful for extra communication when things didnt go according to plan, such as weather delays or unexpected inspections needed. Subcontractors were extremely professional and did quality work. Costs were comparable to 2 other quotes received for the same project. We highly recommend Archadeck.

I live in Wake Forest, and if I could give a higher review to Archadeck, I would. Archadeck excelled in all aspects of our porch and stairs rebuild. From the salesman (Adam), the construction, (Todd, Joel and the crew), to follow up oversight of the project (Danny), everyone was very professional, well-informed, and accommodating. The site was always clean, safe and secure during construction. Any needed changes or suggested options were discussed and approved by me ahead of time (no surprises) at the end of build regarding the bill. The final product exceeded our highest expectations. Our previous deck was only 12 years old and already have major problems. In taking bids for the replacement, I quickly learned two things about Archadeck. First, they would not be the cheapest (been there did that). Second, they would be by far the best. You can find a cheaper deck builder, but in 5-10 years, you will be wishing you made a different choice. When Archadeck asked if I could provide a review, I jumped at the chance. They deserve all the praise a can give, because in the end the money I spent on Archadeck was a bargain. If you are smart, you will call Archadeck, after you call the other guys. youll see what I mean. Estimates are fast and free, but you have live with your deck for a long time. I just used Archadeck to do a rebuild on our old deck that was rotting apart. They came in, listened to our design ideas, added some of their own, and we ended up with a much better deck than the original. Their designer also found a way to take $10k+ out of the design that other contractors had priced into theirs. It pays to have a company that can do design and build. They used high quality materials, managed the project efficiently, and got it done quickly. Their onsite project manager and carpenters are top notch. I was highly impressed with how capable and professional the entire organization is. I would use them again without reservation.

Archadeck was a pleasure to work with. Initially, their representative, Neal came out to talk with us about our plans for a replacement deck and possibly a screened in porch. We had another company that came out who took some measurements, asked a few questions and left. They did send a quote. Two other companies that I contacted didn’t respond to my request for an estimate.Neal took the time to listen to our questions and then asked us specific questions that helped us decide on what we really wanted from our new deck. He gave us options to think about and the pros and cons of using the various materials on our deck, e.g. wood, composite or PVC. On putting an additional screened in porch down the road, Neal suggested making the deck portion we would screen in “porch” ready so that we would not have to retrofit any existing decking. We were pleased with Archadeck’s customer service in answering our questions throughout the process.The work crew Archadeck had build our deck did an excellent job. They arrived on time and worked over 8 hours a day. The deck was completed in two weeks which also included town inspections where we live. It would have been completed sooner but weather delays added to the completion time.Overall, we are pleased with the quality and workmanship of our new deck and would use them again for any further additions or expansions in the future.

I would definitely recommend Archadeck of Raleigh Durham! We actually met with Neal Bell with Archadeck a few years ago for a quote. We decided to hold off but kept Neals name on hand. When we decided to move forward in September of last year, Neal was the first person we called. We liked him because he was honest, responsive and friendly. He worked with us on the design and provided us with 3D images of the proposed deck. He told us up front that due to the volume, the they wouldnt be able to start our project until the new year. So we went through the holidays and in January 2024, Stacey Supanich contacted us. Stacey is the best Project Coordinator! She is very professional. She updated us daily on what the trades when the trades were coming, what they would be doing and what was accomplished when they left. Stacey also kept us updated on the permitting and whenever I needed to have a phone conversation, she was always available. Yes, we did have some concerns during the project but they were addressed in a timely fashion and Stacey apologized for the inconvenience. We used a 3rd party to install the motorized screens. Archadeck worked with them to ensure that the framing worked to accommodate the installation. The deck turned out great! If we ever decide to extend our deck to accommodate a hut tub, we know who to call. Thanks so much, Archadeck.

We hired Archadeck to remove our old deck and build a new one. Very positive experience. They promptly came out for an estimate and were very thorough with the price and plan. When we signed the contract I felt I knew exactly what I was getting and the price it would cost.The company (including the owner) were very helpful in getting me through some complicated permitting issues with my town.Once the work started I received daily updates on progress and next steps.I work from home and felt very little disruption while the work was being done. Each night the worksite was cleaned up.The final product is beautiful. The deck is solid as a battleship and the builders paid close attention to the small details that can turn good workmanship into great.After the job was done I had someone from the company onsite to see if I was satisfied and to inspect the work themselves.I have already scheduled an appointment next month to have their designer come out to look at my next project

The work was impeccable and the moved stonework was put back perfectly once completed. We had our deck rebuilt by Archadeck, joists/decking/stairs.It has turned out wonderful and we love it.Kyle and Danny were very responsive to all of our requests and inquiries. Our experience with Archadeck Raleigh was great! We had plans for a screened-in porch (complete with ez breeze window panels so we can use it all year) with an adjoining deck. The design looked great from the start and we were able to make edits before construction. Kyle and the contractors were friendly and informative. They got the project started earlier than expected. The weather did play a role in the slight delay of the project getting finished, but that was not their fault. The construction guys were there early every morning or let us know when they would be coming (if later). All of the inspections went through with no problem. I think the entire construction time was 8-9 weeks. The final product is AMAZING. It is hands-down the best part of our house now and I have spent everyday in there since its completion! We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality deck/porch that youre going to love for many years to come!

I worked with Archadeck and one competitor to design our Azek deck and paver patio with fire pit. Both companies were professional and worked up designs for me to choose from. While Archadecks pricing was slightly higher I preferred their design and professionalism. I worked with Adam on the design on multiple iterations of the design. Adam was easy going and great to work with. He brought Kyle in to assist with the patio design and the overall design when needed. And when it came time to choose colors both Adam and Kyle worked with us to help us choose the look we wanted.The crew was great. Archadeck has a small group of builders they work with who are experts with composite decking. Everyone was great to work with. At 2 points during the build I had some concerns about our design as it was being built. Everyone from the crew to Adam and Kyle worked closely with us to make sure we were happy and made adjustments where needed.Our deck was built in January, it is now July. Due to weather changes a couple of the boards became loose. I sent one email to Sally at the office. The next day one of the crew members came out and fixed all the loose boards.Archadeck was great to work with, they take pride in their work and built an awesome deck and patio for us. I would recommend Archadeck to anyone who wants the best design for their space and the highest quality materials and workmanship.

Archadeck helped build our dream screened in porch. We wanted a porch that could be used all year round, so they installed EZ breeze windows. We use a heater during the winter and are able to sit outside almost anytime we want. We are looking forward to warm weather, so we can open the windows fully, but are thankful for ability to use in the winter.We were very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. After several weeks of research we chose to have Archadeck do our backyard patio. The design process was both easy and enjoyable. We chose a paver patio and could not be happier with the results. From first contact to complete install was 4 months. That would have been shorter if our HOA was quicker to respond to the request. Other companies were estimating 6-9 months to begin installation. The actual installation was less than 2 days. Every single person we worked with (Neal, Stacey and Danny especially) was extremely kind and informative. I have absolutely no complaints and we will go to Archadeck for any future projects!

This is a very impressive shop. Their backlog was extreme; it took 6 months - yes 6 months - to get the job done. But the end result was worth it. The quality of their design, construction, communication, and exception handling - unparalleled. Everything from their subs to their end result - incredible. Pricing I’d give them a B on. But candidly for an A+ end result, worth it. Stellar job.

We hired Archadeck to tear down our old deck and replace it with a 3 seasons room and deck.It was a pleasure working with them.From the construction crew headed by Todd, to the sub contractors (electrician, roofer, gutters), all did an excellent work. It was nice to come home and have the job site cleaned up everyday.The communication was great. Sally and Nikki are wonderful to work with. Sally would send daily updates on the job progression. Reviews were very good so we went with Archadeck for our patio. Though it probably wasnt the cheapest company, Ive read so many contractor horror stories I wanted to go with a well-reviewed company that had been established for a long time - esp as quite a few companies with good reviews werent even around any more.The payment plan seemed fair - about 20% down with signed contract, 40% once work started (which was after all the materials were already delivered and waiting), and 40% at completion at an end-of-work meeting at our house. I was allowed to post-date the deposit in order to make sure funds got transferred, and I wasnt rushed for the second installment.Once we decided on style and materials and the materials were delivered it went very quickly. The patio is about 450 s.f. including two short walkways, has two 8 ft long seat walls, and the outer perimeter is raised over a foot off the ground due to our sloping yard. We were surprised it was all done basically within five days even though the materials had to be carried by hand part of the way due to our fence.Any concerns we had (all minor) were addressed quickly. The crew was obviously proud of their work and pleasant to have around. They cleaned everything up every day before heading home.

Archadeck recently (September 2022) a redecking of our 2nd floor wood deck which the new deck was made of composite decking made by TimberTech. They were able to keep the underlying structure of the deck and just replace the decking and stairs. The project came out beautifully, and the Archadeck folks were quite professional and responsive to our questions along the way. I would definitely recommend them.

Danny, our project foreman, was super nice, knowledgeable, respectful, and happy to answer any questions. Youll pay a bit more for Archadeck versus competitors, but your money is very well spent. We decided to go with Archadeck after having several other well known companies bid our project on doing a rebuild of our back deck as well as our front porch. Beginning with Adam starting the project ,Sally who kept us up to date with what was going on with the job from start to finish. Also Danny with Stacy and his crew who did a great job .We started our project around the end of December which carried on up into January .Needless to say the weather was brutal during this time from snow ,rain, and very extreme cold for North Carolina. Stacy and his crew worked through and around it taking their time and making sure things were done right and to our satisfaction. Our front porch and back deck turned out really beautiful and we love it. We also would like to thank everyone at Archadeck who took the time out to offer their condolences over the death of a family member during this time and even offering to stop work during our loss and grief.
