RES was the contractor that we chose to build our dream home. It was one of the best decisions that I have ever made. The materials that were used during construction were top notch from the framing wood to the insulation. In addition, RES stands behind the homes that they build. Matt is very knowledgeable and experienced in all the construction trades and is meticulous in every aspect of construction. You cant go wrong having RES build your new home. Mike

I was fortunate to buy a home built by R.E.S. I have lived in the home for 2 years now and couldn’t be happier with the build quality and attention to detail. I have lived in a number of houses over the years, this is hands down the happiest I have been with the excellence and craftsmanship of a home.

When we decided to build our house in Prescott we set up appointments with several construction companies. RES was second on the schedule and after talking with them we were so impressed that we cancelled all subsequent appointments. Matt oversaw the building of our house. He took time to understand our needs and budget, recommended the architect and vendors, provided a fair and accurate estimate, and was prompt in obtaining city permits and approvals from the HOA and architectural committee. We found out later that RES is the HOA’s favorite contractor. Shortly after construction began the pandemic struck. Site visits were discouraged, and Matt kept us informed of progress online with constant updates and lots of photos. RES has its own construction team, and with Matt’s coordination and good relationships with the vendors, we did not experience any delay or cost overrun. The house was completed on time and on budget. We appreciate Matt’s sincerity in letting us know what is always happening. He would provide advice and suggestions on essential improvements, giving us options and always letting us make the decision. We are very happy with RES’s ethics, workmanship, and the quality of the construction. Matt still comes by occasionally to check on the house to make sure everything is going well and will fix any problem if needed. We have no reservation in highly recommending RES for any construction work.

Our experience with RES contracting was PHENOMENAL and I would highly recommend them for anyone considering building a custom home.Matt always made the time to respond to emails/texts, answer phone calls and meet in person throughout the build. We received updates with every completed milestone. Ive heard horror stories with builders going over budget. The RES team always had our budget and vision in mind with their product recommendations.Overall, RES knocked it out of the park with quality and service!
