    If only Ability Remodeling were located in the Valley!!!! Prescott & surrounding areas dont know this gem of a company is located in their vicinity! I would call them to renovate our home again should the need arise. The leadership & management of this company definitely starts from the top & infuses down to the Ability Crew! They are EXCELLENT with attention to details & will go over & above to ensure the work is done right! They communicate very well: phone, text, email, buildertrend.com, and my favorite, IN PERSON! They knew we were on a budget, so they would explain issues to us, inform us of pros&cons, give us possible alternates, & assist us in our decision so that our Family Cabin reaches the goal of Sealing the Envelope.     We used Ability to do some remodeling in a second home that we had just bought in Prescott, Az.We wanted a major remodel of our Master Bath, and the addition of an additional full bathroom, along with a significant amount of painting. The folks at Ability sat down with us to discuss the plan, process and pricing in detail. They arranged for us to monitor daily progress through pictures on a very useful app., which was awesome since we live in Virginia.They were extremely helpful, courteous, and reliable. The quality of work was first class. They had our home professionally cleaned after completion of the job.We were more than satisfied with the results, and our dealings with everyone at Ability.I can’t recommend them highly enough.If I need additional work at my home in Prescott, I will only consider using Ability.

    Mike, Phil, and the rest of the Ability team were professional, skilled, friendly, clean, and trustworthy. They replaced a beam in our old house, an un-fun job with challenges due to foundation issues, and one that other contractors either did not want to tackle or were going to charge triple the amount we paid. Mike had an optimistic mindset, and creatively and skillfully got the job done. Mike also went out of his way to research our propertys eligibility for the historic registry. Now we have a plaque and, most importantly, peace of mind that our house is structurally sound!

    I had a bunch of miscellaneous items to fix once I bought a new building. Mike and his crew came in ready to work and made sure that everything was clean and working properly when they left. I also found the bill to be quite reasonable. My partners were impressed and asked me for his information when he was done. I have lived in this area for 9 years and have tried may repair people and Mike is certainly the best. I am glad I have found Mike and his team.

    I have owned several homes over the years and hired many contractors for various projects. I have never experienced the 5 star level of communication and quality workmanship that I have with Ability. Imagine a contractor that texts every morning on what that days plan is and what the next stage of the project will entail. Then to get a visit from one of the owners periodically throughout the project to see for themselves how things were evolving and make sure we were satisfied was just so appreciated and frankly unheard of. These guys care. They are a very special contractor and if you have a chance to hire them, you will be doing yourself a very very big favor. Expect Excellence. They deliver.

    Very hard to come by this type of company anymore, the quality and care that I see ability remodel put into each job while working with them is hard to come by anymore, from start to finish they put the customers needs first and see through till the end that they are 100% satisfied, during construction not everything goes as planned, but Phil and Jerry always see through to the end that the customers always taken care of.
