    Billy provide a very comprehensive and professional estimate for my new heat pump system. The install was completed 1/6/25. Jacob and the team were timely and professional in all respects. The Lennox system is very high quality, efficient, and quiet. Can say enough about the overall Wolfgangs experience. Outstanding in all respects and highly recommend.

    Emilio has visited us twice. Once for a repair and today as a follow-up service call. Both experiences have been great.     Joshua from Wolfgangs visited us today. Very friendly, cordial. Hes here to service both heat pumps for the season. He was very efficient, showed us all the images of our existing equipment. Considering the myriad of times both units came on this hot Summer season, he said both units are doing well.Asked him for a bid to have our vent system cleaned out so we can budget for it.Joshua was top notch and would not hesitate to have him come back in the Spring. Pleasant experience. Wolfgangs seems to have garnered all the best employees. Joshua said he likes working for Wolfgangs and likes his job. It shows.

    Manny came out for our scheduled service. He found we have had power surges burning our mother board. It is true we have had several power outages and surges. He recommended a surge protector, we have it on less valuable items in our home so made sense. He also advised us if their maintenance plans. We looked them over and made a decision to move forward with their premier plan. Manny was quick, courteous and very knowledgeable we would like him to be our preferred technician.     Zeke texted then called to let me know his ETA and he arrived on time! Professionally introduced himself and services he would be performing (AC/heater check up). Weather he was at the thermostat or outside, he was thorough with everything he did. When he completed the service, he gave me a rundown of the condition of our AC/heater then any recommendations. Zeke is a dedicated service person, loyal to his customers! Thank you for having great people providing service to the home owners in the Valley!! This is why I stay with Wolfgang!!

    For the 2nd time, Wolfgangs provided great service! Todd showed up within the 2 hour appointment window to maintain and inspect our new 2023 A/C unit. He sent a text from his previous Gilbert, AZ location. My HVAC unit had become out of level. This resolved my concern for the extra condensation that was evident over its first summer AC workout. This Bosch unit performed flawlessly during our 140+ days over 100° summer.Thorough service as Todd cleaned the unit inside and out, after testing all electrical connections, unit components and their proper current levels.Im impressed by Wolfgangs professional ethics and level of service to the customer. Since my new unit came with a service commitment contract, I expect nothing less on future service visits. As usual, I got the service email with all the pictures showing what was done.     Dustin was on time and very professional. He got right to work on the Fall/Winter tune up on our heat pump and explained everything he did and sent email with pics of each unit and the add ons which are available.     I had an issue with my heating on two newly installed Lennox 3 ton air conditioners. I called Wolfgang’s and they were out within an hour. A wiring error was made during initial installation. Jack the technician discovered the issue and remedied it. Heat is good now.My service call was handled timely and professionally. Well done!

    Ive been a customer of Wolfgangs for over 20 years! Always timely and efficient service. I called this morning about 9oclock about a leak coming from my unit. They said they would have someone here between 1p and 4p. I got a text about 11 that someone was on the wayCameron was here about 45 minutes later, very friendly and courteous. He found that the drain was plugged with trash, flushed it, cleaned up the water! Everything good now.I appreciate the fast and efficient service, water was soaking onto my roof

He is always the most courteous gentleman and very conscientious in his inspection and explaining the report to me. He also informed me that a surge protector could be useful to protect my equipment.     7/16/24. William is a very experienced, well informed and highly organized man. He inspected the system and gave me an honest appraisal of the next steps I should take. No pressure or sales pitch, just the facts, to enable me to take the appropriate action. A good guy too.Brandon Williams did my complimentary checkup 12/12/24 and did a great job. He remedied a problem with heating, instructed me on setting the thermostat and inspected the system. He arrived early at my request, and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner, reminding me to set another appointment before cooling season. Another good guy. Wolfgang has been a revelation. I highly recommend the company.

    Our AC unit went out in a Sunday night. Called them in the morning and they were out by 11 am. Unfortunately, due to the age of the unit, the possible repair was going to be cost prohibitive and they recommended a new unit. Dustin sent the project manager out for a bid. He was here within 30 minutes. Offered a pretty competitive price, got me approved for financing and scheduled installation for tomorrow morning at 7 am!! Very easy, very polite. Super happy!!

    Manny is my technician today and he did a great job. He actually came 3 hours early and that’s important when your AC isn’t working and it’s 93 in the house! He’s very honest in my opinion. He’s very experienced and quickly diagnosed the problem with my 14 year old Westinghouse AC Heatpump. He’s very good with verbal and digital communication and very quick to respond to my texts. He found the Westinghouse compressor and capacitor after calling a few distributors in Phoenix and will have it installed in an hour for around $2,600.00 tomorrow morning. I’ll update this review if necessary.

    Wolfgangs hvac service technician Octavio, performed fantastic work today. He showed up in timely fashion and advised his plan for service. He went straight to work and brought our entire system up to proper performance condition.I was surprised and grateful when he discovered an item which needed special attention to avoid future unnecessary breakdown. He is an outstanding hvac tech and a wonderful person to boot.I was delighted to have him renew our service contract for the coming year as well. We are giving this four stars as installation took much longer than expected, and a flow switch needed replacement before it worked perfectly.
