    Amazing job, they went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything that I needed. Our hot water heater went out, and they had it fixed pretty quickly, once they had all the right parts. Were very friendly and helpful, they were recommended to me by my mom. We would both use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing.

    The tech’s arrived towards the end of the 4 hour window they gave me but were friendly and professional. Price seemed steep but that’s plumbing these days I guess. Fixed it promptly after a brief discussion without hesitation. Conclusion: good experience with the tech’s themselves. Just not a fan of the pricing.

    Sound plumbing is definitely a customer satisfaction company. During my experience they went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of my interaction with them actually exceeded expectations. They really want to make sure that customers are satisfied on all levels, which is amazing because a lot of companies when it’s quitting time it’s quitting time. Not the case with Sound Plumbing. They follow up genuinely their clients and that speaks volumes. So really all I can say is thank you Brian and everyone at Sound Plumbing I truly do appreciate you. Keep up the great work you guys are awesome!

    We had an issue with our plumbing so we called Sound Plumbing and set up an appointment for between 12-4 pm. Before we knew it James from Sound Plumbing was at our door. He fixed our problem in no time. We were very impressed with James. Hes knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. He patiently explained how to avoid having any future issues. We highly recommend using Sound Plumbing and would not hesitate to use them again.

    Quick arrival to a tricky problem on a not very conventional system. Sound Plumbing figured it out, and had a quote for repair and upgrade. This worked out great. We could switch to the work we had been putting off while Sound Plumbing completed a great job and got our rental back on line. We couldn’t be more happy with their service and excellent work.

    Just have to say, our experience with Sound Plumbing was absolutely wonderful. Wife dropped a small toilet brush down the toilet of our RV. The scheduling staff did a good job of working us in on a busy Friday and Brian the tech was the best. Knew what he was doing and got us fixed up quickly. Being new to the area didnt know who to call but ask for recommendations and searched the web and Sound Plumbing kept coming up and now I know why. Hope I never need a plumber again but if I do, I now know who to call.

    I was in a real time crunch. All of the plumbers I contacted were 2 weeks out or more. Sound got to me next day. Tried to unplug the line but it wasn’t having any of it. Called the next day. Jason brought parts he thought we would need as he had been here the day before and was able to restore our kit drain to good working order. I can’t speak to pricing as I did not have time to price shop but they were on time fixed the problem and I would absolutely use them again. Thanks for a good job

    After am experience with another local plumbing service I am so happy with Sound Plumbing.     After calling several plumbers to help with us our recurring issue of toilets not flushing and backing up into the tub, and no one being able to fix the issue, we called Sound Plumbing based on other great reviews. They came the very same day when the other plumbers couldn’t make it out to us for several more days. Our plumbing issues were bigger than we realized, and Axel did a fantastic job walking us through everything and re-explaining things several times to make sure we understood everything. Poor guy answered so many questions, but always with a kind attitude. Our job got done exactly on time, and when Axel suspected mold and mildew damage he called a restoration company out to get that job started for us. We could not be more thankful for all of his help and will 100% be using Axel and Sound Plumbing for our future projects!

    I want to say a good word about the men who are working on my bathrooms. They are very polite and nonevasive. I work from home and I had no interruptions, while they did some extreme removal of the old baths. Alex is very good at what he does. I will call them again for my plumbing needs.

    I had Sound plumbing at my home today. I went from using 2500 gallons of water to 13500 gallons. Mikey was very professional and explained everything so I could understand. I now have a detailed report to take to the manager of the mobile home park so they can now bring in staff to find out why this is happening.
