Late on a Saturday afternoon, I found a cracked copper water pipe in my crawl space that was leaking into the wall of my foundation. I believe freezing weather had split the pipe run at an external water faucet. Ron was able to come by after his working hours the same day and help me stop the leak until he could perform a replacement of the leaking valve and pipe. He and his assistant arrived early Monday morning and replaced the leaking pipe and valve while I was at work. He stopped by later that evening and went over the repair with me. It has been over a month since the replacement and everything has held perfectly. I am very happy with the quality of his work and with his personal service. I plan to call on him for any future needs. Highly recommended. Thanks Ron.

Ronnie was very prompt in providing us a proposal to install a faucet and our toilet and repair the flange. He showed up on time and did the work and met his time commitment. He repaired when none of the others offered this alternative. The others just wanted to replace the flange which drove the cost estimates up considerably.

I had a few plumbing issues and needed to get a good affordable plumber. Checked the local Nextdoor website and got a list of 8. Called 8 and only 2 called back. Those two wanted a fortune to do the work, and one charged me $50 to give me the highest estimate! Before I gave up I asked my neighbor and he had worked with Ron and was more than happy with his work! I called Ron and he not only called me right back, but came over, climbed under my house, didn’t charge me for looking, gave me a fantastic price, gave me a quick timeframe, sent a super plumber named Dwayne, charged me exactly what he quoted, and left me completely happy. In my experience, in this market, you can’t do better!

I called Ron when I had a stopped up kitchen sink on a Friday. He tried to get to me that evening but wasn’t able to. He let me know that someone would be out the next morning- on a Saturday. He sent Dwayne out and by Saturday afternoon my sink was fixed and he cleaned up all the mess. I was very pleased with the service and it was very reasonably priced for an emergency call on the weekend. I will be calling Ron for any plumbing needs I have. I highly recommend his company.

Rons Plumbing provided excellent service repairing a sewer pipe issue. They went beyond expectations by actually digging in a landscaped stoned raised flower bed instead of tearing the landscaping up. They even replanted an 8 foot bush. Highly recommend.

Ron is truly professional. Had to hire him on New Years Day because of water stoppage in my kitchen sink that I could not fix with typical, simple tricks. He came promptly and, upon realizing that the drain auger could not solve the issue from the inside. He went outside the house, unsealed the pipe, and drove the drain auger from there. The issue was fixed quickly, and the reassembled pipework was sealed perfectly with no leaks so far. This speaks to the quality of his work. I highly recommend Ron to anyone who needs urgent repairs.

Ron Harper is truly a lifesaver! I had slow/clogged drains in several places in my house. He came out within a day after I called. He used his master blaster water cleaner and did a thorough deep cleaning on all the lines. His helper Randy who is also amazing let me watch the black lava looking gunk being washed into the sewer line. If you need a affordable, gifted master plumber Rons Plumbing is who to call!!!!

I talked to Ron first. They were busy because of the freeze we had. Even though they were busy he managed to send Cody in about an hour after talking to him. Cody was awesome. He was able to cap and fix a broken pipe from this freeze. Their price was very,very reasonable.

I highly recommend Rons Plumbing. I had a pin hole sized leak in a water line in my basement that was spraying water up onto the floor joists and subfloor of my home. I needed a plumber ASAP! I called several different plumbers and none of them took the time to help me like Ron did. He sent Cody out to my home the same day and in a timely manner. Cody shook my hand upon arrival, and again after he thanked me for my business. He had the leak repaired in no time and was very down to earth and professional. Please support these guys! I highly recommend Ron’s Plumbing (Ronnie Harper) to anyone needing a plumber for minor or major repairs. Ron and his crew were experienced and DEFINITELY knew what they were doing. Their prices were fair and reasonable. I didn’t feel like they tried to take advantage of our situation…like the other BIG companies we got estimates from. Since we had been without water for 2 weeks Ron prioritized our needs and got started as soon as they could. They had to bypass all the old copper lines, that were in our slab, and run PEX through the attic. It was a big job. They showed up when they said they would. They didn’t try to point out other problems that needed to be fixed just so they could charge more. The estimate he quoted was what we paid. I do know that they did some stuff that wasn’t included in the estimate but didn’t charge us more. That’s what makes working with a small family-owned business worth it. If you support this small business, you won’t regret it. They were a pleasure to work with. If we have any plumbing issues in the future, I will call Ron’s Plumbing only.

Ron and his son Cody did an efficient and timely job installing an H20 heater at an apartment. They offered good advice on whether to replace some elements in my 22 year old heater or whether it would be more pragmatic to replace the entire thing. I much appreciated their honest perspective. Ron was forthcoming about the price, which I thought was fair and reasonable. He also advised me on what kind of heater to get and how to add longevity to the equipment with some good maintenance tips. I will definitely call them again!

Had an issue where water was coming out of the shower drain and I panicked. I google searched plumbers and this business came up first. Spoke with the owner and he was very kind and sent someone out the very next day. The gentleman that came out really worked hard on fixing our issues. Today, our toilet unfortunately overflowed again and in a panick I called the number again, the owner himself is coming here to fix the issue after a long day of work. They dont make em like this anymore and I have a lot of respect for a company who the owner stands behind the work and makes clients a priority. I highly recommend this business, extremely professional, very kind, and all about the clients needs.

I called late one evening with a clogged toilet that was backing up into my tub. They were out first thing the next morning. They had scheduled appointments (mine was not) to keep and had to leave. They returned a few hours later, as promised! These young men were polite and knowledgeable, and they worked tirelessly until it was fixed. They were worried about leaving us without a bathroom. I mean, they actually cared!! On top of that, their prices were more reasonable than all of their competitors estimates. They explained my options and didnt try to push unnecessary repairs on me! I highly recommend them if you have any plumbing issues!!! I will only use them in the future. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! GREAT COMPANY!
