Jesse did a fantastic job helping us in an extreme emergency with our water heater. We had a dangerous situation occur with the carbon monoxide exhaust vent due to the shoddy sloppy work done by a different previous installer. Jesse arrived at our home nearly immediately after our initial call and took care of the issue. He was neat, kind, professional and well trained. We just finished a repipe and filtration system job on our entire house. We did a lot of research on the process and talked with several plumbing companies before choosing My Professional Plumber to complete the job. From the initial phone calls with the office staff, our in home meeting with Anthony before the job began as well as all of the technicians that worked on the project (Bill, Jacob, Joe, Anthony, the owner, Jamie and MORE), we could not be more pleased!The office staff communicated with us daily and let us know when the team would be arriving, the technicians were very conscientious and hard working. Bill and Jacob came out to fix our tankless water heater. As a result of Bill’s deep knowledge, they didn’t stop with just that. Bill recognized that the issue with the water heater was a symptom rather than the root problem. After replacing the Pressure Regulator Valve for the house and adding in an overflow tank for the water heater, we are back up and running with the proper pressure throughout the house. I can’t say enough about their professionalism. They came out when I needed them and even came back the next day to complete the larger problem. They were very respectful of our home and truly listened to our concerns. If you need a plumber, you can’t go wrong with hiring these guys.

Bill came over to our house as scheduled [3:00] to check out the water heater for us because we had no hot water. After just a few diagnostic tests (checking the breaker and resetting it 3 to 4 times)he told us it was working properly. We ran the hot water side in the kitchen and just like we were believing.... we had hot water. Thankfully the water heater, labor charges, etc. were still under warranty, so it didnt cost us anything. We are happy now!

Anthony & Rance came in and did a great job and it took them 2 days to do what would have taken us months to do! We bought a new house and half the house was leaking. One of the hot water heaters was out. Everything was a mess. But these two came in and really found all the problems made sure that they found everything. My husband and I had some plumbing problems last year and called My Professional Plumber to come out to check it out. Last week we had a problem withthe commode seat. A manufacturing problem. Jimmy Whittle was the person they sent out with a new and better seat. He was very experienced, professional and had the seat fixed in about 30 minutes with no charge for the seat or his labor. All the employees I have talked with , office or the plumbers are super professional and so nice to talk to.

My husband and I wanted to add an outdoor hose faucet and replace another one. We had Jesse come by and the experience was great before he even got here! I received a text message letting me know that he was on his way and it included a personal photo of him and his wife that made me feel so much more comfortable before he even was even at our house. He also called just to make sure the time was still good and was incredibly friendly once he was here .He was upfront, ready to explain anything, and was excited to help in anyway possible. He did an incredible job and fixed our water pressure which we knew was bad but didn’t realize how bad it actually was! He was excited to help with anything he possibly could, even if it didn’t relate to plumbing. My Professional Plumber was fantastic and Jesse was even better! 10/10 recommend.

The plumber who came out to assist us was Jessie. He arrived when he said he would and was very professional. Jessie was well-prepared for the job, really knowledgeable, and stayed until the task was complete. Not only that, but he double checked to be certain everything was taken care of before he left. Leaving no stone unturned, he was determined to be sure this was done right the first time! This plumber was also very friendly with a good sense of humor. He finished the job that evening and gave us a quote for some follow up work we are going to need to do, explaining everything that would have to be done. Extra kudos for coming out on a blah rainy night too. I can highly recommend this plumber for your plumbing issues, rest assured hell get it done right!A follow up here: Jessie along with Bryce came by to complete a sewer line replacement. They did the job correctly and ended up getting it done quicker than I thought too! Jessie pointed out how the line that was installed before we bought the house wasnt done right and showed us how they did it the way it was supposed to have been done before. I was very satisfied with my service and will most certainly use him again if I encounter any more pluming snafus!

I contacted My Professional Plumbing to estimate moving a water heater, adding a sink and water softener along with replacing a hose bib. Derek was the tech that came out. He was courteous and professional. He listened to what I was looking for, made recommendations and took pictures. He was able to start that day as well. His work is top notch!! We had a whole house water filter to install. I called My Professional Plumber on Monday and got an appointment for Thursday morning. They sent me reminders by email and text the day before the appointment. Derek, who was the lead tech, called me 30 minutes before arriving. This is much appreciated. Derek was accompanied by Bryce who is in training. Both men were courteous and considerate to deal with. They looked at the job which was more challenging than most because the space for the installation was limited. We talked about options then Derek gave me an estimate that was reasonable. They had to leave for a few minutes to get some parts because my water pipes are larger than usual. They returned to complete the job. They warned us before turning off the water to complete the installation. The total time from arrival to completion was three hours. We are more than satisfied with the job. And we are very impressed with the attitudes and professionalism of all the staff - especially Derek and Bryce.

I had a couple of leaks in my basement. Anthony came out and surveyed the leaks. Was willing to fix the leaks but advised what I had pretty much known. I had fixed a few leaks and noticed the pipes oxidizing from impure copper pipes. He quoted me a fair price for getting rid of the old leaky copper pipes and replaced with 15 year guaranteed pex. I agreed and the next morning they were here. Took them only two days to complete the entire job. Water shut off for only one of those days. I have never had a plumber come out and be so on point and professional. I know the next time I need plumbing service who I’m calling. My Professional Plumber is the only ones I need to call.

Bryan Lee was my plumber and he was outstanding. He came within the scheduled window, which is a great start. My home is 90 years old and the house was previously flipped, so Im having to undo a lot of what was supposedly fixed. Bryan had to do a lot of problem solving given the age of the house and what the flippers had done in getting the house on the market. His craftsmanship was excellent, he communicated clearly throughout the process, and he provided a detailed estimate before proceeding. The final bill was exactly what he quoted initially - despite some of the challenges the job presented him. I cant recommend him enough.

Anthony was a pleasure to work with and went the extra mile to satisfy all our plumbing needs. He helped diagnose a roof leak we had due to the snow storm that was unrelated to our plumbing. He came back with Donovan a week later to install a home water filtration unit. They both worked all day with almost no breaks to reroute my feed water, relief valve, and home shut off valve to a more accessible location to support the water filtration unit. The job was done well with a keen know how and attention to detail. Toot sweet... sorta.While under the house, Jimmy discovered other leaks. We knew the 50 year old pipes were tired, but things had progressed... a lot! Jimmy quickly put together a quote, got us on the schedule and now, a week later, the whole house is repiped, including weary fixtures and valves, new filtration system in place, and as before, excellent craftsmanship! This is my first experience with My Professional Plumber. I thought that we had a pipe leak and a friend of mine recommended them because she had a great experience in the past. I called and Anthony Branam came and inspected the whole house. It turns out that our water heater needed to be replaced (was 18 years old) and our water pressure was very high. We dont know any of these things so we had so many questions and Anthony answered all of them making sure we understood. He always had a smile on, kind, patient and VERY honest. That meant a lot to us because in the past other people from other companies would get mad for asking a lot of questions. He asked if we ever thought of switching to a tankless heater because they can help save money compared to the regular tank. He NEVER pressured us to buying it, which other companies do. We appreciated that from him. Doing some research, we decided to go with the tankless heater and him and his crew came the next day and had it installed. They take their job very seriously. They didnt leave until everything was perfect. We love our new tankless heater and we are so thankful for Anthony and his crew. Two techs, Brian and Anthony. Brian came the first day and after removing the lowest toilet and running a hundred foot snake, broke out an even longer camera cable and with some hi tech and pricey above ground sensors located a root ball within inches of where we eventually found it. They didn’t leave me in the lurch with a house full of returned kids on Christmas weekend, but came back early with Anthony to put in the first clean out and diagnose the rootball. Then they came back with a backhoe and after Brian performed yard surgery, the much smaller Anthony spent the next hour and a half five feet down in the mud at the bottom of the trench, finishing the dig by hand, cutting the required length of four inch pipe off and pulling a two foot black root and night soil plug crawling with maggots and covered with flies. Then he assembled a new structure with a reducer to match the differing pipe diameters and seal out roots, and then a 5 ft vertical to an above ground clean out cap. Brian with the backhoe deftly got all the dirt back into the trench and levelled it to match my yard. They did a good job cleaning up as well. Especially if you’re in Bennington the builder’s plumber probably didn’t attach your pipe to the county system either, but just inserted the 4 in into the 6 in like mine. It lasted 37 years, but no way it could have gone on much longer. I do highly recommend these guys.

My wife and I recently had a hot water heater installed by a tech at my professional plumber and were left with questions and concerns from the service. I didn’t have the techs number so I reached out to the business and got a very pleasant lady who got me in touch with the manager or owner Jamie. He immediately answered my questions and concerns. He could tell from my hesitant response that I was still left with uncertainty. He willing offered to drive to my home after hours to further explain my concerns along with getting a local inspector to come out to address it. I declined the offer because I had no doubt in there work performed or skill set I am just not a plumber so I had questions. I have made and had numerous purchases and services performed while owning several homes and can tell you I have never had anybody stand firm behind the 100% customer satisfaction like Jamie did. I called My Professional Plumber when my water heater was having issues. The office got me on the schedule quickly and Jamie called me when he was on his way, which I really appreciated. It turns out that Jamie is the owner which I loved, it made me feel good to know that its a hands on business and that Jamie really cares about customer service. My water heater was replaced quickly and efficiently and he was great about answering my questions and letting me know exactly what I was paying for. The professionalism was top notch but not stiff or robot like. I was referred by a friend and Im so glad!

He took care of a major main line leak at night as the temperatures dipped, not stopping until the issue was discovered and providing a range of options for us to remedy. Great guys. Prompt response! Very professional. I feel completely confident our plumbing is in good shape now in our apartment building. They pressure washed main drain all the way to the street and showed me how clean the pipes were with camera. They were very clean and replaced toilet and made sure it was tight and secure. These guys are great. Very efficient and know exactly what needs to be done. Quality service. For other reviews that think they over charge remember you get what you pay for. Yes there may be cheaper services but that’s what you will get,’’cheap service ‘’. I actually called them by mistake thinking I had called another service and was surprised when their van pulled into my drive with My Professional Plumber printed on the side. Called in for a schedule and was placed right away. Bryan called ahead of time and came in exactly at 8:30 AM as scheduled. I like it when he put on a shoe covers before he enter my home (my wife loves her floor clean) and removed and replaced it as he go in and out. The work was done quickly in professional manner. NO BSing and he appears to be very knowledgeable about his profession. The price is fair and reasonable. The overall quality of wok is excellent.

We recently discovered a leak under our house in the crawlspace, so onto google I went to find a plumber. Upon reading many positive reviews, I contacted My Professional Plumber. I spoke with a very nice lady who took my information and said a technician would contact me, he did and within 10-20 minutes to set up an appointment. A technician arrived on the day of the appointment, on time, and did a very thorough walk through to diagnose where the leak was coming from. He found it, gave me the price for repair and went to work. I must say, he was very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and made the whole process as painless as one person could. After the repairs, he cleaned up, triple checked the repair, went through the bill with me and reassured me that if there were any problems at all, to just call. Original installation was from 1988 so Bill had to rebuild the drain to accommodate the new equipment. He was very personable, a meticulous worker, and patiently answered all questions. This is the second time I have used My Professional Plumber. April scheduled me the same day. Jimmy found the problem, which I thought would be worse and a major repair.
