First time doing a 1000 sqft addition and getting quotes from other companies, plumbing plus far exceeded my expectations with their HVAC services. After receiving a quote from custom air for $24,000 for larger units and zoned heating and cooling, I had decided to take it upon myself to look somewhere else. Through plumbing plus, I met Josh Day, which informed me that my current unit would be able to handle the load of heating and cooling the whole house plus the addition due to the size that was already installed (100,000 BTUs). We ended up getting zoned heating and cooling, units were moved and maintenances, new trunk lines and the price was still almost 50% less than my quote from custom air. 1000% recommend!!!!!
