Backflow Specialty is a WONDERFUL Christian, family owned and operated business with high standards for themselves and high expectations from their customers. There is no doubt in my mind that if I need assistance from any one of the employees at Backflow Specialty I am getting the best, most thorough and professional answers/help. The best part of this business is their faith and trust in Jesus Christ. He is the backbone of this business and they openly share that it wouldnt be possible without Him. That in itself describes why this business is as successful as it is and that is why they will always have my business and support.🥰

This is the third time I have used Backflow Specialty in the past 18 years and their work is always excellent. They are responsive, show up when they say they will, do a great job on whatever repair is needed all at a reasonable price. Best of all, they recertify the backflow and pass that information on to the utility company so that I do not have to do that. Highly recommend them.

I called several other companies to ask about fixing my backflow that was spraying water out of the bottom. I was told by all that there was no fixing one and it had to be replaced for prices of $350 or more! I called Backflow Specialty to get a quote on replacing it. He asked why I needed to replace it. So I told him the scenario. He stated that in many cases they can be repaired for a much lower fee. They came out the next day and repaired it for $55! All it needed was to be cleaned out. Thanks for the awesome and honest service!

Backflow Speciality Company is the premier provider of backflow prevention services in East Tennessee. Created by its founders, Larry and Ginny Stinnett, Backflow Specialty has been providing excellent customer service and peace of mind since 1995. BSC provides every backflow service imaginable - installing, repairing, testing, inspections, etc. One call does it all! If you have a backflow prevention need, dont call just anyone - call the specialists.

Update: I scheduled my testing with this company once again and they were quick, professional, and got all info entered to comply with KUBs cross connection policies and deadlines. So for 8 years they have been my go to._______________________________We have used Backflow Specialty Company since 2016 for our annual backflow test. They have always been on time, professional, and willing to answer all questions. They also do all the paperwork for KUB so that it gets entered correctly before the July deadline. FYI: The horrible blue glue was there when we bought so not reflective of their work.
