    I typically experience mediocre service with plumbing companies however, this time I used Plumbing Plus and they exceeded all expectations. I worked with Martin and Tony and they were both professional and informative. The repair was done quickly and they were very tidy. They are not the cheapest nor the most expensive. I learned my lesson the last time I attempted the cheapest company which usually ends up costing more after several attempts to correct the problem. I definitely recommend them for plumbing jobs.

    I used Plumbing Plus for a water heater repair. I received courteous service with a close date for the repair. The repairman came at the appointed time and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. The technician was very friendly and was professional in his actions to repair the problem. I would recommend them for any future repairs such as this.

    Honest, professional, experienced! Had a re-occurring issue with my Noritz tankless and needed a diagnostic run on it . I initially called the plumbing company that sold me on this unit and who installed it. When booking the appointment with this company they were informed of the specific issue I was having with the Noritz and they sent out someone that didnt know anything about Noritz. I found out after the fact they lost their one ??? plumber who worked on Nortiz. Amazing, a company that upsells you on a Noritz and you pay over 6K and then they cant service it.After some research, I contacted Plumbing Plus and they sent out a trained Noritz plumber (Jason) who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Jason was not in a hurry and wanted to make sure he took his time to find out what was causing the re-occurring issue. Plumbing Plus could have tried to sell me on a new tankless - they did not. Nor did they try and perform work that would not fix the issue. I will use this company moving forward on all my plumbing needs. I like that they are family owned, they actually care and take their time!

    As a property manager Im extremely impressed. David and Mario came out to my clients house on a short term notice and gave me multiple options for my sewer that was broken and leaking into my tenants crawl space.They gave me a short term and long term solution to the root cause of my issue which was my flange was an 1 inch below the finish floor after my bathroom was remodeled by a one day remodel company.After the rapport they built off their experience I decided to go with the long term solution which was cost effective as Ive had other companies come out and try to sell me a new toilet they figured out the root cause of the issue and fixed my problem without selling me a boat load of stuff or a new toilet I have a neorest toilet which if you know is an expensive toilet and I cant believe Ive had other companies come out and try to sell me a new toilet as if my toilet was bad or cracked or as Ive been told.First time using the company but extremely impressed if youre looking for a company that is honest I would highly suggest considering, only sticking with this company and will refer to all my other owners.

    Our water regulator and shut off valve started leaking over the weekend. I contacted Plumbing Plus on Sunday afternoon via their contact us form on their site.Christina reached out to me Monday morning to share availability for someone to come out later that afternoon. 30 min before their arrival I received and automated text with information about a technician being dispatched to my house. Jordan was professional and courteous; he talked me through his assessment, estimated cost and answered all my questions.Work was clean, efficiently, and ahead of schedule. Jordan took my payment via tablet and photos of the work and invoice were sent instantaneously. I highly recommend Plumbing Plus!

    Our experience with Plumbing Plus was beyond excellent. Our crew was Matt, Nick and Jason. Professional, kind and hard working. We had our mobile home re plumbed with copper. We were unable to completely move out while the work was done. They made sure to leave water available as each step of the process was completed. They finished the job before promised and it was done to more than our satisfaction. We would recommend Plumbing Plus to anyone looking for a small to large job.     I replaced my Moen shower value with new trim/handle kit. I had a minor leak after repair and needed one retaining clip replaced. Had to turn off all water going to house/ranch. We have livestock and needed water back on fast. I called Plumbing Plus asking for emergency service and was told a dispatcher would call me back to set up an appointment. About 14 hours later I received a dispatcher call, setting up my appointment, between 10AM and 2PM. Team members, Kyle Osborn and Matt arrived around 9:30AM. They worked to get shower value (I provided) back on in a little over 2 hours. However, my shower on-off knob (I provided) now spun 360 degrees instead of hitting a temp stop, which I said can can live with. Note, the following day I disassembled and put the correct temp knob parts in the shower handle that fixed the problem and now my shower works like new. Yes, I recommend Plumbing Plus.

    I called plumbing plus because my hot water is not working properly in the master shower. The scheduled appointment was handled professionally for the same day. Kyle and Nicholas showed up and were able to pin point the issue quickly. Since our hot water hasn’t been maintained for years, we also got them to service our hot water tankless. The whole process was smooth and no mess in the shower or house. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. They are very professional and knowledgeable !!!

    We had a wonderful second experience with this company and they are very professional, explain everything and go above and beyond to ensure everything is done well. Matthew Toohey came to our home the day our water heater was leaking and examined it and went with me to Lowe’s to get the new one and installed and explained everything well and answered all questions. A quote was given before the work begin. We were please they were able to fix it the day we called. Excellent company and Matthew did an excellent job. I would only use them don’t bother using anyone else.

    We had a leak in the pipes under one of our hair wash sinks. Contacted Plumbing Plus and they were able to send in a repair tech the next morning. Mario arrived on schedule, quickly assessed what was needed, provided a reasonable quote which we accepted and he performed the repair on the spot. We were back up and running within an hour.     Great experience! Had a leak in our wall between the laundry room and garage. Plumbing Plus answered my call right away and sent a plumber out in just a few hours. Jordan was awesome! He was able to diagnose and fix the leak and was more than willing to discuss everything with us as he worked. Before he left, he looked at a number of other issues in our house and provided us with estimates for future jobs.     The responsiveness of Plumbing Plus completely exceeded my expectations. A leak had developed in one of my bathroom, copper pipes, so they need to get it fixed was urgent. They immediately dispatched two technicians Mario and Matt - who were fantastic. They quickly diagnosed the problem. Using some cool high-tech tools, they quickly fixed a problem I had expected would not be fixed the same day. They were also able to diagnose another problem I had with the water regulator on the house and also fixed it on the spot. This was by far the best experience I have had with a plumbing company and give them my strongest possible recommendation!

    On Black Friday my water heater began to leak. I called several plumbing companies, most were closed. I called Plumbing Plus and was told the plumber on duty was fully committed, but would be available after 5pm for an additional charge. With no other alternatives, I agree to this service. About 2pm, Gilbert called and said the boss called him and asked if he wanted a job. Gilbert confirmed what was needed for the job and arrived in an hour and completed the job in a very professional manner by 5:30pm thereby saving me an extra fee. I strongly recommend Plumbing Plus.

    You know when someone shows up and you are immediately confident they are the right people for the job? That was Matt from Plumbing plus. Earlier in the day I was already let down by someone else who came to assess my leaky water tank but once Matt came by, the damage was quickly assessed and my options clearly given. Communication was great and consistent and the right kind of care was shown. Jason and Taz showed up soon to support the work and on two occasions I could even leave my house to run some errands knowing that I was in good hands. The guys were extremely polite and respectful of my things. Expenses like this dont typically leave anyone in a good mood but all things considered, I was super glad that these guys were the ones who did tankless heater replacement at my house.     I had a great experience with Plumbing Plus. Prior to the plumbers arrival I was sent a text message from Plumbing Plus with an ETA and a photo of who was coming out. Matt’s uniform was clean, he explained the work he was going to do. Once the job was done he explained what he did and he cleaned up the areas he worked at. Matt parked his truck in our driveway and it did not leave any oil spots. For any plumbing issues in the future I will definitely call Plumbing Plus.

    I worked with Randy who based on just some pictures and ideas was able to set us up with the perfect faucets and matching water dispenser at a super reasonable price.     We had a 75 gal water heater that was leaking and it was less than 7 years old, of course it was no longer under warranty. We called Plumbing plus to come and take a look. Robert from Plumbing plus came out and went over all the options. We had the choice of replacing the water heater or going with a tankless water heater. The tankless water heater has a 20 year warranty. We decided to go with the tankless. Robert was very professional and did a great job with the install. (See attached picture) And it was completed all in the same day. No more worrying about the water tank leaking. Also, plumbing plus did a great job communicating and making sure everything was working as it should. Very good followup.

    Had a drain leaking under the floor cover in the kitchen. I called for an inspection, got a good quote, and set the appt for the repair. Jared the technician showed on time. He completed the plumbing repair as scheduled by days end. He returned the next day for a pressure regulator and finished in a few hours. Jared did an outstanding job. He set up a containment to minimize dust, disturbed the smallest area possible to effect the repair, and lastly removed containment and cleanup. He was easy-mannered, professional, did high quality work, and kept me informed throughout the process. I was very pleased with the repair. The customer service was excellent. They promptly took my call and were courteous the entire time. I would definitely do business with Plumbing Plus again.

    This company is awesome! Our condo complex has a 100 gallon hot water heater that went out and was leaking all over the utility room. After calling around to a few companies who said they werent sure if they could do the job, quoted us outrageous prices, or just didnt call us back, Plumbing Plus absolutely saved the day. They had very fair pricing and said they could get it done that day. The plumber who came out, Gilbert, was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and got the job done! We are extremely happy with the service we received and will be using Plumbing Plus again!

    Plumbing Plus Staff was professional and on time. Work was done with quality in mind. My only surprise was for less than 3 hours work the cost was almost $1300. Parts were warranted by Noritz, so I had all replacement parts shipped and ready to install. I could not pay that, so had to get financing. I am happy with work, just feel a bit expensive. With 4 girls in the house, had to get fixed, so work was completed and is working fine.

    Needed washer hookup water valves replaced. Called on Tuesday late afternoon and they were out the next day by 9:30am. Technician was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Replacement took about 3 hours (needed to cut into drywall, cut old valves off and weld in new pipes/valves), replaced old valves with much better ones, and cleaned up afterwards.

    The entire experience was great, from scheduling an appointment to evaluating the issues to finishing the job. When the plumber wasnt able to make the afternoon time slot as scheduled, the office communicated that with me and offered me the next day time slot with 100 percent guarantee that they would be there. I received a text and an email letting me know the plumber was on his way with his picture and name. Kyle was professional and knowledgeable, and he helped me understand what was going on and made a few other recommendations for preventative measures. He went over the quote, discussed options and started the work right away. As things came up, he communicated with me, and we worked together to find the main city water shutoff. He replaced the pressure regulator valve, nine angle stops, three p-traps, a ball valve and a water heater connector. He brought in a second person to help him out, picked up parts and tools he needed and left when the job was done. I received a nice email follow-up with pictures and invoices, along with an email from the company. Im very satisfied with the work done and would highly recommend Plumbing Plus to others!

    So far so good. We had a tankless water heater installed Yesterday.We were impressed by Jordans depth of knowledge, his efficiency and professional demeanor. My husband was our only household handyman for the majority of our married life so has an above average knowledge and understanding of virtually all home projects.     Our kitchen faucet suddendly lost pressure and we were getting barely any water coming out. We called Plumbing Plus and they set us up with an appointment right away. I want to specifically point out the plumber that helped us, Mario Ramirez. Mario not only saved the issue effectively and professionally, but he went above and beyond for us to help answer all of our plumbing related questions. He even crawled under the house to check on our pipes to make extra sure everything was working accordingly. I cant speak highly enough of him.     My grandmother had a leaky water heater so I called up Plumbing Plus to see if they could come out that day to take and look and/or replace, if needed.They came out within a couple hours of my request. It was reviewed by Michael and he did say that her 20 year old water heater needed to be replaced.     Plumbing Plus did the plumbing replacements when I had my kitchen and baths remodeled. I was very happy with the quality of material and work and have since used them for minor repairs.     I am so happy that I went with this company!!! After a brief Yelp research, I decided to choose Plumbing Plus and I am so glad I did. The service rep Jared Nicholson was on time, friendly, and knowledgable. But the story gets better! We all thought this would be a simple water line valve replacement for a new fridge. But when he discovered the line was dead with no water main, he could have packed up and went on his way. Instead, he went up into to attic and down into the garage to look for alternatives. When that didnt get results, he DIDNT GIVE UP and decided to run a new line from the kitchen sink around the ENTIRE perimeter of the kitchen to get to the fridge. At this point, Im almost in tears thinking about the cost. He says, let me talk to my manager, we just want our customers happy. After a quick phone convo, he comes back with good news! He can do the whole NEW project at the same cost as the original project, including the extra materials and labor. It took two hours longer than expected, and literally crawling into cabinets to drill holes. But in the end, I have a functioning water line to the fridge. Dont be shocked by the slightly higher prices they will quote you. They might be a bit pricier than the competition, but they are worth every penny. Plumbing Plus has me as a customer FOR LIFE.

    Ive been using Plumbing Plus for years because they always do great work. I batched several small jobs together to make the trip worth while. Instead of just doing what I had asked for, Isaiah knew that the multiple issues might indicate a pressure problem and checked that first so that he wasnt replacing parts that would then fail because the root problem hadnt been addressed. Pressure was fine and he got the repairs done quickly, cleaned up after himself, and did check the fittings under the sinks to make sure that there werent any other issues.     I called four different plumbers before Plumbing Plus. They were the fastest in terms of response time. They gave me a quick ETA tight 2 hour window which was accurate. I was texted my plumbers name and photo as he was en route.My plumber was Isaiah Maher and he was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. The job concerned a pressurized exposed main line. The prior owners did “amateur” maze like drip system plumbing with PVC off this main line without purple primer and unnecessary hardware, and no way to isolate a leak from the main.Isaiah listened carefully to my wants and I never had to repeat myself. He replaced existing galvanized steel pipe with copper, and installed an extra ball valve. His overall design was clean, efficient, and simple. He didn’t mind my hovering nearby as I was genuinely interested in learning. Isaiah is a mentor to plumbing apprentices.

    Plumbing Plus came out to diagnose two problem tankless water heaters that were intermittently failing to produce hot water.They sent their plumber, Tyler to inspect and provide service. He had no problems correcting one unit quickly by flushing out the water heater. The other problem unit he agreed to come back out when it was not working (it was working the day he came out of course). Tyler was thorough, knowledgeable and professional. More importantly, he presented essential recommendations on preventive maintenance and increased performance:- Change out old water pressure regulators- Look into water softener systemSincerely appreciate that Plumbing Plus was around.

    Jared and his assistant Brandon were very personable and professional and we highly recommend them.They diagnosed the problems and replaced 3 hose bibs and a garbage disposal.While fixing the older toilet they noted that the bolts connecting the tank to the bowl were leaking so they replaced the toilet. The batroom faucett handle was difficult to turn so Jared diagnosed the problem; the faucett needed new cartridges. He suggested the faucett might be under warranty so I called the company and new cartridges will be sent. All thus was completed efficiently within one day. We can highly recommend Plumbing Plus

    Xavier was right on time, very thorough in his investigation of the problem, and very helpful in the suggestions that he made for its resolution. There was no high pressure sales game and he left all the decisions open for me to consider without pressure.     We had Plumbing Plus out to do work around the house. Isaiah and Darrell spent almost the whole day doing projects at my home. Two toilets with all needed items were replaced and the old ones hauled off. A 6 gallon water heater was added with all the piping and parts needed. This along with my tankless system that they serviced as well should keep us in clean clothes again . They were polite and efficient in there work and made double sure everything was working as it should. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure it was better than when they arrivedAll in all a great job was done and I am very satisfied

    Plumbing Plus put a smaller sewer pipe inside several yards of ancient iron sewer pipes, & then put a liner inside their sewer pipe. I still don’t know how they did it. The bill was of course breathtaking, but a lot less than if they’d pulled out the crumbling old iron pipes & replaced them. Took 2 full days. It’s pretty impressive, what they did. Very professional & friendly.

    Needed help installing a shampoo bowl at my barbershop and was referred to Michael at plumbing plus. He came out the next morning (in the middle of a pandemic) and not only gave me a more than fair quote but also gave me future suggestions on how to maximize the potential of my shop.     I had the pressure regulator replaced. The plumber appeared at the appointed time and completed the work very efficiently in an hour. And the work area was cleaner than when he started. The cost was the same that I had paid for the replacement of my hot water heater. The cost was the usual outrageous fee that all plumbers charge. I will call them the next time that I have plumbing work to be done.

    A neighbor recommended Plumbing Plus when I needed someone to find out what was causing a small puddle on my living room floor. I called and got someone sent to my place the same day. Two technicians came, looked around, checked the water meter, felt the floor, listened to and analyzed the situation, and determined that there were no leaks from our copper piping. The water was most likely residual water from an accidental draining from our water softening system in the adjacent garage. My point is that not only did they patiently spend time figuring out the cause of the problem, but they also did not charge me anything. In this day and age, many companies charge you left and right, even to the tune of $125 just for sending a technician out. (Eco Water, that is you). In addition, Plumbing Plus technicians were very courteous and professional. I definitely would use them again when a need arises.
