AiRight sent Gustavo Lizarraga to resolve a shower drain issue which required going down into the crawl space under the house. Gustavo corrected shower and bathtub ABS sewer line piping and replaced an internally corroded piece of vertical cast iron pipe. Gustavo was polite and efficient, provided detailed pictures of his work and the piece of cast iron pipe he removed. Gustavo is an excellent plumber.

In order to replace two appliances in my garage, I needed to install new water supply valves for the washing machine and a gas valve for the dryer. Terry received my urgent call on Saturday, and had two plumbers at my house on Monday morning. They did an excellent job with the necessary replacements, and went above and beyond the call of duty helping me get the appliances ready for use. A small problem with the gas furnace pilot light was rectified almost immediately when I called a couple of days later. Super good service, highly recommended.

It was a pleasure working with Airight Cooling. They gave me an honest quote for the work I needed done. I had a new AC put in as I have an older home that was never equipped with AC. They also worked with me while I was out of town, and proceeded to order the needed equipment and proceed with a virtual OK. They came in and got the system installed in a day and a half. My AC stopped blowing out cold air. I had another big company come out to take a look they spent 1 hour doing diagnostics and charged me $110 just for looking and wanted to charge me $8100 for the repair and I felt like I was being swindled so I called Airight cooling for a second opinion and they sent out Jackie who took 15 minutes to figure out the problem and fixed it for $650. Terry and his crew just finished installing an entire new heat and AC system in my house and they did a fantastic job. They removed the old furnace and coils from the garage and relocated a heat pump/ac system to the attic and completely replaced all of the duct work while adding several new registers throughout the house. We have a split level home which produced many challenges and the guys had a solution for all of the issues. Akram (the lead technician) was very knowledgeable and explained where and why we needed more airflow in certain areas. The team explained what the plan was with me and executed it as said. They always put down plastic to protect the floors and furniture, and spent the last part of everyday making sure that they cleaned everything. Im extremely happy with my new heat and ac system and would highly recommend AirRight Cooling, Heating and Plumbing. Our water heater went out and we called around and found out that we needed to engage a rheem approved service provider. Unfortunately it was already late in the day - but we reached airight after finding them on the “preferred vendor” on the rheem site (that site is terrible btw … I had to use my phone to get it to load). They arranged an appt for the next day then came early! Our technician identified the problem immediately. Unfortunately the part we needed is no longer made by Rheem - so they coordinated a swap out trade for a newer version from Home Depot. In the context of different contracts between Home Depot and rheem - they even helped us move forward with obtaining a rheem warranty. Overall cheaper than we thought it would be, responsive, helpful, nice and overall easy. Couldn’t have had a better experience in a semi- emergency context (eg the tween refused to take a cold shower).

I was referred to Terry, the owner, by Ariane Paris, owner of Ethical H20(an excellent water filtration company) with a clogged kitchen drain so our sink was unusable. It needed to be unclogged and the under-sink plumbing was very convoluted with 2 p-traps and an unnecessary Y in the PVC piping. I spoke to Terry around 3 PM, and Luis, the plumber, was at our home by 6 PM. Luis unclogged the drain and made the kitchen usable. Luis returned the next morning to do the re-piping of the PVC under the sink. See photos below. After Luis finished the re-piping, I discovered a small leak in our guest shower, and we were expecting a guest in a few days. I got the part information about the valve, sent it to Terry and Luis was back the next day to change the balancing valve. Terry was exceptionally responsive, professional, worked seamlessly with Luis, the plumber, and very fair in his charges. Luis, the plumber, was technically excellent, pleasant and took pride in his work. I highly recommend Airight Plumbing and have no hesitation in giving this outfit a 5-star rating.

I used the referral system on Yelp to find a plumber to help me install a new faucet and re-install my garbage disposal and drain pipe assembly on a new sink.I received several calls, but only a few would give me any type of estimate over the phone. Some of the bids were astonishingly high, even though I told them I had all the parts.I was in a time crunch, as installation of the sink had run late into the week and I needed my kitchen as soon as possible. Terry at Airight Cooling, Heating and Plumbing, Inc. called me back after business hours (within 30 minutes of my request) and asked me a few questions about the job. He quoted me a price range over the phone that was very reasonable, and also told me he could have a plumber at my house first thing in the morning.Chris was the plumber Terry sent. He showed up on time and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He was very polite, very clean worker also. He wore booties, wore a mask, answered all of my questions and did a great job! He also informed me of an electrical safety issue with the disposal so I could have it repaired.They charged me less than the upper end of the estimate and got me back into my kitchen within an hour!Having any type of repair work is so expensive and tough to have completed these days. I am so grateful to Terry and Chris for helping me!

Initially I contacted Terry to install a garbage disposal. He could do it the next day at a good price. My tennant installed it himself. I had to cancel and Terry was cool about it. A few weeks later. I get a call that water is leaking into the condo below me. I called Terry. He had someone out quickly. He had to cut into the drywall ceiling. He found the leak. He gave me an excellent price to fix the leak. It turned out that the HOA was responsible. Again I had to cancel having Terry fix the leak. Again he was super cool. He said I was only responsible for a minimal charge for finding the leak. Terry is my plumber for life. It is really hard to find a competent. Inexpensive plumber. Terry is also a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Alright Cooling, Heating & Plumbing.

I used this company twice now. The first time was at beginning of covid19. It was difficult to find a plumber who was willing to enter homes to fix a leak under the kitchen sink. I am not a big fun of writing a review, but after receiving outstanding service I decided to spend a couple minutes and share my experience with this company. First, I want to tell you guys that if you are looking for the company to fix or maintain your appliances, do not look forward, this is the company. The professionalism of Customer Service Rep and the Technician who performed the job truly exceeded my expectation. Long story, short story, I have a tank less water heater and I was looking for the company to do a deep cleaning. For the 5+ years that I own the water heater I did not do any cleaning (too bad). I called Airight and the appointment was set in less than 10 minutes. The Customer Service asked me a few questions (not stupid questions such as “is power cord plugged in?” “do you have power at home?”) you know what I am talking about. Next day, the Technician showed up at the appointed time. The service was completed in 2 hours and I got my hot water back. During the service, one of the valve was fallen apart. I know it was because of lack of service in the past, but Technician did not charge me for the parts and replaced the valve free of charge. It was not a big deal, but the way the company treat the customer is a key. I definitely will recommend Airight to all my relatives and friends.

Service is fast, friendly, and efficient. When the elderly AC unit at our family home finally took its final breath, we called on the AiRight team. With global supply issues and massive shipping delays as a result of the pandemic, we were looking at anywhere from 3 to 6 months of sweltering, dry heat before our new system would be delivered and installed. If that sounds awful, thats because IT IS. Terry and team said they would do everything they could to streamline the process, and they absolutely did. Within 4 WEEKS, we were back up and running with our brand new system. They were always available to troubleshoot. Dont waste your time with anyone else - go with AiRight.

Our heater was not working, we called Airight cooling, heating and plumbing. They came out looked at everything and right away noticed what the problem was. We needed a new one. They explained all the options and were very detailed. We went ahead and got an energy savings heating and air unit. This company is very helpful and they made it a lot easier with their financing options. The installation was done fast and professionally, left the house clean which is really important to us. We have heat now and we’re looking forward to a new AC unit for the summer. We highly recommend this company!

We had issues with a leaky tub filler. Others had tried to fix it it, but MARK from AiRight came out and confidently said he would fix it right away and he delivered!!! I’ve been holding off on some other plumbing work, but now that i found MARK at AiRight, i totally trust him and i feel very comfortable having them do the work. Fair price, excellent work, punctual and experts at all types of plumbing situations!Updated: we had Gus out this week. Fixed a clogged dishwasher line. My water heater stop working on Sunday, I call first thing on Monday, Airight responded to my request immediately and able to come out to diagnose and replace the BETTER water heater the same day. They answered all my answers, pre and post installation, and allow me to watch every steps of the way. I appreciate Mario wears mask the whole time, provides honest answers. I called AiRight for a heating issue today. They were able to schedule the service within a couple of hours. Matt, the technician, came timely. After hearing my description of the problem, Matt explained that it could be one of three components that went wrong. Sure enough, after opening the front cover of the finance he immediately identified broken part. He replaced it in just a few minutes and the finance is back running again! Matt is very polite, professional, competent, and patient in explaining what he was doing. I would certainly recommend Matt to other people with heating issues.

It wasnt cheap, and the fix required a second visit the next morning, but it got done and I have a happy tenant again.

Gave us couple of options, explained pros and cons. It was late in the day and I explained my situation - I needed my AC unit removed because concrete contractors will arrive in the morning to demo the patio slab and prepare to lay-down new patio slab and sidewalk around the house.Terry assured me that he would have a technician out the next morning. As promised, the technician arrived early next morning and diligently removed the AC unit and moved it out of the way from the concrete workers.The technician was courteous, masked and cleaned- up afterward. My experience with AiRight was exceptionally, customer service was outstanding and the workmanship was superb. I would not hesitate to hire AiRight again, that is why Ill be contacting AiRight in couple weeks to re-install my AC unit. Stay-tuned....
