Excellent and professional work. They ask for a high price, but are worth every penny.One of the cleanest plumbing jobs I have seen. No bolt left unchecked and every possible issue mended.Without them we would not have discovered that previous plumbing work had been done wrong. I had a leak from a water line inside our home in the wall of our bathroom on a Sunday afternoon, we were placing a mirrored cabinet in the master bath. I used some type of putty which was supposed to be a fix for broken or leaking pipes and used it to patch the pipe and stop the water leak. Early Monday morning around 0500 I used the Bill Howe scheduling feature on their website requesting help for a permanent fix. It did not take long for someone to call me and set up an appointment on the same day and within a few hours. Our technician was DJ and he was an extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very nice person who took the time to explain to my wife the options that we could take to repair the leak. It did not take him long at all to cut and replace the damaged pipe, explain the warranty procedure and be on his way. The service was outstanding from the office personnel to our technician DJ and I would highly recommend Bill Howe for anyone looking for service or repairs, the price was reasonable and top notch workmanship and we will definitely be using them again for any of our future needs.

Juan Lopez was really great today with getting everything we needed done quickly and efficiently. He also pointed out a couple of other things that needed replacing, and was able to take care of those issues today as well. He explained what needed to be done and how much each task would cost prior to starting, and left the areas clean and neat. Each time we have used Bill Howe we have have received great service, from making the appointment until the end of repairs. We appreciate having a plumbing repair provider we can call knowing we will always receive excellent service. Thank you Juan and Bill Howe.

Today Bill Howe Plumbing installed a new water heater in our garage. The installation was as quick as possible for this type of job, with no delays or errors. The service technician, Isaiah M, did a great job. As he installed the water heater, I can tell he was an expert at his craft; he told us he only used the best copper pipes available and why that would save us money in the long run. His knowledge, efficiency, and sense of humor is what we expect from the personnel of this company. We have contacted Bill Howe for all our needs for over ten years.

My water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. Juan texted with his ETA and arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. He explained the work he was doing and answered all of my questions along the way. My water heater is accessed from the outside and despite it being over 100 degrees and the space where it was installed being very tight, he was pleasant and did a fantastic job. He left the space clean and the new unit looks/works great. It was a very good experience and the same day appointment was appreciated.

Great experience with Alex as technician. Good work and a fair price. Howe came through at 3pm, for an appointment by 6pm, after Anderson Plumbing still hadnt assigned a technician and didnt know if they would even be coming; Anderson had suggested after six hours that I could reschedule for another day, although when I called them at 9am they told me the technician would be assigned by noon 😳!!. In the future, we will always call Howe FIRST.

Very pleased. 1st time using BHP services. Was actually recommended by my regular plumber (Chris Taylor Plumbing) because of work load. Brandon (not Miguel) did all the work. Clean, neat, friendly appearance upon arrival. Explained everything and went straight to work. Wore clean shoe covers each time he entered my home. Did not make a mess inside or out. Extremely impressed with his professionalism.Brandon is definitely a keeper and truly deserves his impending promotion. Make sure HR hires more technicians like him. I had a bad leak from an underground pipe right outside my house in the side yard. Called Bill Howe and they sent over Joel. He started working immediately to try and find the leak and once he found it started fixing it immediately. The busted pipe was very deep in the ground but that didn’t stop Joel from finding it and fixing it. He even cleaned every thing up and patched up the hole in the concrete that was made to get to the pipe. I was very impressed with his speed, professionalism and work ethic. If I ever need any plumbing help in the future I am requesting Joel every time.

This review is for Luis Estrada, Reconstruction Estimator, Bill Howe Restoration & Flood Services. I had flooding and water damage in my condo in March 2023 due to a valve busting and a second water emergency in July 2023 when my water heater leaked water from the top. I called Bill Howe, they sent a plumber the same day, and the plumbing emergency repairs were done for both incidents. After the repairs were done, Luis called me to discuss the next steps to do the home reconstruction. He is very courteous, professional, and experienced. Also, Luis is fully Bilingual and being able to talk to him in Spanish helped me better understand the situation. For the first incident in March 2023, he was my initial contact and he answered all my calls and my questions until Francisco and Tia took over. For the second incident in July 2023, Luis is the lead estimator working on my home reconstruction project. In July 2023, I had the pleasure of meeting him in person to work on the estimate. To expedite the claim with USAA he agreed to meet up with USAA’s estimator Mr. Jason Ekstrom. Luis is a forward thinker and provided thoughtful solutions to expedite the scheduling and complete the reconstruction project as soon as possible. Also, Luis prepared an estimate following USAA’s insurance requirements. His diligence, expertise, and CAN-DO attitude was critical to expedite the claim process and receive payment from USAA for the water damage incident in July 2023. Now I have the money to repair my condo ! I definitely recommend Luis Estrada and Bill Howe for your home reconstruction projects, and I’m very grateful for the whole teams hard work! I’d give them 10 stars !

My technician, Ron Riggs, was extremely professional in his technical capabilities, quality of work, and general demeanor. Ive been concerned the entire pandemic about having a contractor in the home to do work but I knew this was a job I couldnt handle myself. He wore booties to keep my floors clean and was fully masked the entire time. The job went over the initial estimate of 2 hours; but I could tell he was doing everything he could to complete it soonest while ensuring all the work was done correctly. Bottom line, Bill Howe is not the cheapest contractor in town, but I rate it as the best value. Get it done right the first time, works good, lasts a long time. A+++. I will definitely be using them again and I will ask for Mr.Riggs specifically.

Quoted me a weekday price then came back and handled it Tuesday and charged me that price even though I think he had to do a little more work after he started the process. BILL HOWE PLUMBING... The Best! Thank you, Bill Howe, for another great experience. Bought my home four years ago and did extensive remodeling. Unfortunately, Ive never been able to use my central HVAC because it didnt work. After visits from three other service companies, including the company that installed the unit, no one was able to find or fix the problem.Fortunately, I recently purchased a annual service contract with Bill Howe which included a yearly HVAC inspection. They sent out their technician, Chad, and he quickly discovered that some workers, during my remodel, inadvertantly sealed up an opening that was part of the air exchange system. The damage to the system was well hidden and it took a very talented and skilled technician (Chad) to figure out what was going on. After watching Chad methodically and persistently track down the problem, he has my utmost respect as a master tradesman and my undying gratitude for his effort.Thank you, Bill Howe, for putting together such a great team of skilled professionals. Kitchen sink wouldnt drain. Every DIY technique I tried couldnt clear it, including a 35 snake. Time for the pros. I didnt get a confirmation time so had to call them, but was assured they were on their way. Alex arrived middle of the set time. He was friendly, informative and efficient. He was in and out in 45 minutes and the sink is good as new. He gave me some suggestions for maintenance and and future potential services. Highly recommended.

I had Robin from customer service and Anthony M. as my plumber and both were amazing. I had called 11 different plumbers and this one was the first one to be able to handle my request. Anthony was a pro identifying multiple bastardized fixes and coming up with a permanent solution.Robins customer care was absolutely professional and understood my concerns. When they say leave a voicemail they get back to you immediately.God forbid I have another plumbing issue but this company is the first one Im calling because of Robin and Anthony. Absolutely true professionals.

Tony and Rico from Bill Howe are awesome!! We live in a high rise HOA and only had four hours of water shut off time to change out 11 angle stops- definitely a tight deadline, but they made it happen! They also helped us with installing a new garbage disposal, faucet, dishwasher, and sink hookups. Would definitely call them again for any plumbing projects. Thank you!!
