Diego the technician came around 9:30 am, looked at the leak and he said he’ll fixed the leak but looking at all the pipes and the shut off handle (he can’t even moved it) and said that it might get worst if he forced it. All he can due was to clamp the pipe that has the leak to stop the leakage. He checked all the pipes and took pictures and showed it to me. All other pipes are all corroded and advised to be replaced. He’ll have the office work on the proposal of how much it will cost to replace and work on the pipes. I was very satisfied with Diego’s work ethics, explaining everything to me.

Dependable Plumbing is amazing!!!! Yesterday (11/7/23) I had a water heater pinhole leak that I was alerted to by my HOA at 5pm. They gave me Dependable Plumbings number and I spoke with Clyde the dispatcher. Within 30 minutes their plumber Nick gives me a call and I explained that there is moisture and a mist with a fizzing or hissing sound in the water heater closet and I couldnt tell where the leak is coming from. He stayed on the phone and made sure that I shutoff the valves and unplugged the water heater. Everything calmed down and the fizzing/hissing stopped. This morning Jen from Dependable Plumbing called me to see if everything was okay and scheduled a plumber to inspect and troubleshoot the water heater at 1pm. Thomas called me and let me know that he was on the way and arrived right on time at 1pm at my door on the dot. It took him less than 5 minutes to identify the first leak which was a pinhole leak in the brass/copper hose that was sputtering then shooting out of the pinhole. After replacing it with a new hose, he identified a second leak coming from the other brass/copper hose. He swapped it out, wiped and cleaned everything down, cleared the water out of the pan and left the water closet looking cleaner than it was before the leak. Thomas was knowledgeable, professional and dependable. I had to take a few moments to write to this out of appreciation for the entire experience. Oh and the price was reasonable as well, especially when anticipating the worst case if I wouldve had to purchase a new water heater. Big shout out to everyone and the entire experience. I highly recommend Dependable Plumbing be your first call if you have a plumbing emergency and definitely for all other plumbing related needs. Thank you all! - Rob

Dependable Plumbing lives up to their name! Jeremy Romio took my call. He listened to my situation, and was able to schedule someone immediately, in addition to answering all of my questions. Jeremys kindness is worth noting. Grant Mize was my plumber, and he is incredible. He contacted me prior to my appointment, was on time, and walked in with the biggest smile. He immediately identified the situation, and assured me it could be fixed. He explained the different steps he would take, and the associated costs. (Compared to other plumbers Ive used, I found Dependables pricing to be reasonable.) Grant is very skilled and knowledgeable, and also happens to be incredibly friendly. What impressed me the most was when he shared his love for the work he does, and for his employer. There is something to be said for family-operated businesses like Dependable Plumbing. I am glad to have found them for any future needs.

I felt compelled to write a review after having such a refreshing experience with Dependable Plumbing. They answer calls, they call you back, and the communication is definitely above board. Pricing is straightforward – no bait-and-switch prices or upsells to expensive, unnecessary repairs. The technician assigned to my job, Nick S., was professional, courteous, punctual, and did quality work. He also cleaned up after himself and made efforts to reduce noise since I was working from home and had to be on phone calls. I will call Dependable Plumbing back for my next job and ask for Nick.

We needed repiping after 3rd slab leak. Dependable plumbing were amazing. Nick came out to look at job - couldnt have been nicer. Start day of work, they brought 6 plumbers and finished 2 bath condo in one day. They cleaned up and even swept up our patio. Best service of any kind we have experienced here out of HVAC, handyman, and most especially plumbers.

Dependable was the 3rd plumber that came to my condo to fix a clogged kitchen drain. The first could or would not fix it and tried to upsell me for additional work costing close to $1,000. The second was honest, but try as he might couldnt unclog the drain. He didnt charge, but I felt bad for him since he tried for an hour and couldnt get the drain unclogged. Derek from Dependable showed up on time and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. Derek is the best. Im using Dependable from now on.

I will definitely reach out to this company when I need a plumber again.My HOA sent them out to fix my toilet (my home warranty doesnt cover the pipes in the internal walls) that was not flushing due to a clogged pipe that was also affecting my neighbors plumbing. They sent out Adam and man was he a pleasure to work with. He was very friendly, professional and cleaned up afterwards (I was shocked nobody ever does that) he definitely went above and beyond and was also polite and friendly to my neighbors. He did an excellent job.The person I spoke with on the phone was also very polite and willing to help. If your looking for a company that seems to know what they are doing and from the looks of it treats their employees well, hire them.

Writing reviews for mid to large size companies is always a bit challenging. Not sure what went right or wrong with other customers, but both my experiences with DP (Grant, in particular) were excellent.I understand they need to earn a living (as do I) and products, services, brick & mortar, and employees are far from inexpensive nowadays.On both occasions, one of which was after hours, DP was responsive, communicative and on the ball. I wouldnt characterize their services as inexpensive, but they are excellent!Thats not to say they should rip your eyes out, because youre in a plumbing pinch — and in need of professional assistance.Suffice to say, excellence doesnt come cheap. I had a laundry list of plumbing issues (some that I had been ignoring). Once again, a call to Dependable took care of everything. The pressure regulator was fine. The running toilet just needed a new gasket and they had a new disposal on their truck. Every time I work with one of the members of Dependable I get a knowledgeable, personable person I can easily work with.

Today I contact Dependable Plumbing for major kitchen sink leak. The dirty water is overflowed from the kitchen sink . The plumber, Grant came to the rescue. He came right away and fix the leak. He is nice and polite explaining the situation. This is the second time I use Dependable Plumbing . They are reliable , honest plumber. I will call them again for any plumbing needs.
