    Very Impressed!! I received a quote from 4 different companies and all American had quantity and quality so I chose them and wasnt disappointed. I worked with Justen who went above and beyond for installing sub meters for a rental property.     I used to call another plumber that was a little less expensive than All American Plumbing but not anymore because I ended up paying more in the long run when he did not get things right or could not figure out what was wrong. All American Plumbing does charge a little more but they get things right and they stand behind their work. I highly recommend them.

    Ian and LT did a great job in a very difficult situation. Leak detection with a slab leak in a 50 year old home, very complicated. They worked on New Years Eve until 10:30pm and then were back on New Year’s Day at 8:30 am to finish up. It’s working great now. Both were very professional, capable, committed and just really nice guys. Highly recommend.

    So amazing! Aside from being very nice, our plumber, Ryan, knew how to fix everything. You don’t realize how grateful you are for plumbing until you don’t have it. He came out after hours and installed two faucets after our contractor left us without water earlier in the day.     Justin from All American Plumbing is a wealth of great plumbing information and I feel like he approached the water flow/pressure issue at my residence in a very methodical / logical way. He provided the info on the WHY of what he was doing and explained in detail the course of action to take to solve the issue in the best way. Didn’t even have to ask about discounts as he offered a multiple item discount with the estimate and did the water pressure regulator replacement right then and there. Very thorough in approach and also his coworker Kevin was great to point out areas to watch out for as I had a loose tub faucet which I had never even noticed and a rusty water heater pipe section that I hadn’t noticed. I would highly recommend All American Plumbing and I plan to continue to use them in the future. Kudos again to Justin and Kevin for a great job!

    I cannot say enough good things about All American. They can fix any plumbing issue and will respond to your needs as fast as humanely possible. We had a leak that sprung up on top of our whole house water filtration system, first thing on a Saturday. Sherri squeezed us into a busy weekend which I truly appreciate. Ryan came out, immediately diagnosed the problem, repaired the filtration system (working around some pretty tight quarters), tested it, and I couldnt be happier. It functions like new. The highest quality fix combined with ultimate professionalism. You know what you get with All American and that is the best. Hands down. These guys are the best and Im truly grateful for them.     Excellent experience. The estimate process was simple and quick. There was an appointment available next day. David was extremely pleasant and explained everything and all of our options.     Three Weeks of Plumbing Excellence with All American Plumbing (AAP)Three weeks ago, I faced a slab leak, and Ryan from AAP promptly confirmed the issue and performed an excellent re-piping job through the walls in my kitchen. His work was extremely professional, and I was thoroughly impressed.Recently, I noticed unusually high water pressure when turning on the faucet, which would drop after a few seconds. I called AAP again, and Jojo visited on Friday to review the issue. He patiently walked me through the process, diagnosed the problem as a faulty pressure-reducing valve, and even scheduled the repair for today—Sunday—despite it being his day off.Jojo arrived with Brandon, a young apprentice, and together they did an extraordinary job. Jojo’s meticulous preparation (measure twice, cut once) and precise execution were impressive. His soldering work was flawless, and he took the time to explain each step of the process to Brandon, who also excelled at laying out the PVC piping for the regeneration water from the newly installed Halo 5 water filtration and conditioning system.What stood out was their commitment to quality. They didn’t just fix the high water pressure issue; they ensured the pipework was aesthetically pleasing as well. To add another layer of protection, I also decided to install the Moen Flo Smart Water Monitor & Shutoff, and Jojo expertly guided me through the setup.This was my third time working with AAP, and every experience has been outstanding. Thank you, Ryan, for addressing the initial slab leak and re-piping, and thank you, Jojo and Brandon, for solving the high-pressure issue (likely the root cause of the slab leak) and delivering exceptional craftsmanship with the Halo 5 and Moen Flo systems.Tonight, I’ll sleep peacefully, knowing my plumbing is in perfect condition.     My wife and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We had a burst pipe which created a lot of problems. Our usual plumber referred us to All American because the job was too big for his one man operation and assured us they were a great company to work with. He was correct.     I have finally found an amazing, reliable, high quality, plumber. I found our front yard saturated with water, indicating a leak somewhere. I called All American Plumbing Inc, they came out that evening, quickly assessed the problem, super knowledgable, professional and just a pleasure to work with. They clearly communicated their rates and fee structure and fixed my issue at a fair cost. Not charging extra despite coming out in the evening and returning on a Saturday to complete the work. Just last month we had an emergency with water spewing from the yard and I didnt have All American in my rolodex, so we had someone else come out and the service was not even close, pricing was confusing and exorbitant and while everyone was nice, the quality of the work was not good. So, next time I need a plumber, I will definitely call All American Plumbing Inc, they are permanently in my contacts.

    Excellent service!! Nick identified our plumbing problems accurately and explained everything clearly.     Had an emergency toilet leak and out of all the places I called, my man Byron Hoch, owner of All-American Plumbing in Poway, CA. We were in a bind after Rachel told us a tech would be available in three days, but lo and behold I got an availability during the call. Justin, the plumbing technician, was on time and very professional, did an estimate and recommended to change an angle stop that was previously there be replaced, which we happily agreed and also resetting the toilet was great job. Wish I can show you the before pics, but the finished professional product was great! We are so happy that we chose All-American Plumbing!

    There is simply no better plumber in Southern California, and after countless military moves and zip codes, I have never dealt with a better plumber (or business) anywhere in the country. I have been using All American for 20 years and have never been less than completely happy with their responsiveness, service, honesty, and pricing. Sherri and Rachael at the office are VERY polite, friendly, responsive, efficient, and somehow always find a way to send someone out in a reasonable amount of time, even when the job is not huge. Ive lost count of the number of contractors that will not even give the courtesy of a return call when it is for a small job.Ask a dumb question? Get an answer that makes it seem like the question was not all that dumb (even if it is). Byron the owner has the magic touch when he finds employees - after 20 years and a lot of jobs, I have always been extremely happy with who he has sent. This is not one of the big name companies, it is an honest small business that cares about each and every customer. They have a notable percentage of veteran employees as well.I just finished a job with Joseph and Brandon, they were prompt (early - what other contractor is ever on time, let alone early?), polite, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. They did more than was asked, and we had a pretty good standoff about either of them accepting a tip (which they both clearly deserved in this instance). We are just glad youre happy and a long-time good customer.I hate having to call a plumber, but when I do, Im glad its All American. I have never been more impressed with a business than I consistently am (100% of the time) with All American.     We have used All American Plumbing for several years and have always been very pleased with their work. Recently we needed their help to repair poor plumbing done by another contractor we hired to remodel our bathroom. The new tub was draining much slower than our old one. Justen and his helper were very professional and considerate, always putting on shoe covers when walking inside our home. They had to replace our new bathtubs drain, overflow, and p-trap, all from the floor below. The job was done in a very reasonable amount of time with excellent results! And, the price was very fair and competitive. Before their work the tub took almost 7 minutes to drain, but afterward it is now draining 4 minutes faster!! We very enthusiastically recommend All American Plumbing.

    I could not be happier with the service I received and the outcome of the job overall. Mason and his crew arrived on time and were ready to work. After his initial assessment, he said that they would have to dig to find the leak. After quoting the cost to dig, they went to work and found the leak in less than an hour. He told me he didnt have the material to make the repairs but offered to go to Ace hardware and get what they needed. They finished the repair very quickly. The final bill even included a 75 percent discount on the digging cost. Highly recommended!!

    I am so grateful that I met All American Plumbing last year because several days ago my water heater went out and I also needed a referral for an HVAC person. I spoke to Byron and he gave me the HVAC referral which I thought was amazing especially when he told me he stands by his referrals. Byron had me set up my appointment to have my new water heater installed which was today. Brandon was the technician doing the install and he did a great job from the start working with Byron on my price, the removal of my old water heater and the install of the Bradford White.     All American … for a job well! We’ve had work done by All American probably 6 times now. So far all guys have been prompt, great to work with, take pride in what they do, communicate well, and make sure we are happy with the finished product.Lance and Avidas (hopefully spelled that right) were recently at our house to remove and replace the shower faucet cartridge and fixture. Cut into the wall as minimally as possible, made the fix, attached the faucet, and cleaned up after themselves. Even walked me through the process for how to do a tankless hot water heater flush so I can take a crack at it myself in the future. Could not ask for more.Like I said, the guys do great work!     We were having trouble with our pressure in our shower. I called a well known plumbing company to fix the problem. They charged a small fee to give me an estimate. Then gave me 4 options starting with a little over $2000. Cant remember what the other 3 were. When I didnt buy into their options, they gave me an estimate of $680 - $530 I believe. And finally sent me an offer of $680.I decided to call someone local - family operated - All American Plumbing Inc. I am so glad I did. No charge to give you an estimate. They charged $350 for the entire job and checked all my plumbing throughout the house for free. The 2 men were amazing. They said they do everything even remodeling. They are definitely my go to plumbing company. I am beginning to believe that a company that needs to charge you for an estimate has to do so because clients arent going to want to pay their exorbant prices. I suppose if you are confident that you have good service and good prices you are willing to give free estimates.

    I called All American Plumbing to investigate an issue with our main sewage line. Mason responded quickly and was super helpful and patient as he did some imaging and confirmed the sewer main line needed replacement. We ended up calling other companies for additional quotes but everyone else said they couldnt match the cost.Mason and his team were able to schedule the job in just a few days and worked incredibly hard to get the whole job done in just 2 days. They explained their plan clearly and professionally, and ended up discovering we also needed to replace a leak in our water main - that was a result of another plumbing job 3 years before from a different contractor. We were impressed with how hard everyone on the crew was working, their strong communication skills, and their positive attitudes.Their clear documentation and description of the work also proved crucial in later discussions with our HOA board about the work. Id highly recommend them due to their professionalism and will use them again if other plumbing issues arise.As a final note, I have had issues where contractors would clearly prefer to talk to my husband. This was absolutely not the case here and each member of the crew was happy to take the time to chat with both/either of us when something came up.

    I always call All American Plumbing. I’ve used them for 100% of my plumbing issues, and they always came through professionally. Today I want to give my thanks to Nick and his partner Ian. Due to my ignorance, I embarrassingly called them to my house on a Sunday morning thinking that my garbage disposal motor broke when it was actually a quick fix with an allen key and a push of a button.     Coming from someone who reads reviews but approaches them with skepticism, I have been very impressed with all aspects of the service I have received from All American (Brandon in particular - above and beyond is a complete understatement!). They were prompt, thorough, transparent and professional - just what I needed to manage a problem from out of state. From a cost standpoint they fairly strike the middle of the pack BUT it was clear that those that were quoting (slightly) less for the same work were also less inclusive of the total costs I would ultimately need to complete the job (a lot of “it’s hard to tell until we get into it”). I highly recommend having this team quote your work before deciding who to award it to.

    Justin and Kevin arrived 20 minutes early but that was good because the job took longer than I had expected.After reviewing the plan with their owner/manager by phone for replacing the sacrificial anode rod in my 5 1/2 year old gas water heater and flushing it, which included explaining my options, the pros, cons and prices, they got to work and kept me informed while I watched. There was a small price reduction for the combination of these two procedures which shared some steps in common.The corroded (but still functional) anode rod was unavoidably destroyed in the inspection process (due to the tank design and access constraints), and replaced with a new one composed of shorter rod segments connected by wire which allowed rod replacement with the water heater in place (saving time and money).As a result of the flushing, which did remove a considerable amount of mineral buildup, some of that sediment reached a sink faucet which caused a local blockage of the hot water there. Of course, THAT faucet was the ONLY one I had not checked upon restoring the heater to its operating mode. Unfortunately, I found this problem just a few minutes after the workmen drove off. However, I immediately called All American and Justin soon returned to effect a quick clearing of the sediment within the faucet! (At no extra charge, thank you!)The solution they implemented for flushing the tank included installing a larger diameter drain valve with safety cap which will make future flushes more effective and quicker. This of course increased the price for this flush service but in the long run should help encourage doing annual flushes to hopefully extend the life of the system.Overall, a good quality job with positive, friendly attitude!

    Extremely thankful to All American Plumbing Inc. for all theyve done to help me! I called because of a leak our main floor bathroom had, and they sent Brandon (and Ryan? soooo sorry guys... bad memory with names!) the very next day! I am very appreciative of how quickly they came to help, and they were both so thoughtful to wear little shoe booties to wear inside! They made me feel comfortable, and took the time to explain everything to me and prices, before I committed to anything. They ALSO looked at another bathrooms angle values for me because I asked, and replaced them for me per my request, even though they werent part of the reason why I called. They were both beyond kind and knowledgeable, and I didnt feel at all like they were trying to scam or upsell me. I feel like their work was quality, and I will be calling them in the future to get my other sinks faucets replaced and if any other plumbing emergencies happen again (*fingers crossed* no more of those happen tho).     Very reliable service!! Technician Niko was so nice, helpful and honest about my drains, he ran a thorough inspection, and proposed actually the drain is very functional, no need to do the further repairs. This report definitely removed the dark cloud in my sky as I was told by a plumbing company there was a very severe issue. If there were problems in the future, I will definitely hire this company and highly recommended All American Plumbing!! Plus, this is the only company which run free inspections and is so efficient and responsive to respond the calls of my 4 calls.

    This company is great. Mason came out Monday for an estimate and ended up finding more gas leaks. On Wednesday, he and a co-worker came out and fixed everything and also pressurized the gas lines to make sure there were no other leaks. They helped address a complex private sewer easement issue outdoor and replaced about 50% of it.2. Replaced the old cracked cast iron sewer line in our slab foundation.3. They did major plumbing work in our bathroom including installing a brand new tub, toilet, and sink and brand new piping.4. Replaced and rerouted a portion of my water main, and all the copper piping connecting to my washer, water heater, and kitchen sink.My husband and I had the pleasure of working with several of their technicians, Brandon, Kevin, Justin, Nick, and many others who I can’t remember of the top of my head. These guys have great communication, they explain all the ins and outs when scoping out the projects and gave us realistic timelines. They make great recommendations and suggestions when discussing options. Many of these major repairs were very stressful and these guys have shown nothing but kindness and respect through it all.     Second time in two weeks I needed plumbing work and I called All American Plumbing. Again, same to technicians - Erik and Iain, were dispatched for several scheduled items which were handled perfectly.In addition, Erik and Iain were able to handle an emergency toilet repair for me.     We need to install a new washer machine but the washer machine delivery workers did not wanted to installed do the old water pipe connector, so I call the All American Plumbing. Maison and his team change the old pipes install a new ones .They did a clean drywall cut piece not dusty not messy, also they save the drywall piece to fix the wall again.     I was hearing some knocking sounds so I called All American Plumbing to come take a look. Nick identified that my water pressure was too high, and began diagnosing the issue. While doing so, he saw that my water tank was leaking. He was able to provide immediate service to install a temporary water tank configuration, and kept me posted throughout the whole process.     Saw this company recommended on the Escondido Friends FB Page. Needed to have 2 shower heads/faucets replaced and 2 toilets inspected. Have used home warranty plumbing services in the past with unsatisfactory outcomes. I researched All American and was impressed with all the positive reviews. I requested a completely free inspection online. Very responsive. Many companies offer a free inspection where they deduct the cost of the visit if you choose to proceed with the work; otherwise they do charge you. However, All American is absolutely free. They came out promptly as scheduled on time; completed inspection and provided estimate. I scheduled the work to be done on a subsequent day and again they were on time. David and Josh were very professional and did an excellent job. They were courteous and patiently demonstrated the functionality and options of the new hardware installed. I will never call another plumber except All American. Highly recommend.
