We choose Nextgen to installed our Rinnai tankless water heater and to removed our old hot water tank. Nextgen came out when they said they would, installed everything and left my place cleaner than they found it. I had Harryson Arroyo come to replace my broken and leaking garbage disposal. He came when he said he would and got the work done quickly without any issues (we had already bought the new garbage disposal since we knew it had to be replaced). He checked out a few other plumbing issues too, and I appreciated him telling me one fixture (a toilet) should be replaced instead of buying new parts (thats information you want to know ahead of time rather than spend money for replacement parts just to find you could have bought a brand new fixture/appliance for a comparable price).Overall he did great work and Im very pleased!

I came across an issue installing my new dishwasher and couldnt shut off the water due to the valves being corroded. I called NextGen up this morning and he was able to fit me in the schedule right away. He came over and changed 2 valves and helped me install my new dishwasher. Its hard to find trustworthy people these days so Im very thankful I found him! Highly recommend NextGen for all of your plumbing needs!

By chance Harryson was working at a local Barbershop when I was getting my hair cut. The person cutting my hair vouched for him, so I asked him if he could come over and take a look at my leaking garbage disposal. Called him when I got home and he was there within an hour. He replaced my garbage disposal and also replaced a ill fitting faucet that an earlier handyman had installed. He went to Home Depot for me and sent me pics of faucets he thought would work. The one he chose worked out wonderfully. Unfortunately there was a leek in the drain fitting of the new garbage disposal that I didnt notice till the next day. He came right over when I called, went back to Home Depot bought a new drain fitting and replaced it. His work is excellent, He is conscientious, stands by his work and his prices are reasonable.

Absolutely a life saver! I called up on a Sunday afternoon with an issue with a fitting for a tankless water heater. The fitting were stuck on the old unit and of course it was not a part you could get just anywhere. I explained my situation and he came over to help. He got the pieces we needed off the old water heater. We really thought we were taking cold showers but he got us up and running! He did not have to stop what he was doing, on a Sunday, to help us but he did and Im forever grateful. Thank you so much Nextgen. You gained a lifetime customer.

This company was so professional, timely, and easy to work with. We were or are doing a kitchen and bathroom renovation. We told them the list of items we needed and I wasnt even sure exactly what I needed done but Harryson and his team did. They came in, looked at everything and worked efficiently to get things done. I needed them to come back to do things at separate times due to the cabinet and tile guys needing to finish parts of their job and they had no problem doing that. Kept good communication with us and responded to emails quickly. They did multiple things for us, not just one. They are extremely knowledgeable! I highly recommend this company.

Nextgen came recommended to us and we have no problem recommending Nextgen to anyone else. They were on-time, professional and did very good work quickly. In my personal situation I needed a utility sink and faucet installed...they came out in the morning to look at the situation and offered to come back in the afternoon to do the work. They gave me a time to come back...they met it and they knocked out the job in no time. Very pleased with the work and it was a pleasure working with them. Highly recommended!
