Irvin answered my first call, listened to my explanation of the problems with my Water Heater, and made an appointment to come to my home the same day. He quickly found the issue’s, gave me a fair price, made the repairs and got the Water Heater working. I will not hesitate to call him with any future plumbing issues. Thanks again Irvin!

Over the past three years of using Hedden Plumbing, my wife and I decided it was time to leave a review. We have had multiple repairs done at both our house and familys homes. One job was a complex installation of two tank-less water heater. This is when I realized Irv is an expert at what he does. The project was explained to me and I was kept up to date until completion. We are confident that Irv and his team are capable of handling any plumbing issues that may arise.

I had service from Hedden Plumbing after calling Rheem for service on a water heater. He arrived on time and began to check the water heater. After doing some tests on the heater and on the water pipes he found that the water heater was fine and explained to me what was going on with the heater and how it was working. He explained the operation better than the instruction book that came with the heater. He answered all my questions and even told me some tips I had not thought of. He was very knowledgeable about installation of water heaters. I would use Hedden plumbing again for water heaters or other plumbing needs.

My old water heater needed to be replaced so I called Hedden Plumbing. They arrived as schedule and the tech was very knowledgeable. We were thinking about replacing the old tank water heater with the new tank less water heater because we would constantly run out of hot water. Mr. Hedden explained in detail how efficient the new system would be and we decided to go with it. Now we never run out of hot water. Best call I could have made.

My water heater bit the dust on a Sunday of all days. I started to search for a plumbing company in my area in St. Lucie West. I came across Hedden Plumbing. Saw that they had great ratings. There was an email to contact them. Within an hour of emailing them, I got a phone call back. First thing Monday morning they were at my house and had a new tank up and running in a few hours. The owner walked me through everything on the tank, as well as other things that were not even related to this installation that I had questions about. I was very pleased with the work that was done and will definitely be using them again and referring them for their services. Now I know why they have the ratings that they do!

Hedden plumbing arrived on time which in itself is unusual. I had a washing machine hose frozen on the hot water tap. He explained my two options and being a senior citizen on a fixed income I chose the cheaper priced solution which was to cut the connector and replace it with a new hose. He did an excellent job and explained to me how to handle the taps if they began to leak. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing problems.Gary Pahel

I am currently living in a rental property so can only give a tenants perspective, with that being said, I have had three situations arise in the last two months where a plumber has been needed. Two that involved my hot water heater and the other with my master bath faucets. My landlord had initially contacted another plumbing company who placed a band-aid over the problem with my hot water heater so naturally the issue did not resolve properly which necessitated plumbing services again. This time she called Hedden Plumbing. What a difference! Irving was my technician. First time appt. Arrived timely as promised. Diagnosed the leaking shower issue and left to get the necessary part at a warehouse. Returned in about 30-45 minutes. Installed and took the time to explain to my husband applicable follow-through to maintain consistent service for up to eight years. My husband was treated very courteously in spite of his accent and Mr. Hedden patiently explained the diagnosis, procedure, and follow-through. Mr. Hedden exercised professionalism at its best. Although the cost was a budgeting issue as senior citizens, we certainly received what we believe is top-grade service. We would highly recommend Mr. Hedden.

Labor Day Weekend and we woke up to no water pressure. We called Hedden Plumbing and they picked up right away even though it was a holiday weekend! Irvin clearly described the fees that would be charged for coming on a holiday weekend, but when you have no water pressure in the house, Its necessary and expected. Irvin came to our house within 2 hours. He quickly investigated the problem, explained what it would take to fix and then resolved the issue. There was a pipe separated, Irvin had to get from one end of the crawl space to the other to fix he pipe. We were very please with the service we got. We would use Heddeen Plumbing again. You want to have an experienced Plumber!

Everything in our house goes bad on a holiday weekend (A/C on Memorial Day) so when our hot water heater went on Fathers Day weekend (Friday) I cant say I was surprised. But I was surprised we were able to get a plumber when we called Friday night and he came on Saturday. Irv just left and did a great job. The price was as he said on the phone and, with 45 years experience, he knew what he was doing and explained everything to us regarding the job and the plumbing in our house. This is definitely a phone number I will keep for future notice and would not hesitate to use again. Had a drain problem for 15 hours and though we had Insurance, we were told that their plumber would not be available for at least a week, and/or get a quote from a plumber and then see if that quote was approved. After sending them on a one way trip to Neverland, I called Hedden Plumbing, the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and though I was insisting on him coming over to see the problem, he walked me through it and asked that I called the proper company which he stated would not charge me a penny and sure enough, he was right and problem solved. I couldnt believe his patience and kindness, I had to call him and thanked him for not taking advantage of what couldve been a very expensive situation. His honesty was completely incredible. We had an issue with our new Rheem water heater and Mr. Hedden was sent out to address the problem. He was very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was wrong. Turned out to be the thermal expansion tank and pressure relief valve, not the water heater.Mr. Hedden then explained in detail how each of those items work and why it caused the problem with the water heater. I asked questions and he patiently answered each one. He also told me to reach out anytime if I had any questions. I cannot ask for any better service than what he provided.On a side note, the negative reviews from people having issues with their Rheem product seem extreme and nasty. Ignorance plays a big role in peoples attitude. As a contracted service provider, Hedden can ONLY perform work on the actual Rheem product. Not the valves, pipeing expansion tank, etc. If it wasnt in the Rheem box, then it cant be touched. If the installation was not permitted or to code, then Mr. Hedden must stop the repair. The home owner has to proceed with the required permitting and meet code. Why would Hedden plumbing take on the liability and risk his license just because you dont like what he told you? If you all know better and think his attitude is bad, then get your plumbing contractor license and fix it yourself. Lets give people the benefit of the doubt. Remember, hes dealing with nasty, rude, and demanding people like you all day long.

Our first experience with Hedden plumbing was when we had a new gas range installed in our house. Hedden was recommended by our appliance dealer and we couldnt have been happier with their experience and professionalism. A few weeks later we woke up to thousands of gallons of water running down our driveway at 7 in the morning. We called Irvin, he told my husband how to turn the water off at the main and he was at our house within the hour. We were very thankful for his help and quick response. I had an emergency in the morning and called Hedden. They were here that same morning and replaced my water heater. I would definitely recommend this company. Very professional and prompt. Did a great job and was very reliable.

I had a shower mixer valve issue. I called and explained the problem and sheduled an appointment that day! He arrived on schedule, he was very personable, professional and repaired the problem even though there were other problems not initially disclosed. The final bill was with in the original estimate. He even took additional time to answer other related plumbing questions. Irv will be my first choice if/and when I need other plumbing repairs or bathroom remodeling.

Kevin Johnson. We called Hedden yesterday to fix a broken plumbing on/off switch leading to my washing machine. Plumber arrived on time, provided us with available options for fixing the problem and stayed until the job was completed. NOTE: the drywall behind the washer had to be cut to access the valves. The plumber neatly cut out only as much drywall as was necessary which should make repairing the drywall easy. I could not have been more pleased with his professionalism, thoughtfulness and efficiency. I would not hesitate to contact Hedden again in future for any plumbing issues.Mark Johnson

I called in the morning and they were there very quickly. The very nice man then informed me that I had to call gas company because the valve was shut off. They did not even charge me for a service call I will definitely be calling them back if I ever need a plumber!!!!
