We purchased a natural gas grill unit and needed someone to hook up the gas. Dom Bella plumbing was referred to us by one of our friends. Dave came out to inspect the job for a quote. Dave was knowledgeable courteous and answered all my questions. He was one of the main reasons we chose Dom Bella. I got the same treatment when Alex called to discuss the quote. He gave a time frame of when to expect a tech which was important as I had my water turned off to avoid a flood. Within an hour and a half, David Rodriguez called. Told me he was 20 minutes away and arrived right on time. David looked at my issue. Have me options to select and assured the issue would get fix. He proceeded to explain how happy he is working for the company and that means everything to me! An amazing employee committed to representing the company that treats him well. After sending some photos of the unit to them, they gave me an estimate and scheduled service for today. We broke out the most important issue, a leaking hose bib outside, and decided to repair that first. A minor leak under the kitchen sink was reviewed. As this issue may require drywall work and I am capable of doing that we decided I would prepare the work area and call him when ready. Had an estimate set up for the following morning and when the plumber, Ed, arrived he was very professional and nice. He got right to work and quickly had an estimate and a solution for us. He could have one delivered to us within the hour and could install it right then! Within a total of 2 and a half hours I had an estimated and a new water heater installed. The price was higher than I thought and would’ve liked but his work was superb and to have everything done that quickly professionally and to have the quality of his work, I would highly recommend Dom Bella Plumbing! I received a call back first thing Monday morning and the company was as at my residence that same afternoon. The technician and owner was profession, polite and listened to my concerns. Provided a solution as well as a price for the job. I accepted his recommendation and the job was started right then and there. He was quick through and cleaned up afterwards. I couldn’t be happier with the service. My hot water is better than ever. No longer having to wait awhile, it’s instant.I recommend this company to anyone needing any type of plumbing issues. Valve on main pipe to the house and hose attachment valve had to be replaced. The latter had a lever handle that rusted off and the hose valve would not turn the water off. Alex arrived on time, gave me my options and the price. He proceeded to complete the work in a timely and efficient manner while working in tight quarters between the hedges and the exterior wall of my home. He was friendly and polite. I also like the fact that he is local as I like to support community based small business.

I’m so happy I found this company, only wish I had found them sooner! I will not hesitate to call them for any future needs. I contacted them for a quote and received a phone call and visit within the same day! Price was very fair considering the work I needed done but unfortunately I needed to schedule repairs for another day. David and Yoli came back out the very next morning to replace 10 valves and ended up replacing some extra parts complimentary! They were very courteous and professional, communicated with me about everything, and provided quality work in a very timely manner!! I am so grateful to have found this company and receive such quick repairs, hassle free!! Shiny new plumbing, friendly customer service, great pricing, and AWESOME plumbers!!!

Very quick to respond, Ed came out and gave us an estimate and did the install a couple days later. Very punctual -- not only did Ed show up within the time frame given, but I also received a text when he was on the way. He did an awesome job replacing our water heater and cleaned up before leaving. We will definitely be calling them again for future jobs! Awesome job Dom Bella Plumbing!
