Second time using Lindstrom for AC maintenance, always a great experience with their techs. They’re very efficient and honest about their work and recommendations. Pricing has always been very fair. We just called in for water heater servicing for the first time because, although we typically can do that ourselves, life gets busy and time keeps on going, so it was much easier and peace of mind just having them come in and do it and also give me an idea of what to expect with our water heater lifespan. They’re maintenance plans make total sense, just having someone check in on everything rather than being stuck when it goes unexpectedly, especially in FL! Byron did our plumbing maintenance, great tech great advice from him! Unfortunately I forgot our ac tech but he was great also, gave some great insight on some challenges we have. Great service from beginning to end.

He had a difficult job getting into a very small attic crawl space in my granddaughters closet to complete the service on my inside unit. However, he was able to take a video of the issue. I will be calling the company that had installed it. He completed servicing my outside unit with ease. He was not pushy when he found a part that was close to being on on the edge of needing to be changed out. I chose to have him replace it. I will call Lindstrom again if I have an issue. Update: a new technician came out and was extremely professional. Explained to me why the problem was continuing, answered all my questions and was very helpful with providing suggestions/options. Review changed to five stars and I am extremely happy with the out one.I am writing this review four days after my service was performed and I just got off the phone from making another appointment. The AC handler was leaking, a technician came out to “fix it” and the exact same issue is still happening. I had to make another appointment for tomorrow and I sincerely hope this issue can can handled (like it should have been on the first appointment). I will update this review after the second appointment is completed.

Update: Lindstrom called and apologized for completing the service without telling me. They said they left a few voicemails to schedule the service and I checked, they did leave one voicemail saying they were calling to schedule the appointment. They said bc plenty of people don’t confirm scheduling, they just went ahead and went out to do the service. I understand that, but I think it would be a bit better if they would wait for confirmation, as some people like myself do not live in the home being serviced so it is unlikely that I would be at the home when they show up to an unconfirmed appointment. It’s probably a better idea to ask the homeowner when they or someone else will be home so they don’t make a blank trip or complete a service that the homeowner is not prepared to pay for. But with that being said, I do appreciate the apology and partial refund. As I said before, Lindstrom is a great company and I look forward to working with them in the future.Normally I’d have nothing but great things to say about Lindstrom and overall they are still a great company. But apparently they did work at my home without me knowing a couple of days ago and then called asking for payment. I was told they were really backed up and wouldn’t be able to do the repair for a bit. So this was fine with me bc it would have given me time to get ready to pay. But instead I think they gave my neighbor, who has helped me out before when I was not at home, the heads up that they were coming instead of reaching out to me or both of us like they’ve done in the past. If they had reached out to me, I could have set the appointment at a time when I was more prepared to pay. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication this time around. I was totally unprepared. It’s not right to just show up and do a job without talking to the homeowner, especially when I was told they wouldn’t be able to schedule the repair quickly.

Simply the best! Lindstrom Air Conditioning and Plumbing installed 2 new AC units for me this week and I couldnt be happier. Five star customer service. I received e-mails with their license and insurance information without having to ask for it along with pictures of the technicians who would be working in my home. Steve Blair, my initial contact, was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He used every coupon in the book to make doing both units at once a no brainer decision. Steve went over and above to communicate and make this a good experience. His estimate was clear and concise and he included things other companies never seemed to notice. Ive read that when AC units fail its most often the installation thats the culprit so I wanted to use a company that had extensive training and employees who took pride in their work. Meet Glen Gomez. Glen is a highly trained and experienced team manager. He came to my house before the work began and double checked everything after Jasons and Erics expert installation. Our experience is with the Palm City /Plumbing branch of Lindstrom. We had an emergency on the weekend (of course) when our 75 gal. water heater busted and starting leaking water non stop. First of all, of the four companies we contacted, Lindstrom was the only one to get a technician out to us that day. The technician was very professional and actually went above and beyond. He discussed all our options and arranged for a new water heater ASAP on Monday. He did his best to find the most economical option. Before he left, he gave instructions to help us try to manage the situation through the rest of the weekend— then— he actually reached out to us that evening and the next day to see how we were managing with our situation. The install of the new unit was rough, but he handled it very professionally and was thorough. He demonstrated incredible work ethic and you just don’t see that every day anymore!

My AC was shot after 10 years of heavy use.I always hated their commercials because the i love those guys slogan is annoying ... over and over. I couldnt find a good repair person. I got quotes from smaller businesses and they were really high. They also lied to me about how leakstop would work. I spent over $500 on bandaid on my AC over two months. i looked Lindstrom up on Google and the reviews were numerous,, great,, and seemed real. So I called them. Lindstrom was cheaper, better, and they do what they say. They even offer 0% financing, guarantee their work for 10 years, represent Carrier, which is the best AC you can buy. I can even control the new thermostat with Alexa or Google! It was a 5 ton central AC unit with heat and even monitors air quality. Here is the bottom line ... I went from no AC to a completely modern system for $240 per month for 3 years. They even brought a portable unit for us two days before the install. I never write reviews, was skeptical, but they were truly impressive ... honest.

Service technician was very competent and gentlemanly. The problem with the AC was excessive water overflowing the drainage pan and leaking on the floor. Technician vacuumed the water out of the pan but indicated the problem may persist because a complete cleaning of the pan can only be done by pulling the evaporator out of the AC. It is also possible because of the age of the AC replacement of the unit may be the best course of action. The technician recommended I wait to see if the vacuuming solved the problem, and if not, to call Lindstrom so we can determine the next step for solving the problem. I have complete confidence the information the technician gave me was accurate and truthful. In fact I was so impressed with the service Lindstrom provided me I signed up for their annual AC maintenance program.

We used Lindstrom to replace our broken AC system. Their prices were lower than other quotes we received, plus they offered 10 year labor warranty which was important because of the 10 year parts by manufacturer. Why should I worry about labor costs if my AC breaks down in a few years.Lindstrom installed a 5 ton unit and we noticed it wasnt running at 100% of the system efficiency. They sent a technician to diagnose the system. The systems suction was being restricted. The technician gave us two options. 1. Cut holes where holes werent. 2. Remove and reinstall system with correct suction box and grill. Of course, I wasnt happy they wanted to cut holes in my walls and doorways. After discussing with the technicians, they agreed to remove and reinstall the system.Everyone we interacted with at Lindstrom were very professional. Both of the install jobs were left clean. Crews were very respectful of my home.I recommend Lindstrom Air.
