Just had John from Genesis out today to service our 2 tankless water heaters and help with a new gas dryer that Lowes install team refused to do claiming the gas line was corroded (only some dust on it).I could not have asked for better and more pleasant service. Ive used Genesis in the past and will use again whenever we need plumbing work.I called on Monday and they scheduled the service for Wednesday between 10-2pm. Yesterday they called that they would be able to come in earlier at 8am.

So we noticed a water rushing sound behind our wall in the laundry room on a Thursday evening. Called Genesis Plumbing the next morning. Ed from Genesis Plumbing was out within an hour and advised us that we most likely have a water leak under our slab. He gave us a name for a leak detection company and we were able to get them out the following Monday. Meanwhile, Ed advised us to turn off our water heater and shut down the water to the house. Ed and Jordan from Genesis Plumbing were out the following Wednesday to try to bypass the leak area found by the leak detection company but found an additional leak in our guest bathroom necessitating a whole house repipe. The guys recognized that we might go through the Christmas holiday without water so they banded together and came out the following Saturday. They worked in tandem - Mike, Ed, Jordan, and Mark, from 7:30 to 4:30 pm straight with a 1/2 hour lunch break and completed our job. They also left my house in good shape cleaning up after themselves. These guys were awesome hard working dudes who did not let a few hiccups prevent them from finishing the job. My wife and I would give them straight As and would use Genesis Plumbing again in a heart beat. 5 stars all the way around!Tom Fischer

We purchased a home with polybutylene pipes and before any insurance would cover the home we had to have the plumbing redone. Joe from Genesis came out and walked through step by step what he would do to replace the plumbing. The day after our closing, the Genesis army showed up. They knew the exact places to go to reach the old pipes and it was evident that they had done many of these before. All of the workers knew their jobs and they knocked the job out like a well oiled machine. They were quick, professional, friendly and I wont hesitate to reach out to Genesis for all of our plumbing needs. If you have polybutylene pipes and need to have them replaced give them a call. If you need a good, reliable plumber, give them a call.

Most recently they came out and did an excellent job converting all my Polybutene pipes. While they were there they changed some faucets along with other requests I had. If you are not using Genesis Plumbing, you need to ask yourself why not? Called a little after 8 am on a Monday morning and they had someone here by 11 am to replace the hot water heater. They have taken care of all the plumbing needs of our homes for the last 12+ years (faucet replacements, toilet replacement/repair, shut-off valves, hot water heaters and the shower project plumbing) . They are professional, clean up after themselves, kind, courteous and dependable. No way would I call anyone but Genesis Plumbing. Thank you Joe - you and your team are amazing! Genesis replaced our failed disposal the same day we called and re-plumbed our entire unit in one day. Two workers arrived right at 8am, reviewed the scope of work, and put protective tarps throughout the house. By 11am 3 more workers joined in. The mainline was completed in the attic by midday. The crew was fine tuning the clean up and ready to leave shortly after 3:30.Everyone was professional, friendly, and efficient. I don’t think it’s possible to do a better job re-plumbing the house. The need for wall repairs was minimal. Our only issue was we didn’t know the new shower controls would be different from our existing one. Our original controller had separate temperature and volume control while the new one only has variable temperature but constant volume. The standard pressure is too strong and steady, so we recommend you clearly address your expectations.

Genesis, I find to be hit or miss. We called them about 2 leaks, and they repaired them. The 2nd time, we called them for a clogged sink that the washing machine goes thru. Guy came & said they were done, but the sink still clogs up & we have to be sure to be around during the rinse cycle. For both of these, my mom paid a total of$1200 (800 & 400), so I think theyre a bit pricy.This last time, we needed the floor furnace over-sized and the thermostat wasnt working and a guy came and said that he didnt know how to fix it and they would have to find someone that knows how. We havent heard back from them, & its been over a week.

My neighbor referred me to Genesis Plumbiing Services and Im so glad he did! I contacted Genesis to get a quote for an electric water heater installation. The estimate seemed reasonable, but I decided to call around to get a few more estimates and compare costs. I was pleased to discover that the quote I received from Genesis was one of the lowest, so I scheduled an appointment. Ed, the technician, arrived early and got right to work installing the new electric water heater. He finished the install in less than two hours and even cleaned up the area! Ed is an absolute pro! He did an excellent job! I was so impressed with the quality of Eds work that I called Genesis a couple of weeks later to schedule an appointment for a plumber to replace the old valves under the utility sink and fix a leak. Our 32 year-old house sprung a leak inside a wall in a bathroom. Jordan Parker arrived with his tools, a warm smile and a friendly, positive attitude. He discovered not one but two leaks in the copper piping. The repair required cutting out the old pipes, fabricating new sections attaching the appropriate connectors and soldering the whole assembly together. It looked like a work of art ...modern Japanese art, but art nonetheless.He left his work area clean and disposed of the damaged pipes and trash.I was impressed that he could work at a fast pace and still turn out top-notch quality work while maintaining his great disposition. I got the impression that he must love what he does.I spent over 30 years overseeing construction of world-class projects, including 5-star resorts. However, given that I was having a problem shutting off the water, Genesis sent plumbers the same day. Ed and Todd responded to repair my leaking kitchen faucet and replace corrosive valves as a result of a poor repair job by a different company a few years ago. They were very personable, trustworthy, and showed a great deal of experience and knowledge. I really appreciated them explaining to me warranty information and giving me tips. I had a hot water heater burn out, tripping my panel breaker, and rendered useless, no hot water. My electrician (Stott Brothers), after informing me that my water heater was the problem, not a breaker fault, he personally contacted Joe, owner of Genesis Plumbing, and explained my dilemma. This was 2:15PM on a Friday. Joe called and said he had the new water heater at the shop, and he would send a plumber to do the job right away. By 3PM, the plumber(sorry, forgot his name)arrived and performed professionally,competently, and removed all the damaged goods. The job was done before 5PM, and I cant thank Joe enough for taking the time to end my stressful situation. I strongly recommend Genesis for all your plumbing needs.
