Seth came out the day after the hurricane I told him I had an emergency. I had a block drain underneath the vanity and my guest bathroom. Seth offered to camera it for me and just to check the line out before he tried to charge me anything he said he’ll put the camera down there just to see what’s going on and said showed me on the screen the issue I had we agreed and then I had to fix it not only that he also did my vanity and toilet in my other bathroom which I think was an excellent job. I posted a photo for everyone to see the work he did. I would recommend dreamland plumbing to anybody anywhere.

Needed a new water heater installed. Rodger came out late at night and got the job done in two days after I agreed to his qoute that night. Quality work. He was speedy with installation. I find the company through the my living media booklet. I called today 12/27/24 and had an appointment today as well. My technician was Travis. I recently had my bathtub facet valve replaced but it wasnt put on correctly, and that caused water backup to the walls to the garage. Thank God it wasnt a major plumbing issue. Travis was professional and nice. He talked about the issues and options and it was reasonable. Got the job done that day. Im impressed with the whole experience from start to finish. As a realtor, its important to refer reliable professionals to get the job done for my buyers and sellers. Seth at Dreamland did phenomenal! Came on time, explained the process, priced fairly, motivated to get things done and done well. What is crazy is how they managed to get the water heater in such a small crawl space. Then it was an ordeal to remove the old one. The old water heater couldnt fit through the doorway. Saw this plumbers ad in Indian River Club living magazine and decided to try them. Their plumber, Seth, was very professional and quick. Had the inside of the toilet rebuilt and a bidet installed. I found the $350 charge reasonable (forgot to ask for my senior discount!). They charge by the work item, not by the hour, which I like. Will hire them again!

I highly recommend using Dream land plumbing. They responded fast when we called them about a leak. Seth came out to fix it and he did a great job, much better than we could have hoped. Hes was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went through step by step and explained what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. He was straight forward with everything that needed to be fixed and how much it was going to cost. It turned out that our issue was much worse than expected. The pipes were in horrible condition and had been damaged from when a different plumber made shotty repairs. Seth went above and beyond to not only fix the leak but redo all the pipes so they would actually last. He was very thorough and made sure that everything was done correctly. He pointed out all the ways that other plumbers would take shortcuts and then did it the right way even though it took more time and effort than we originally expected. Overall it was a very positive experience and we will definitely be using them in the future for any other plumbing issues we might have. We really appreciated how helpful Seth was and the great job he did!

I don’t normally do reviews but felt compelled to share my experience with Dream Land Plumbing. First, I have to say how professional and efficient the process was from the start. I submitted several inquiries to various companies for a quote and many didn’t even bother to respond or charged high fees just to provide a quote. Dream Land Plumbing not only provides a free estimate they responded to my email instantaneously via email and text. Then within minutes of me submitting a request for an appointment on a late Friday evening, they quickly scheduled us for first thing on Monday. Technician (Roger) arrived on time, was very professional and knowledgeable. The pricing was within the expected amount based on our research and Roger did not try to add any additional unnecessary repairs. I was pleasantly surprised and quite impressed with plumber Seth Campbells honesty and the overall ethics of Dream Land plumbing!!I was told by my handyman that I would need to replace the 2 older valves located under my kitchen sink in order for the new faucet to fit. However, he mentioned that I should get a plumber to do the install since I live on the 4th floor of a condo on Hutchinson Island and he felt that he wasnt qualified to do this kind of work.I called a few plumbing companies and was told by each one that I would have to pay, upwards of $100 for a service call, in order for me to receive a quote for the work to be done. They would not give me an approximate estimate over the phone.I was told by one of the women who answered the phone that Dream Lands policy is to give a FREE service call for the plumber to come out and give an estimate of the work to be done. When Seth arrived, he respectfully and voluntarily removed his shoes, in order to not track in any dirt to my floor. After I showed him the valves under the kitchen sink, he determined there was nothing wrong with any of the valves. and that it would unethical to charge for work that didnt need to be done. After getting over my shock that everything was fine and that I would not have to pay a cent, I rewarded Seth with a tip and thanked him very much for coming by.In conclusion, I highly recommend Dream Land and plumber Seth Campbell for all your plumbing needs! They are fair in price and most importantly, honest.

I was having problems with a condensate outlet pipe from my water heater that had been brought up to code March of 2024.Today’s plumber discovered the condensate pipe was cut too short to be a good outlet to the outside. The condensation has been flowing into the cinder blocks. The repair involved cutting pipe long enough to reach the outside. All should be well now.

Today I was doing a little bathroom remodel, and I needed to remove the toilet. My home is on the older side, so when I turned the valve to turn off the water supply to the toilet, the valve pretty much disintegrated in my hand. This triggered a flood of water not unlike the one Noah saw, and it threatened to rush out of the bathroom and ruin the brand new floors we just put in. I was able to avert disaster, but I knew it wouldn’t hold long. I called my realtor wife and told her we needed a plumber, stat! She has had Dream Land do some work for her and her clients before, so that was the first and only phone call she made. I don’t think it was even an hour later and Seth showed up at my house to help.Now, if Seth looked like he just rolled out of bed, it was because he had! He knew we needed help, so he got out of bed on his day off and came to the rescue. He was able to stop the leak totally and then while off spending time with his family (again on his day off), he was able to coordinate one of the other guys to come do a permanent fix once they completed their other jobs. Maybe 3 hours later Roger came and got us all fixed up. The work is obviously good quality, and he couldn’t have been more polite or professional. Seth has often told me and my wife that while his prices might not be the cheapest, his work is always great quality. What’s funny is that his work is both excellent quality AND he happens to be one of the cheaper plumbers out there! On top of that, you know how a lot of times you feel like you’re getting ripped off by some tradesmen and you walk away from the transaction feeling bad? I have never felt that way with Dream Land, and I truly doubt I ever will.Look, if you’re still reading, know this: I have written TWO reviews in my life. One was for an excellent restaurant I ate at in Costa Rica, and the other was for Dream Land Plumbing. That’s how highly I think of Seth and the other guys. If you need a plumber, call Dream Land and make sure you save their number!

Michael came out in the morning and evaluated the water heater we had and wanted to upgrade to something larger. He explained exactly what needed to be done and gave us an estimate. He also told us that, if we wanted, he could change out the water heater that day. When we agreed on the price, he went back to their office and picked up the replacement. He installed it professionally and quickly. He had to move our washer/dryer out to do the installation. Not only did he move it, he swept up the dirt behind it. After installing the water heater, he put the washer/dryer back, swept and cleaned the entire area and put all of our stuff back in the closet, without saying a word.
