The best service experience I have had with a plumber. Had a faulty tankless heater in a new home. Eric immediately diagnosed this stayed on hold with the manufacturer and was able to get the part. In addition he tested all the other aspects of the job and replaced some of the fixtures with higher end fixtures. 4 months later another issue arose and he facetimed me to walk me through how to fix it. Incredible experience and nice hot showers.

Good company. They stand behind their product. I called and spoke with Paula.It was a little over after the Two years warranty timeframe, she still took care of The issue.The hose bib was leaking. They came out and replaced it.

The owner came to check out the problem. The repair was under the house and was difficult to get to. He did the repair without complaining even though it was dirty and wet. His price was fair and I would call them again if needed.
