My patio enclosure project had some delays because we did not know the previous owner had never pulled permits for the patio. K&S had it engineer checked and got it permitted, all is good.

K&S Industries recently screened in the back patio of me and my husbands new home. It is not a huge patio but they did a beautiful and clean job, only took them about 4-5 hours and were very helpful in sending over all pertinent information so that we could get our HOAs approval in a timely manner. We were thrilled and would use them again. In fact, my parents will be using them to do a full screen enclosure for their new pool.
