    Venice Commercial Services are the best, and I wont discuss that with anybody! We couldnt have asked for a better company for our driveway job. Luis and his team went beyond to do a fantastic job! The price was fair, and the communication was on point! Mark constantly communicated with me for any little details I needed to know. Unique .. in that they truly go above and beyond to make sure they do their best work and to stay on schedule and put a smile on their customers face !!!!! Luis and his team are exceptional.     I just recently had work done on my driveway with this company. Luis the owner was extremely professional and kind. He came to my property to do an estimate on the work that needed to be done and he was very reasonable in his pricing. He was very knowledgeable and explained very clearly to be what needed to be done. Once the job was completed I was very happy with how everything came out. The men that came out and did the the job was very quick and sufficient. Overall I am very happy with the the project and I will definitely use them in the near future.     My concrete driveway was in great need of repair. It was badly cracked and in places crumbling. Culvert pipe also needed to be replaced. In addition, I wanted a new concrete patio strong enough to support a hot tub and screen enclosure in the backyard. Luis gave me an estimate, which initially seemed high, but after getting other estimates found that the price was comparable to others. Hired Luis to pour a brand new driveway, replace the culvert pipe, and pour a new patio. All workers were professional and did an excellent job. Would recommend.

    From start to finish, I do not have a single complaint about Venice commercial services. Luisā€™ level of customer service should be the standard all businesses aspire to meet. Luis took the time to answer my many questions and was able to put my wife and I at ease. He and his crew worked tirelessly for the entire week it took to remove my old driveway and pour the new driveway and building pad. Once the concrete was down they leveled the surrounding area and put down sod. Luis filled out and submitted all the paperwork. Halfway through the job, when I added to the project, he submitted changes to the permit and made sure they were approved. The work was completed on schedule and at the agreed upon price, which was almost 20% less than any other bid. My driveway and yard look amazing and I could not be happier with the experience.     Luis is a great person to work with. Part of our driveway was collapsing so we needed concrete work done. Luis came, told us what should be done and said heā€™d email an estimate. He did and the price was very reasonable, so we said letā€™s do it. It was then explained that Port Saint Lucie takes a while to get a permit and he would let us know when he got it. He did, and 4 days later he and his crew was here and they did a very neat and professional job.I would recommend them to anyone!

    Working with Luis and his team was an absolute pleasure, I was able to first witness his work on my fathers property and after seeing the way it turned out I definitely wanted him for my project. Through the whole process he let me know what was going on and halfway through the project I asked him to concrete a small slab in the backyard and never flinched on it and had both pads poured and done within the original time for the driveway.
