    I have to say Michael Griffin was the reason why we went with the Alliance Group. He explained everything up front (in detail! As I’m a very detail oriented in person!). The quote was competitive and I have a GORGEOUS seamed metal roof in place of my old shingle roof.They employ their crews, versus getting day help, and you can tell the difference.     I am surprised at so many positive google reviews. The experience of our condo association with Alliance is not good. It makes me wonder as to the authenticity of the reviews.Let me start by saying the quality of work is good. I am pretty sure Alliance gets the work and then sub-contracts out to Latino groups of workers. The Latino workers are excellent and do a great jobThe problem is with the Alliance management and some of its employees.Whitney at the front desk is great. Justine, their coordinator and the person with the knowledge on roofs is great - he knows his stuff.It’s all downhill from there. Beth, the decision maker and logistics person for obtaining building permits and coordinating jobs is a nightmare. The owner Adam who in the reviews comes across as a nice guy, will not answer your emails once Alliance has your deposit on the job.I won’t go into details but my advice is find another roofing company. This one is not worth the stressI am now altering my initial negative review after Beth reached out to me to discuss the issues l had with Alliance. I greatly appreciate the fact she took the time to reach out to me - excellent customer service.

    Had bad roofing companies in the past, but Alliance Group is the best roofing company to work with by far!! everything is in house, quality company, you don’t come across the disaster stories you hear with other roofing companies. They are all super educated, Ryan did our roof and is a genuine gentleman, highly recommended!

    We recently had our shingle roof replaced to metal with Alliance. Our project manager through the whole process was Tyler McComas and to us he was the best. We had several quotes and all though Alliance wasn’t the cheapest, he was the most thorough and very informative about the whole process. The Crews came in and did there jobs as promised, they did not disappoint! We are super please with the Alliance Group and the way everything turned out especially in a timely matter.     We purchased a metal roof from Alliance in ‘24. Experience went exactly as described it would. Even when there was a small hiccup, it was handled quickly and with minimal pain because they took care of it exactly the way they said they would. Initially chose them because we liked the materials they use for the roof system we went with, but we were also extraordinarily happy with the company as a whole and our particular project manager Tyler. Told them i would happily leave an honest review since telling the truth is super easy. I trusted them with a big ol’ purchase and commitment and don’t feel bad about it at all. Hope this helps anybody looking up reviews, maybe some peace of mind from an internet stranger.

    There isnt enough stars on this page to show the respect, courtesy and helpfulness this company shows to its prospective customers. All the staff and management treated me as though I was sending them a million dollar project when infact my project was very small. Should you ever need roof work or a job done that requires a contractor, give these people a call. Licensed and insured you wont be sorry. At least 7 stars.

    Excellent company if your looking for reliable and excellent work this is your company . We had our old shingle roof replaced with a metal roof and what a great job they did. It looks awesome!! Our roofing Specialest was Michael Griffin and he’s the best, any problem we had any questions we had he took care of them right away. Him and the project manager Chad Storz are the best, the work took about a month from signing the contract till final inspection. We couldn’t be happier.

    I was new to area and didnt know of any Metal Fab shops and I needed Aluminum cut for a home project so I called Alliance and they said just come over and they would help. Well they couldnt be nicer , Their Head fabricator Moses took the time (at 4:45pm) to do exactly what I needed. Im very familiar with Fab Shops and was very impressed with the high tech equipment and how well they operated, I would highly recommend Alliance to anyone that needs their products or service.

    The company did a great job on my reroofing project. I hired Alliance in June this year to replace my damaged tile roof with a metal roof. They made the entire process bearable. Paul Watkins, the Roofing Specialist, was excellent to work with. I was very concerned with debris that fell in the swimming pool, but the company hired a pool person to clean-up everything, and I was very happy with that. Every person I came in contact with, either face-to-face or by phone, had great customer service etiquette. I highly recommend this roofing company.

    If I could leave a 6-star review (as my dad said), I would. First off, a BIG thank you to Beth and Candace for being so incredibly kind and helpful. Both my dad and I had called all over PSL & Stuart for someone to help cut my very simple hollow metal table legs down to normal height (it was barstool 42’ prior -now 29’). No one would help. Finally, my dad found Alliance after calling most of the Treasure Coast and Beth didn’t hesitate in telling him to bring them in. I brought them in the following morning & they were ready the same day. I’m SOOOO happy with the outcome. It might not be a big deal to others, but it was to me. This is my first apartment which I bought & did everything on my own and finally my missing piece is complete. I will be referring them to everyone! Thank you so much again. A+++++++!

    My wife and I moved into our home with a 28 year old roof in 2022. Our first major home improvement project was a new roof and we made sure to do our research prior to moving forward with a company. Luckily, we found Michael Griffin at Alliance Group who provided nothing less than pristine customer service, transparent and honest communication, and realistic expectations. We signed a contract in spring for a metal roof and the entire process from signing an agreement to receiving our final inspection took about one month. Michael provided us options as we came to a decision on what type of roof we wanted and, once it started, stayed on top of the entire project at all times. In addition to our complete customer satisfaction with Michael and Alliance Group for our roof replacement, Michael transcended the boundaries of customer service by informing us almost a year later about a state grant program that we ended up being eligible for. We signed on a Friday, roof was off the following Friday and watertight and completely finished the following Friday after that. That’s two weeks!!     Mike Griffin went out of his way to explain the process. He also informed us about My Safe Florida grant money. We already had solar panels and recommended a local solar company to take down and reinstal the panels. He also recommended the right tin seamless roof that would be compatible with the solar panel. The crew did an excellent job and the roof looks amazing. They did a great job of picking up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company.

I received a call from Michael Griffin and we set up an appointment to initially look and discuss the details of our proposed project.My first comment will be that I have not received any better customer service anytime than what I received from Michael. The only way to describe it is Great. Very responsive, always calling back at his first opportunity, having a clear accurate description of what we would need and how it would be done.     My wife and I contacted at least four roofing companies to get a quote for a metal roof installation. We decided on Alliance Group. We liked their presentation and we felt good about moving forward. We are so glad we did! Our sales rep was Trevor and he answered all our questions and any concerns we had about our skylights. The inspections from start to finish were seamless, they cleaned up everyday after their work was done, and the installation was completed in a timely manner (quicker than we expected). The roof looks great! Upon completion, we were given a book with pictures of the process/inspections along with the permits. We like that everything is in one place for reference. Installing a roof is a huge expense and you want to choose the right company. If you need a roof, you need to call Trevor at Alliance Group!

    This is a great company!     Alliance was fantastic, wanted to put on a new standing seam metal roof. Did my research called 5 companies for estimates, 3 did not call back 1 was ridiculously high another had nothing but complaints against them.Alliance not only called back but Michal showed up on time and gave us a very complete and fair estimate.The contract was written in simple English not legal double talk.Having been in construction for over 40 years I know when a contractor knows their trade.The job was completed from signed contract to final in 31 calendar days.Their crews are top notch artisans in their trade.The final price came in under my original budget, and my wife and I couldn’t be happier.Have already told several friends about them , and highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

    Alliance Group is tops for quality, responsiveness, dedication, and keeping me informed every step of the way when they replaced my shingle roof with a metal roof. They are extremely professional, returned my phone calls in a timely manner, and have a high integrity that seems hard to find today.When Hurricane Dorian was approaching and my roof was not completely finished, they came out (including Justin, who oversaw the work on my house) and worked long hours to complete my roof. They worked until it was dark--I dont see how they had the time to get their own personal homes ready for the hurricane.My pest defense company came over this week to put screens over my roof vents to prevent rats from potentially entering my house. They pointed out to me the fine work that Alliance Group had done to put metal strips where two roofs meet so as to prevent the rats from lifting up the short soffit pieces to enter my home. They said the workmanship was excellent and they had not seen any other home protected this way.Jason (who oversaw the work) was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable with a very strong work ethic and personal integrity (very honest and doesnt try to fool the customer). He always spoke to me when he visited, answered all my questions, told me how things were going and what was going to happen next.When I would call the office, the staff was pleasant, knowledgeable, competent, and helpful.Alliance Group exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend them.

    Mike did a fantastic job both install and communication of my new steel roof and truss strapping. This is their specialty.They were the most price competitive, and very professional.I was dealing from over 1000 miles away.     We contracted Alliance Group for our roof replacement project. Our project did get delayed but was done to our satisfaction after it started. Our Project Manager Leigh was great to work with and the job went smooth - he made sure our property was debris-free at all times. I especially appreciate the fact that Wanda (their Manager) took care of an issue on Thanksgiving day! I must admit that there were a few hiccups (every job has it! :))- but those were handled for us.     After the Hail storm in 2015, Alliance Group came by the house and made me aware of roof damage caused by the storm. Upon proceding with the insurance claim, we were really given the run around by the insurance company not wanting to pay for the damage. Long story short, Alliance Group had my back and were in my corner for everything from mediation meetings, to providing the lawyers essential paperwork in a timely fashion and really helped us move the process along and ultimately win the lawsuit against our horrible insurance company. Once all that was over they did a wonderful job with the roof, gutters and screens that were damaged, all at very reasonable prices. After completing the job they came by several times to ensure the job site was thoroughly cleaned and no debris left. Overall a great experience with this company and I give them my highest recommendation.

    I got the 24 Gauge Metal Roof. It looks beautiful! They worked very fast and hard to remove the roof in one day. We had to wait a short period of time for an inspector from PSL, but as soon as the inspection was completed the next crew came out and put on the roof. Both crews were great, respectful of my property and professional. I was overjoyed with how it turned out. They cleaned up all the metal and screws. They were unbelievably fast in getting everything done.

    A little bit about me: Im college-educated and own a fast-growing business on the Treasure Coast. The older I get, the more I want to do things myself and I see the value of my own hands, ingenuity and God-guided abilities. However, I dont know much about roofing and Ive heard so horror stories. I dont want an out-of-state company. I dont want a company that is just out to make a quick buck. I am in it for the long-term and I want a company that is, too. Alliance Roofing is none of these- in-state, honest and does what they need to so they can take care of the customer. The owner, Adam, Ive never met but seems to go to extraordinary lengths to ensure his customers are happy. The employee I HAVE met and has been my exclusive contact with the company is Paul Santino. He is friendly, knowledgeable and reachable (Ive contacted him by phone and e-mail). He is cordial and professional in all his interactions and is definitely worth a shout out. Quality service with a company whom clearly knows who they serve. Knowing what I know about this industry, I have heard where people get a big check from their insurance company and then dont want to do the repairs that theyve already contracted a company to do. Sometimes people dont want to play by the rules and want to outsmart their insurance company or pull a fast one. They then moan and complain when the company doesnt want to go along with it or when they want to act like the contract for work (after supplies and labor are into the job) doesnt matter. Then they bad-mouth the company. This isnt right for a company trying to do an honest days work. It happens occasionally when insurance money and contracts are concerned from what I hear when I have guys out to do repairs or estimated with different companies like flooring, drywall, mold mitigation, etc. Those kind of people need to repent through Jesus and stop dragging hard-working people through their self-created quagmire. Really, if a company does shoddy work, puts in half days, damages your house while doing repairs (I had a company do that to my homes door frame and then try to downplay it while making me feel like I shouldnt even be bringing it up-- not Alliance Group), flip-flops on you, doesnt return repeated calls when your a customer, those things are legit and should be brought up to the company and if not resolved can be sensible fodder for an online review- but a company like Alliance, in my experience will not be subject to those kinds of (legitimate) criticisms because of the way they do business. I am glad to have found them and a guy whom has my back and has taken the time to explain things to me like Paul Santino. I dont normally write Google reviews but couldnt find another place to review them and feel like companies like this need ppl to hear what they are doing right. Have them out, get an estimate and see how you feel. If you as pleased as me, you might just find yourself writing a review on here, too!

    Alliance group replaced our 20 year old shingle roof with a new Galvalume standing seam metal roof and did an amazing job! Prior to starting, we received a few quotes from other local roofers and Alliance was extremely competitive. Michael was our sales representative and from day 1 until the end he was always extremely responsive and took the time to address my questions and concerns. There will be bumps in the road on all large projects (especially on older homes). What makes good companies stand out, is how they handle those issues and every time I called Mike with an issue, he had someone out fixing it right away which is all anyone can ask for.My one criticism for Alliance is that I wish they would have handled crew scheduling better so that from tear off to delivery and install there arent week long gaps, especially during rainy season.With that, our new roof is beautiful and I would certainly recommend them to friends or family. If I have major projects in the future, I would gladly do business with them again.
