Had a handful of outlets that were giving us trouble and just kept putting off getting them fixed. We’ve used Farrell to replace our main breaker in the past so we were confident they could figure this out. Peanut (Josh) and Ian showed up earlier than expected and fixed everything in a timely manner! I was working from home and was never disturbed. Both were very friendly and respectful. Everything is working perfectly. Highly recommend!

I called Farrell Power to fix a dead circuit at my dad‘s condo. They came, diagnosed the problem, explained the problem and fixed it quickly. They were very knowledgeable, polite and professional. We paid them $225 to diagnose and fix a loose backstabbed wire in one outlet. I don’t know if that’s expensive or not, but I’m satisfied and will call them for any future electrical needs. I highly recommend them.

They replaced my old fuse box from the 60s. The new panel looks amazing. I couldnt be any happier. Couldnt beat the price either. Tried 2 other companies and Farrell was the cheapest, but best quality! They told me everything that needed to be done and how it would be done. And they had to switch the panel to the other wall. They called me and asked me first. It had to be moved regardless but they were kind enough to call first. They were very kind and funny. And quick too. They answered any questions I had. They even helped me out with a couple other things that needed to be fixed because I need a 4 point inspection soon and had to have that fixed beforehand. They went above and beyond. I would use them again and I already recommended them to a few people! You wont regret hiring them! Thanks again for all your help!!!

Electrical Work Done by Farrell Power and shout out to Josh (AKA P-Nut) and IanI am writing this review on behalf of my elderly Mom who lives in New Port Richey, FL and doesn’t use digital media, however, wanted to express her gratitude for work well done by Farrell Power.My Mom uses a well pump system at her home for vegetable gardening, lawn and flowers and it stopped working last week.She was very worried and concerned about her garden, lawn and flowers dying.I looked on the Nextdoor App for reviews and referrals and found others had referred Farrell Power for their Great service, so I provided the phone # to my Mom.They were a blessing, because from the beginning of the process of calling to set up an appt, they were kind, very professional and communicated throughout the whole process as the work was not all done in one day, therefore had to make a few appts and they were prompt, arrived when they were scheduled to arrive and always called when they were on their way to give her a heads up.They replaced a new line to the electrical box, fixing whatever wiring needed to be fixed for her well pump, replaced the wiring and installed an outdoor driveway wired light that also needed fixing and replaced a few electrical outlets.My Mom was thrilled with their work as well as their kindness and the price! Their pricing was fair and they were able to get my sellers taken care of within two days of their initial estimate. The homeowners had great things to say about all the workers that came out to the house. They were professional men with a smile on their face while they worked. In such a emotional time as selling a home, Farrell really eased the stress! I called Farrell Power after being quoted by another company between $500-600 for a simple inspection of items that were listed on our homes 4 point inspection. I needed to make sure they were in good working order for our homeowners insurance and everyone seemed to want an arm and a leg to do so. When I called Farrell, Reilly was very kind and understanding of the situation, she quoted me a price that I could afford, and she even called a technician to see if he could come out the same day, which he did. I received update texts on when he would arrive, they even worked around when I would be available that afternoon. Jason came out to do the service, he was friendly, professional, and explained everything he was looking for. He changed out our breakers, made friends with our dog, and made new long time customers of Farrell Power. I am so thankful that I made the call to Farrell, Jasons card is never leaving our fridge!

They were all very polite, professional & knowledgeable.The woman who took my call made sure to get someone out when Angies list advised that my original online appointment had somehow been canceled. I was away from my cellphone so I missed the confirmation call & text. I called in the morning & she was able to get someone out that same morning.The Technicians were Butch, Robert & Tony. They were all just absolutely amazing. They resolved the issues that I had w/the circuit breaker box and various indoor & outdoor outlets. They put up w/my noisy, excitable Welsh Terrier w/real good-natured forbearance. They were all a true pleasure to deal with.They left me feeling a COMPLETE 180° from when they arrived. I had a tree that fell on my house at 3am that took out my power lines to and from the house. Butch was to the rescue on this one bright and early, bringing the team from New Port Richey to Inverness. He immediately jumped into action to restore my electrical work after the tree had been removed. He was professional and sympathetic to my situation making this a smooth transaction and even stayed with me till my lights were restored by the electricity department. Not only did he and the team do a fantastic job and cleanup, but Butch helped calm my nerves, explaining everything that needed done. I highly recommend this company and if able, ask for Butch. He is very much professional and has a personality plus! Thank you Butch for helping me through this disaster and overwhelming experience by not only fixing the problems to restore my electricity but being a kind soul to an upset and devastated woman!

Our well pump was in a shed that was going to be demolished. They cut off the power in the shed to the well pump and relocated the electric box. After the demo they replaced a box so that the well pump could be outside the new shed and relocated the electric box to the pump. All personnel were polite and knowledgeable. Good communication. Tyler and his assistant came to change my panel boxes located in a closet in my garage. They spent the entire day in cramped quarters. With power off, they used battery lights and a small fan; I felt for them. At the end of the day another company truck arrived and helped check that all the TVs, lights and receptacles were back to working order. I enjoyed seeing the camaraderie among these men at the end of a long tedious day I am sure all of them had.Might I add, my husband gets 3 quotes for all work and Farrell came down the lowest. They ended the day checking my Generac generator which they also installed several years agio.

I had a large project going on in my backyard which required a dedicated 240v line through my backyard. Jason came out for the initial quote on the work, he answered every question I had and was extremely professional. I scheduled for them to install my Google security cameras and Google doorbell. That was quick and easy. And we learned how to install a Google doorbell together lol. Butch said Google doorbell is a lot easier to install than other brands. 😉 Im going to leave a review on Google about them being pros at installing their products! Thank you Butch and Tyler. And then I needed some electrical things fixed for my 4 point inspection. They went above and beyond as always. Theyve replaced my old fuse box, Butch again thank you. Which is why I hired them again. They noticed my lights in my garage werent wired correctly fixed it and put the bulbs in. I didnt think Id see those working again for a long time and for a lot of money. They replaced some outlets found some extra things that needed repaired and covered wires with some boxes. And got me back up to code. They said yes we can do it right now. They are great at what they do and you can tell they like their jobs! They keep you entertained as well 😂 Hire them! You will not regret it! I will hire them again and recommend to everyone. They do more than just electrical and roofing!

I’ve had Farrell out 3 times to do various jobs around my house. Matt is easy to work with on the phone and flexible with dates and times. Butch and P-Nut came out the first time to replace 22 switches, 3 vanity lights, replace 2 ceiling fans, and move another ceiling fan. They were on time, courteous, and professional. When I needed more work done I specifically asked for Butch and P-Nut on 2 more occasions. Again, they were on time, professional, and courteous. They do great work and go the extra mile. On top of that, they are hilarious and friendly. And they have a great music playlist! I would highly recommend Farrell Power and ask for Butch and P-Nut! I will use them if I need more work in the future.

Mark and Donald showed up early were very professional and friendly and took the time to explain questions I had about other things. I called on a Friday at 230pm and they guys were at my doorstep Monday at 8:20 appt was at 8:30... Great Job

My wife called Matt with Farrell to come out to install a electric line for a hot tub in my yard. I doubt its been even three months and its already failed. When I went to check on the brand new hot tub it was a swampy mess. She called them again, they came out, and apparently they installed the wrong kind of breaker per their electrician. Two days later still not repaired. Supposedly they have the part but cant make it out for another day or so. Not to mention, apparently they took advantage of my wife with the pricing because after speaking with some electricians after the fact I probably could have got it done for about $500 to $700 less. I guess well just have to see it if they follow up and actually repair it properly.Then I get the lovely honor of draining and cleaning this 400 gallon hot tub and probably need to buy a new filter- however many hundreds that will cost...I adjusted the rating because they did replace the faulty breaker.

Pricing for two GFI outlets to be replaced seems exhorbitant at $250. Perhaps better sourcing of these outlets is needed.Also the automated invoice system failed to work on the technicians phone, as it didn’t accept my ‘zip code’…..we tried it twice. Didn’t work on the technicians phone; but when I checked my visa account; there were two charges for $225 debited.. I paid instead by check and have received two credits back to my VISA….the app for invoice payment is ‘glitchy’ at best…perhaps ApplePay would be a better option.

Peanut, Butch and Jordan came to my home recently and replaced the bulbs in four can light fixtures. I am retired and was unable to change the bulbs myself. They were super personable, wore masks the entire time due to COVID, and did an excellent job in a timely manner. They were extremely careful to remove everything prior to the service and protected my counters from insulation or falling debris. Jordan was especially conscientious in cleaning up afterward making sure all insulation bits were removed before replacing the items in my kitchen and bathroom.
