    What a super nice guy! James came to our home after being highly recommended and gave us a good quote and had everything on his truck ready to go. After taking the time explaining what he would need to do, the job was set for the following Friday only because we needed to do something first on a separate project in the backyard. The office was very nice and kept us in the loop as to an approximate time and a heads up when he would be at our home which is a real pleasure.I just noticed the company jas a 4.9 rating which is absolutely amazing, and I understand why!

    I found Sunrise Electric to be the most professional & friendly business I’ve had dealings with in a long time. From the receptionist who took my service request to the serviceman (James) and his associate (Eric) I had everything explained to me & delivered as I was told.     Who else has been woken up in the middle of the night (1 AM) to their smoke alarms firing off like crazy? And only to realize there’s no smoke, no fire, no carbon monoxide … well, it happened! Sunrise came through once again … responding in less than 24 hours to my stress call … and James and his partner (please forgive me as I don’t recall his name) came to the rescue. A few brief hiccups later (not their doing), we got seven brand new smoke alarms installed. Both gentlemen were extremely kind, communicative, reassuring, and informative! Did anyone else know that the plastic on smoke alarm units turn yellow when they’re old? I learn something new everyday. #adventuresinhomeownersland … anyway: thank you to James … thank you to the other technician … and thank you Sunrise!

    My son had nothing but positive things to say about Sunrise after they assisted him with his motorized boat lift issues, which is why I contacted them. It turned out that James was the electrician who assisted him. James installed a 240v 50-amp outlet, replaced a faulty 120v outlet, and installed a whole home surge protector for us. He arrived on time, clearly explained our options, and completed the work immediately upon estimate approval. The area was cleaned up upon completion.     The communication has been amazing with sunrise I contacted them on a Wednesday and they scheduled an appointment for the following Monday a team of two certified electricians came out asked me what I wanted and how I wanted the install to go and they did the work exactly how I wanted it working as a team. keeping me up-to-date with the completion time and the work was amazing clean they cleaned up their work and the finished product is everything we wanted and more Abraham and James are a great team!James took the time to explain the entire process to us and answered all of our questions this is no surprise as they have a five star rating they get another five stars and I will definitely be using them in the future for all my electrical needs

    Very professional, friendly, and performed great work. Provided advance notice of arrival as promised and even arrived early. Also prepared a detailed estimate for all work requested, offered 0% financing, and answered questions completely. Prices were reasonable and comparable, and Sunrise was able to complete work within the same week. Our attic space was very tight and limited, and Sunrise was willing and able to perform the work. They also alerted us to another problem we were unaware of within the attic space that needed repair quickly and helped us schedule service within a few days. Electricians worked diligently, efficiently and were very respectful of our pets and home. They took time to ensure all areas were carefully covered up and prepared for installations, cleaned up every work area, and properly disposed of materials and debris.     I contacted Sunrise Electric about a year ago because the lights in the house were flickering more than usual and this gave me worry.Alex, the technical, came out to assess the situation then sat down with me and gave me a breakdown of what needed to be done and the cost.He came back the next day with an apprentice and did the job. No surprise additional work arose or price changes. No hidden agendas. And no problem responses when I asked if they would add other tasks that werent previously discussed. Took their time and did the job properly.They did an absolutely amazing job!Fast forward almost a year later a couple of my outlets werent working well. I called and they sent me Alex again, this was a good thing since he initially did the work and was familiar with it and the house :).Not only did Alex take care of the issues, he also informed me that it was all covered under warranty!Many companies say this but then they upcharge the customer with other fees and charges.     I’ve used sunrise to do both big jobs and small jobs. They’ve replaced my electrical panel, rewired several circuits, and Installed a generator interlock. They’ve been out to fix my track lighting, and I’m having them out again to replace an old fluorescent fixture with LED. Pricing is average, but the value you get is phenomenal.

    He came to diagnose my electrical connection from my main fuse box to my compressor. He found out that the circuit breaker works out fine. The problem was with the compressor which the hvac technician did not see or check. He called the company why they did not diagnose the compressor. To cut it short He ask them to him back for explanation. Thats what I call a going beyond the service to help. Good a job well ✔️ done.

    An electrical problem with the smell of burning wires coming from your main breaker is very scary, especially when its on a Sunday and most electricians are not working.     Our experience with Sunrise began 30 minutes earlier than was originally quoted. It was preceded with 2 courtesy calls that Danny was en route to our house to give us an estimate on a few jobs throughout the house. Needless to say we started off on the right foot.Danny proceeded to walk through the house with me to identify all the trouble spots that needed attention. Approximately 8 jobs later, he was able to quote a fair price for the work to be completed. He spent all day at our house to finish each and every project at once. He also gave some insight and opinions on other spots throughout the house that we didnt pull the trigger on updating just yet.Danny was professional and considerate. He was great .When I explained to him that I already had a no show from a different company he said hed put down to call if something earlier came up. Which it did!     I needed an electrical company to complete a major job for me with a quick turnaround. I called Sunrise just before Noon, and they had an electrician headed to the property within an hour.     We purchased a home that was a Flipper, on the 4 point inspection were several items listed and the owner said he would fix them. Something was not right with the repairs and we found several things that scared us.
