Luis the A/C tech who performed my A/C tune-up service today was promptly on time and was actually earlier than my scheduled time. Luis did call me asking if I was available first before coming to the service call early. Luis was very professional and knowledgeable and explained the steps and results of his findings. He performed the service meticulously without fail. He answered all my A/C questions and never made me felt I was a bother to him. I highly recommend AirPrompt A/C & Electric for all your A/C needs! The owner Johnny came out to our place and he was personable and went above and beyond to get our old ac working while he got a new mini split 1.5 ton scheduled for install. He was patient and explained the process of the whys and hows to us. Two days later we had Brian and Austin show up with more great customer service and professionalism and nice personalities. They were done in no time. Now stranger things have happened but as I was writing this our electrical box started smelling and we shut it off and called Johnny who answered right away...imagine that in 2023! He sent their electrical guru Justin over and he arrived in about an hour with more of that customer service and professionalism that is so lacking nowadays. It turned out our main panel breaker was cooked!! Not their fault just an old house with an old breaker. But without hesitation he fixed it and replaced it within about 30 minutes. He also took the time to explain things to use and the bill was very modest. So I will be singing their praises to all in need of anything hvac. Thanks Airprompt. Ann and Lewis

Called them on Monday for a new system install quote, owner John shows up on Tuesday to give the quote, and they installed the system on Friday. “That’s why we’re called Airprompt” is what the owner said. Other A/C companies still haven’t called me back. I have used Airprompt in the past in another property for repairs and replacement, and appreciated their straightforward quotes and professionalism. I trusted them to install a new system in my own home and Manny, Beau and team did a great job with the install, clean and thorough! Our electrical panel needed to be replaced due to an emergency. We called no less than 10 other companies and had a variety of responses (from weeks long wait to outrageous bids!). When we contacted Airprompt, they immediately were responsive and problem solving for us...from the person who answered the phone (Brooke?), to her supervisor who immediately connected us with John, the owner. John assessed our needs and offered to move 2 of his electricians from another job to install our new panels THE NEXT DAY...their price was incredibly fair, their work was immaculate. They were nice, professional, knowledgable...its too bad you dont need electricians all the time. The experience was that positive! The electricians were experts, beyond just technical knowledge. I cant say enough good things. Make Airprompt your first call and save yourself the hassle we went through with other companies. (Also, Airprompt was recommended to us from our real estate agent when we were at our wits end!)

Im really happy with the service that I received from Airprompt. My neighbor recommended the company and CJ from Airprompt came out to do the yearly inspection on my AC.CJ was polite, friendly and professional. Luckily the AC system was in good health, so no large bills this time.If youve lived in Florida for long enough, youre probably very aware of how many bad AC companies are around and how willing they are to take large amounts of money from you. With Airprompt it was a case of what you see is what you get, there was no upselling or telling me that my system needed refrigerant or anything else for that matter, when it didnt.I was very happy and would highly recommend this company.

If I could give Airpromt 10 stars I would.Highly recommend, by far the best experience I have had with having HVAC installation done. They are very professional, very fairly and competitively priced and perform a great installation.I was having issues with my 16 year old AC, so called Airpromt, and they were at my house the same morning. CJ diagnosed the issue, and explained to me what was going on with my compressor without any sales pressure or tactics.I decided it was time for a new unit before summer. I worked with Brook the office manager and John the owner, to get the deal worked out and work out the schedule. Both were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Explaining to me the system being installed and answering all my questions. The next day Bret and Austin came and installed the entire HVAC system, including outside unit, air handler and thermostat. They showed up on time and worked non-stop in the sweltering heat to get the system installed by early afternoon. They then took the time to adjust my vents, answer all my questions, explain to me maintenance requirements. The installation was clean, professional and very detail oriented.I will be using Airpromt for all my AC needs going forward and recommending them to all friends and family that needs AC service.You need AC work done, use Airpromt, you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent service and very fair price. The technician CJ was very thorough and confirmed my suspicion another company was trying to sell me a $500 cleaning that wasnt needed. Turns out my prior AC company wasnt doing the basic maintenance I was paying them to do and had fallen off in quality. I remembered back when I was renting the landlord used Airprompt and the technicians then were prompt, thorough, and quick to fix problems (and eventually replace the AC unit). I decided to give them a go since they had good reviews online and my prior experience. I appreciate scheduling fitting me in same day, CJ calling me when he was on my way so I minimized missed work time, and CJs thorough explanation of what was going on with my unit, diagnosing the problem, and setting me up on a maintenance plan to avoid this from occurring again. CJ and Airprompt are my new go-to and will recommend to all as an excellent AC company. Thank you CJ! The installation team of Scott, Brian, Mike and Matt removed our 17 year old Trane system (also a purchase from Airprompt) and installed the new Franklin system during a morning appointment. We had been fighting to get someone to help repair our broken A/C for almost 2 weeks, but these guys came in less than 45 minutes after we called! The tech came out, quickly fixed the problem, and informed us what other services were needed to avoid this issue in the coming months. We spent 2 weeks sweaty and sleepless when we could have just called these folks and had it fixed same day! Dont waste your time with other companies. Airprompt will be our new go-to from now on.

Honest, reliable and very professional. I have worked with a lot of local AC companies - and frankly I didnt trust many of them. It seemed they were always just trying to sell me stuff. My Airprompt tech Dave always offers me special tips to help my system run more efficiently and save me money. I went ahead and signed for their annual maintenance agreement so I I dont have to worry about it. They come out twice a year and ensure my systems are in tip top shape. They even went above an beyond past midnight on a hot summer night. Awesome people to work with. I highly recommend them!

They came highly recommended when I was looking for someone to replace my old HVAC system. Their quote also came in one of the lowest, and with a longer warranty period than most. The installation went very smoothly, and the quality of work and professionalism of the crew were exceptional. I work(ed) in commercial HVAC and am very picky but these guys did a great job. More recently, my AHU blower motor started having issues. A phone call, and they had a polite and professional service tech out within a few hours, and Ive got a new motor on the way. I can see why they have a good reputation/rating. I will probably be going back to them to get some duct/insulation work done in the near future. Consider me a happy customer.

Not only that but CJ, an excellent technician, was kind, courteous, and very thorough. Airprompt has a great preventative maintenance program as well that is affordable and keeps our AC running well.

Kudos to AirPrompt on repair of our central A/C unit. That lightning storm on Saturday apparently knocked out the capacitor in the compressor. AirPrompt was the original installer of the system and I called them at 8am this morning, tech was out before 10am as promised by the friendly person I spoke with, and CJ diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. CJ was professional, efficient and friendly. We signed up for the very reasonably priced annual preventative maintenance service plan he described since the unit hadn’t been serviced by the prior owner for 2 years. We are cool once again and highly recommend this company!

Shawn was able to come out at 5 on a Friday to get us back up an running before the weekend. Needless to say we will never look elsewhere for our AC needs!

I waited for the serviceman to come this morning to save on the emergency call fee ($100) vs. $68 for a regular service call. The technician came to my house at around 8:30 a.m.and immediately diagnosed the problem (the capacitor had shorted out due to the lightning strike). He replaced it using American-made parts (vs. junkier Chinese parts he was replacing), cleaned out my drain hoses for free and left in under 30 minutes. They also deducted the cost of the service call since I mentioned their offer to do so from the internet. All in all, a very pleasant experience. The tech, Charles Dixon, was courteous, professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to use Airprompt again!
