    Gabriel is the only person (with an assistant if necessary) that I would allow to work on my home’s complicated system. His company is extremely professional, timely and offers good communication. Ring a larger home we have four indoor panel and one outside panel. The work took all day, and when the work was completed the clean up was outstanding. I trust this company.     I recently hired Kyle /Tru-Line for some electrical work at my home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. Kyle was extremely professional and knowledgeable, clearly an expert in his field. We just purchased a new home and replacing a water heater was not on our list of planned task. Kyle examined to see what exactly the issue was and ran diagnostic testing. What impressed me most was the way he took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I understood what needed to be done and why. This level of transparency and communication is rare and much appreciated. The job was completed efficiently and to a high standard. I would highly recommend this company to others

    Jerry was very nice, professional in his manner. I think the pricing was a bit extraordinary given the circumstances. A quote was given but not broken down into parts and labor. Since this was hurricane related and lots of people needing electrical work I had to wait 10 days just to get them there.

    I highly recommend this company. You all responded promptly. Damian Soto and his protege explained all the work that was required and made sure we fully understood what they needed to do. When the job was completed they took us around to show us all the work was done and we were satisfied with it. They were very nice and friendly and made us feel very comfortable.

    We are highly satisfied with True-lines work.     Dispatch was pleasant and asked our issues to pass along to the electrical tech. Scheduling was triple verified and the electrician was here within the alotted time. The technician, Jerry C., is great. He troubleshot the issue to a root cause and gave us progressive pricing options for the root fix. He then explained where shortcuts were apparent (from original builder wiring) and provided a quote to verify a quality refurbish. We learned a lot about low quality of builder electrical inspections and we will use Tru-Line in the future. Tru-Line is workmanship warrantied and the customer service is great.

    The technician (Walter) was very personable & professional. He took the time to identify the reasons the TV, speakers & surround sound were not working correctly.     I was in need of an electrician for some home improvements and decided to call Tru Line. My first impression was great! The person that answered the phone at Tru Line was kind and did her job well. The same day an electrician named Damian Soto stopped by to provide an estimate. Damian was very professional and knowledgeable and made us feel good about hiring Tru Line. I did not even get additional estimates.The job was scheduled a couple days later and Damian and Kaleb arrived and completed the job in less than 8 hours. What an unbelievable experience.     Loved this company. To be honest they were not the cheapest place but they definitely were not the most expensive place either. But the work Kyle and Walter was exceptional. We had to replace the whole “brain” of our operation, and with the amount of work they did and quality of work they did I would hire them every time. Matter of fact I have another appointment to start slowly upgrading and I’m not sure I would use anyone else. Both kyle and Walter were friendly, thorough, and cleaned up any mess they made. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.!

    I was very impressed with Damion and Kaleb Both were very responsive to my ideas. They assured me without any push back that what i wanted or needed could surely be done. The two seem to be a well oiled machine working together. I did use truline several years ago to rewire my home. That was the first time i was impressed.     Before you hire an electrician, please read this! We had a new A/C system intalled and the master electrician recommended by the installers overlooked a major fire hazard. Lucklily we got a second opinion from Tru-Line! Gabriel and Kyle came out and actually got into the attic for their estimate of the work and found the potentially dangerous and out of code problem that the previous electrician overlooked.In additon to their attention to detail, Gabriel and Kyle were courteous, on time and considerate of our home.     I purchased a light fixture that required a professional to install, so I called Tru-Line. They were able to come the very same day. The electrician offered some advise based on safety because of the weight of the fixture. It was not an up-sale as many providers are known for it was to ensure the ceiling could support the fixture. He installed a new metal box and brace and it looks phenomenal. He cleaned up the work area and insured everything worked properly. He also gave me 3 LED lights that look great in the fixture. If you are worried about COVID they follow all the CDC guidelines to the letter. Do not hesitate to call this company, I will be shortly because we are getting another heavy fixture for the living room.

    Maybe a little pricey but worth it. Jerry installed four ceiling fans and two coach lights in less than four hours. Also added a whole house surge protector.     We had no electricity and needed help. We called Tru-Line Electric and they promptly sent us a qualified technician. He came as per the specified time and said we needed a new electric panel. He and another technician removed our 49 year-old electric panel and replaced it. They worked from 11:00 am through 8:30 pm and then cleaned up our garage. They worked very hard and did an excellent job. We now have all our lights, air conditioning and everything else that requires electricity working perfectly.

    UPDATED 12/5/23: I call Tru- line for all my electrical needs. Today i had Damian, Kaleb, and Walter out, and no surprise, the work was perfect, they cleaned up after themselves, they were friendly, and courteous. A true pleasure to have in my home. Cant say it enough, I highly recommend them.UPDATE: I liked how friendly and professional they are, as well as they clean up after themselves. Today was the 4th project Ive called them for. Its hard to find people that do GOOD work, people that you can trust to do things right, and people that can put your mind at ease that future work wont be needed. They do that for me. I will continue to use them and refer them.Dylan was very courteous, professional, and prompt. I will be adding this number to my contacts for any future electrical work needed.
