    Today I had my plumbing service maintenance done by Steele, and I couldn’t be more impressed and satisfied with his knowledge, friendliness, personal ability, and professionalism. I appreciate that he found solutions for all of my questions, including getting me in touch with his supervisor for some insurance related information. He was very thorough and it felt more like I was dealing with a friend then with a company and was left feeling like I was interacting with someone who really cared about my home and my Plumbing. Five stars I hope when you get your Plumbing service done you get to work with Steele as well.

    Zach showed up with a very positive attitude. He was very proficient at his job and shared his troubleshooting with me. I felt very in the loop with what was being done to my home and maintained great conversation. He was very respectful throughout the whole experience. My hvac unit got fixed on the same day I made the call. Very great company and great people.

    Jaden provided exemplary customer service. He arrived quicker than estimated, went right to work and fixed the immediate issue which was a drain clog. He also provided me with an estimate and the best course of action going forward to replace a cracked drain line. I enjoyed talking with him and learning while he worked on the problem. I will definitely call Thompson and Thompson again and ask for Jaden.

    This was my experience using Thompson & Thompson. From scheduling to the service, my experience was 5 stars. Joe called before he came to the house. He was on time and fixed our problem. I highly recommend Joe and the company. I’ve already scheduled them for an electrical job this Friday.

    I needed the main electrical box replaced at our house so I called T&T. They sent out one of their electricians (Bryan) who was very kind and knowledgeable. They came out on the scheduled day and replaced the box quickly, doing fine work! They were done by noon but I didnt get power back on until about 50 hours later due to delays with the government and GA Power.Even though it was not T&Ts fault, they assigned their local electrician manager, Lance, to the situation. Lance was very understanding and took measures to make things right when they werent even at fault! Excellent employees, excellent customer service. Would recommend T&T for anything you need!

    It’s hard to find a company as fairly priced, timely and honest. Their technicians do an excellent job of client education and customer service. Zach and Joseph were wonderful and we will continue to use T&T personally and refer to my clients.

    I had to double check to make sure their reviews are legitimate before I called, because their review scores are so high that they look fakeI had a blockage in my main drain. Their technician Robert made short work of it. It was $450 charge with a $179 weekend fee but it was worth it. I called at 7:30 am, the technician showed up at about 8:45 am and had it cleared by 9 am. Robert was incredibly friendly and helpful, he deserves a raise

    Our technician, Alex, was awesome! He helped us with our with our main issue, an amperage problem in our garage. Also, he was able to mount our TV and hang a ceiling fan with ease. Both issues weren’t even requested in the original visit but he was able to do them anyways. Such a nice guy too. I would absolutely recommend him again!

    Wonderful service and professionalism. We had someone come out to add a transfer switch and interlock kit for our generator, and also swap a light fixture. Above and beyond on customer service. We had misplaced a necessary light fixture piece so our service rep came back in the afternoon to finish the job once we got the new part. Really excellent! Thanks so much!!

    We had Thompson & Thompson look at some issues we were having with our HVAC system, which they not only fixed but took the time to show me how it had been shoddily installed in the first place, and how I can maintain the units myself to keep them in better working condition. We had also been having some electrical issues that our previous electrician was some combination of unable and unwilling to help us with, so when we learned as T&T members we receive a free electrical assessment we took advantage of that and I’m glad we did: our electrician, Josh, was clearly knowledgeable and patient with me in explaining our issues and how he would troubleshoot them. By the time he resolved the issues, quicker than estimated, I had the incredibly rare feeling that someone servicing our home took pride in their work and had our interests and satisfaction top of mind rather than just collecting a check. I’m beyond grateful for this.

    My second shower stopped working, and after some searching, I found a plumbing company called Thompson & Thompson, which was referred to me by a friend. I spoke with customer service and they scheduled a service for me. There was a small issue after the work was completed, but Mr. Terry called me and resolved it quickly. I appreciated the professional and efficient service, and I will definitely consider doing business with them again in the future.

    Thompson and Thompson was discombobulated with my 1st service call but redeemed themselves by showing me the responsive & efficient company they advertise to be! There are a lot of companies here in Savannah that dont care about their performance but Thompson & Thompson proved to me that they do!     The plumber, Ben, gave me a courtesy call 30 min before he arrived. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, and gave me a cost estimate to repair my toilets. Ben, finished the job in a timely manner and had me verify his work, which was excellent. Ben was friendly, competent, and professional. Additionally, he gave me a military discount. I am extremely grateful for the service I received and would recommend them without hesitation!!

    Josh Anoes is great ! He and Jake stayed through the rain until the job was done. Josh came out and did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need . It was because of him we avoided a potential catastrophe in our home . He identified it immediately placed a short term solution and then came back out immediately that week to fix the entire problem. I feel a huge weight lifted off our shoulders with the new wiring and protection from the weather !!!! And the best part the price was more than fair . Jake was so patient and hard worker !!     Hello,I would like to thank the two gentlemen who came out to my sister-in-law apartment on 6/24/24 at Cope Street, Savannah, Georgia. They diagnosed the electrical problem and explained everything that was wrong and the game plan for repairing it, very professional and knowledgeable in their field of expertise. One of the gentleman was a retired Warrant Officer in the United State Army that quickly took charge along with his partner worked for 2 hours and returned power in the two rooms in the apartment. Awesome job from a Quiet Professional and Partner! Sorry, I couldn’t remember the names of the two individuals, but appreciate them in helping my sister-in-law through this extreme hot weather to give her power in the rooms.

    Cory and Justin came to repair a leaking pvc pipe connected to my AC unit a little over a week ago. I was instructed to wait a week before having the damaged areas repaired to ensure the leak was fixed, although I was assured the repairs were successful. So I followed those instructions…. The damaged areas are currently being restored! I was recommended by a friend who sees Thompson and Thompson vehicles all over the city, so they said they must be a reputable company. I’m glad I called they were able to get me in immediately. The entire staff from the in office staff to the field technicians were very courteous, polite and professional. Justin and Cory were very effective and great with ensuring I was completely satisfied!A few days later I needed a HVAC technician’s assistance. Once again I called Thompson & Thompson to service my needs. This is such a phenomenal company! In this hot Savannah weather I was not put on a week long waiting list, Jonathan Holt-Smith came to service my HVAC in two days. He actually arrived on the beginning of my appointment window timeframe given, so I didn’t have to endure 86 degree weather conditions all day.     Tareyon was great to work with. He took the time to listen to what we were trying to express to him even though we didnt know all the professional terms he was patient with us (senior citizens). He was just the opposite from the young lady I spoke with when I called for help in getting someone to come out and look into the problem. With Tareyons help and patience we were saved from a very dangerous situation that could have caused us our lives. We are very grateful for caring employees such as Tareyon. He is definitely an asset to your company. He deserves a 5 plus star and we do hope he is recognized for the excellent employee that he is.

    We were in need of a new A/C unit right after buying our new house. Thompson & Thompson was our first call due to the great reviews. They did not disappoint!     On the first truly hot day of summer, our 20+ year-old HVAC just gave up the ghost. Sitting next to it was our 31-year-old water heater, whispering “here, hold my beer.”We called Thompson and Thompson, and they were like an all-star pit crew racing to the scene. Everyone who came to our property was nice and professional. Thompson and Thompson may not have been the cheapest option, but the attention and customer service they gave, were more than made up for the price. They even made our wonder-dog, Bennington, feel important.After our TRANE HVAC and Bradford White water heater were installed, they pointed out that our 50+ year-old electrical panel, which had been recalled in the 1990s, needed replacing. We also discovered that the HVAC was hot-wired to the main breaker, which was a serious safety hazard.From the first service technician (John) to the last electrician (Alex) and the 15 or so people who worked quickly to get us back up and running safely, the Thompson and Thompson team transformed our entire service system from a dangerous disaster to a valuable asset and added value to our home.Your appreciative customers - Sam, Jerry & Bennington.

    The water pipeline in the front of my home developed a bad leak and had to be repaired. I called Thompson and Thompson, and spoke to Courtney. She sent technicians, Milton , and Corey out to address the problem. They repaired it, and did an excellent job! I haven’t had any more problems with leakage! Courtney, Milton, and Corey, have excellent customer service skills! All of them were very helpful, nice, friendly and professional! Keep up the good work.     So, so happy! This company did this job for $1k less than we were quoted from another plumber. We have a house built in the 1950s and our bathrooms are an awkward shape and Nick did such a great job! The place is as clean as it was before he came and he installed two new toilets and a disposal! The dispatchers were very nice as well. Highly recommend this company and Nick especially.

    Excellent experience with Thompson & Thompson from the friendly, prompt office staff to the technician, Milton Hepner. Our hot water heater went out, we are new to the area and was not sure who to call. We talked to a few neighbors and the company that kept coming up was Thompson & Thompson. Mr Hepner informed us what type water heaters were available, the pros and cons of each, the cost and then let us decide.     After several quotes and poor customer service from other electrical service providers, the crew at Thompson and Thompson were fantastic. From the office staff to my technician, Bobby, they were all great. I run an art gallery in downtown Savannah’s City Market. I had a checklist with several items that needed to be upgraded and improved. As with most old buildings, there is existing wiring from numerous “upgrades” in the past.The job ended up being more involved than originally anticipated, but Bobby found solutions to every new “discovery” and actually did upgrade everything in a timely, professional and practical way.He was there when he said he would be, and began working from the moment he walked in the door. He had to return the next day to finish up and he put in the extra time and effort to make sure the job was done exactly the way I had requested. Actually, it was even better than I had hoped for.     Ben did a great job prepping my water heater to pass an inspection for a real estate sale. However, I suggest that T&T get a full complement of cpvc fittings so he doesn’t have to go chase them down himself. There are a lot of homes with cpvc that need updating which means cpvc bushings and reducers will be needed to change from cpvc to PEX. Ben spent a lot of time running around to get a fitting that, if present in his van, would have saved him hours of time.

    Weve recently been having trouble with our water heater. We had to call Thompson & Thompson out a couple of times to look at it. With the age of the unit in the end we decided it would be best to replace it. They gave us estimates with options, which I liked and advice ( Preston )as well. They replaced the system in a very timely manner, well ahead of expected. Preston was great, gave us good advice and even took the time to explain things to my husband on the phone. I really appreciated that.The only negative thing I would say is, the first time they came out to fix the water heater, the pilot light went back out in a matter of hours. When I called back the next day to let them no, we had to make another appointment and wait another week for them to come back out. Which we also had to wait a week for the first appointment. I my opinion since they didnt fix the problem the first time, our problem should have taken precedence over other first time appointments, and not have to wait another week to be seen again. Also we paid them over 500 dollars for the first visit, since we ended up replacing the whole system which was very costly I personally think it would have been nice if they would have taken something off that price for that first visit.

    I rented a large two-story house west of Savannah, GA. The upstairs HVAC could not keep the temperature below 75 degrees during the summer. The property owner asked me to have the AC inspected. I called Thompson and Thompson based on their reviews I found on the internet. The first technician that came to the house was very polite and professional. He did the usual checks and told me that everything seemed to be as it should be but admitted the system was not producing enough cool air. He told me he was going to ask that dispatch send a more experienced technician, which they did. The second technician repeated what the first technician did and admitted that everything seemed in order except for the temperature of the air exiting the vents. He did a complete inspection of every component in the entire system, something you normally would not do on a routine inspection. He discovered that about eight years previously, someone replaced the evaporator coil with a coil made for a different model AC system and a system that used a different type of refrigerant. My system used Freon R12, which was being discontinued due to environmental concerns. Therefore, the manufacturer had stopped making the evaporator coil needed to replace the defective coil. The technician explained to me that the coil that was installed was too small, and the tubing was too narrow to handle Freon R12. This improper repair caused the system to run too often, which caused my electric bills to be higher than they should have been. The shabby work also caused unnecessary strain on all of the other components, including the compressor and air handler fan.I am seventy years old and have lived in the South most of my life. I have had AC problems in the past. Usually, when an AC technician has attempted to troubleshoot one of my AC units, he tells me that the unit is old and needs to be replaced. Thompson and Thompsons technician did what you expect an AC technician to do. He determined exactly why my system could no longer handle the heat load in my house. With that information available, the owner realized that it would be necessary to install a new system. He did not need a technician to tell him.I do not believe 90% of the other AC repair companies in the Savannah area would have gone through the lengths that Thompson and Thompson did to determine what was truly wrong with my system.I highly recommend that you call Thompson and Thompson for all of your HVAC needs. Thompson and Thompson also provides electrical and plumbing services. And they sell several brands of HVAC systems and offer attractive financing plans. You will not make a mistake hiring Thompson and Thompson.

    I had issues getting my security system and doorbell camera to work with the existing wiring/electrics in the 1965-era home I just purchased. The previous owner had done a lot of DIY work, and some of it simply wasnt correct. Mr. Walter and another technician arrived same day (within about an hour, in fact) assessed the problem, gave me their price, and we agreed to everything before they got to work. There ended up being more wrong than I expected, and the work took some time. But they didnt leave until it was all done and everything was working correctly.     This company is so great. I had a mysterious water leak and sent a message on their web site on Sunday. Someone called me shortly after (on a Sunday!) and had an appointment for me first thing on Tuesday. On Tuesday, the house was inspected - the culprit was a slab leak, unfortunately - and we decided to repipe the entire house. They were able to start this immediately; even though I said over the phone that I might just want the free consult, they booked me for the day in case I needed a lengthy inspection or repairs. They came back the following day and finished everything. I paid exactly what was quoted, and the price was lower than pretty much all the estimates I received online. Both guys were terrific (George and Michael) and did an awesome job. They were nice, thorough, and very accommodating. I cant believe how quickly this company responded and did the work I needed!     I contacted Thompson & Thompson to conduct a camera inspection of the sewer lines as part of my due diligence to purchase a home. Sure enough, the video showed 2 decent sized holes on the sewer pipe between the house and the street. Part of this was due to the fact that a trap had not been originally installed, so random holes were made to access the pipe. I subsequently used them to make the repair which meant replacing a 12ft section of the sewer line. They called to let me know their ETA then gave a call when work was completed and provided photos to show the work.All in all I was impressed and very happy from the beginning: they responded quickly and were able to accommodate an inspection when I was at the property for the larger home inspection. I had the video and their findings shortly afterward and was able to use this info in my negotiations with the home owner. Video doesn’t lie! Amanda and the team were great helping schedule and reschedule the work when I had to change the date. Their price was competitive. They made the whole thing fairly easy for me, which I appreciated very much as I was out of state.I highly recommend them!

Major repairs were needed and we could not have asked for a more professional and conscientious plumber than Marc. He worked by himself for about 1.5 hours one day and 9 the next day. We would recommend Marc and T&T to anyone. T&T was also very responsive in getting a mold expert by today too.     Was having issues with our toilet being clogged, called around 11:30 am and at first was given a window time around 5-7pm. Which was fine because we were happy to have a same day appointment.     A falling tree limb took out our power. We put in a call to TNT and they juggled their schedule to help us out during some really hot weather.     Marc was very helpful and professional. Originally the quote to clear an emergency blockage was around $400. He was going to use a scope to look on the inside of our pipes, but since he couldnt, he didnt charge us for the service. That made our bill drop to $350 which included the chemical to help keep our pipes clean. Great service and great company! Their services come with a 30 day warranty which really gave me some peace of mind

    Maurice H. showed up for our clogged pipe that was making the toilet back up into our shower. He was professional, knowledgeable, and didn’t give up until he got the clog out. He tried to snake it through the outside clean out pipes (which had almost zero water) and when that didn’t work, he took the toilet off and went down that way with a snake. It took a few times with the snake to get the clog out. Each time I worried he was gonna give up or not be able to fix it. He worked on it until he got it. He didn’t leave until he knew everything worked as it should, and water was coming through the clean out pipes clean not dirty. My son (8) was all in his business and he welcomed him and let him help him. He was so kind and we are so thankful for him.

    Had a leak in an old pipe line that runs underground beneath my home. Of all the companies I asked for a quote, Thompson and Thompson offered the lowest estimate and I can confidently say, they did an amazing job. Joe, the technician, and his partner worked quickly and efficiently to install the new line and even cleaned out and fixed my water meter box that had been previously filled with dirt and blocked by overgrown roots.After the work was complete, I noticed the water meter was still moving a tick every 5 minutes on its own. I notified Thompson and Thompson, and Joe came back promptly and without hesitation, offered to double check the new lines that were installed and the meter has stopped moving since.Overall, I had a great experience contracting this company and will be sure to return to them for any home issues that may pop up in the future.
