    If delivering by tractor trailer it is easier to spin around in the culdesac and back in. The open dock is facing the road.

    Benny came to fix some leaking that we had been experiencing in both of our toilets. He took the time to listen to my concerns and professionally explain what the problem was and how to prevent it in the future. He truly went above and beyond in such a professional manner. We have had a few contractors come in and out of our home since buying it and Benny was by far the best! To top it all off, he did all of this without once waking up my baby who was napping in the other room. Jenkins plumbing was quick to book our appointment and did a wonderful job every step of the way.

    I was told I had a broken pipe in my service yard outdoors, and it was rapidly losing water. The water to my property was turned off. Curtis went to my house while I was out of state. He called me on the phone while he was there, and he was very polite and honest. Curtis said the pipes in my Service Yard were fine. He said a part of the water softener had broken during the unexpected hard freeze. Curtis turned on the water long enough to take pictures of the broken part with water spewing out, and then he texted them to me, so I could see that the broken part was from a part of the water softener. He recommended that I call the water softener repairman. Curtis went above and beyond the call of duty. Whenever I need plumbing work, I will always ask for Curtis. Also, I will recommend him to anyone who asks.

    I called several local plumbing companies about a septic line leak and Jenkins is the only one that could come out immediately. There was a plumber at the house within two hours. Dennis was professional, knowledgeable, and was able to fix the problem within a very short amount of time. The cost was reasonable and we were very pleased. I would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors.

    Recently I experienced concerns with a leaking hot water heater that is still under warranty. I contacted Jenkins Plumbing Company at the directions of the hot water heater maker. After several visits to my home to address my issues, Jenkins Plumbing Company was able to resolve my problems to complete and full satisfaction. The patience and professionalism that they displayed was amazing. Special thanks to Sue, Curtis and Patrick. Jenkins Plumbing Company has certainly won me over as a customer for any future plumbing concerns that I may have. The staff and services provided were terrific!

    Jenkins Plumbing experience,First lest me start by saying a 5-star rating does not come close to being able to describe what a wonderful experience working with this company was. Even if it was dealing with a completely backed up sewage line. The cliff notes are the next few lines for those of you whom do not like to read, Dustin was our service tech that supported us throughout this ordeal. Starting with his work ethic, I was completely blow away I work with people twice his age that do not have half the integrity or heart this young gentleman has (I believe he said he was 25). The investigation and resolve of the situation was completed much quicker than I assumed it would be. The price was very reasonable considering the amount of work required. Never once during this situation did, I feel like my wife, my house or myself were customers. Dustin treated the situation as if he was working on his own house, his attention to detail and willingness to go that extra bit during the actual resolution of the problem all the way through the clean up was realistically more effort than I feel I would have probably done myself. While my experience was mainly with Dustin (this gentleman deserves a serious raise if possible) the day when they needed to cut my driveway to gain access to the problem portion a couple other gentleman showed up (sorry I forgot their names), both of those gentleman represented the company to the same standard as Dustin had provided.

    Commode installation. If you want fantastic plumbers call Jenkins Plumbing. I liked their customer service from the office Sue to in the installers. Very quick and professional! They were in and out in a little over and hour to install 3 commodes!

    2 gentlemen arrived to install 2 toilets and 2 sinks for us. They were very courteous and professional installing all within a couple of hours. They’re very busy so be sure to schedule accordingly. Worth the wait.

    Im a first time homeowner and my water pipe burst in my front yard. A house flipper friend of mine suggested Jenkins plumbing. I was very pleased with the quick response, care, and amount of communication that the plumber had with me. He explained everything and answered all the novice questions I had. The price was reasonable, competitive with other local companies that i called. Its comforting to know they have a 1 year warrantee on the work, hopefully I wont need it though.
