    I initially received a quote from another company, but the technician told me I should call Canady’s. I’m so glad I did! Brandon came out and listened to what I wanted in a new system. Gave me a fair quote and made the financing easy! The crew that came out was great! The company was so accommodating when I needed to rip out wet drywall after they removed the old system that had leaked all over the laundry room. They installed the outside unit and came back the next day to finish. That gave me the time i needed to rip out all the drywall and install new before they came back. Donovan was amazing! He knew exactly what he was doing and was able to work with the space constraints. Definitely recommend this company for new install or maintenance. Thanks Canady’s!

    We rent out our Carriage house and are very blessed, its occupying rate is extremely high, and only had a two day window to replace and install a new hvac system.Our hvac contractor of 20 + years ,knew our tight schedule and was “padded the unit price” of the new unit and installationI had friends tell me “call Canady’s “ hvac .Willie came out and measured the home for square feet and figured the btu’s needed to heat and cool it.He then inspected the home to find the correct replacement unit for our needs.He gave us lots of options of units ,from…. some pretty much the same unit that’s there and also some of higher efficiency that would have a much less operating cost, but all with there installation and service after the saleWillie explained the pros and cons of each unit & We went with a higher efficiency unit. (It was very competitive with the unit the old hvac contractor suggested BUT $6 thousand dollars LESS !)Raul and his installation team are wonderful , and did the complete installation in about 6 hours!Our unit is ready to be rented, and it was a very seamless processThanks Kristin & Randy

    Canadys sent out a wonderful service person, Andrew Riley. He was professional and friendly. He worked around our family as he fixed our system. Canadys uses a wonderful, digital process that allows the homeowner to see exactly what will be done and then after shots showing the work that was done. Canadys sends an email with the photos Andrew showed us before he left for the day. (And, I was so glad he was willing to work until almost 6 pm so that we didnt have to have him come back in the morning. Great!)

    Chris was awesome!!! He came and it took him 5 minutes to figure out the problem with our system. I definitely will be requesting him. But over all I would recommend Canady’s for all your hvac needs. It really is a one call that’s all type of business. Great customer service and they do a good job!     Ive had a great experience with Canadys! Our tech, Caleb, was excellent. He took his time and was very thorough. It took a few weeks for the part we needed, but once in came in, Caleb had our AC fixed right away.     I am here once again praising Canadys workmanship and professionalism. Devin Todd was our technician today and he was incredibly thorough, friendly, and efficient. He went the extra mile to survey our attic for evidence of rodents and advised us that fresh rodent droppings were visible and to have it checked out. He did not have to do this, but he did, because he cares! He also took the time to locate my extra air filter that was buried tucked away in the attic. I always trust that I am in good hands when Canadys shows up. Thank you Devin for an incredible job!

    This is by far the best Plumbing company I have ever used. From the time Scott showed up to my door from the time he left was super nice, interacted with my family, answered questions and showed me step by step of what he was doing.     I was absolutely thrilled with the service I received! Not only did our tech, Aaron, quickly diagnose and repair the issue with our HVAC system, he thoroughly explained various aspects of the system so I could have a better understanding of how everything works together! He was exceedingly patient and professional working under some challenging conditions. I also appreciated working with their office staff. They were able to explain all of their policies to me and scheduled our tech visit for the very same day! I was very impressed from start to finish and will absolutely be using them again!

    Kyle was amazing! My mom had to come to my house while I was at work. He helped her bring in all of my Amazon boxes and even played with my dog.     Aaron was very pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable. He took his time and thoroughly inspected my system, inside and outside. When he completed the inspection of my furnace, he showed me the video of everything he did and where the issues were. When he was showing me the coils and the leaks, in my head, I was expecting to hear. Oh great this is gonna cost a fortune, however, he informed me don’t worry about replacing them because my unit is old and it will cause other issues later on to include my outside unit. He never tried talking me into buying a whole new unit, he gave me his recommendation on how to keep my unit running for now. He did inform me come February they’re having a free furnace February and you buy the outside unit that is a route on why I try doing.Great Job Arron thank you!!

    Raul Espinoza and his team did an outstanding job replacing our 30 year old HVAC. They were very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and QUICK! We could not be happier! For the fist time since buying this house, we have high quality A/C and heat. Highly recommended!Update: Brandon Deal came by a few days later to check on the new system. He realized the line going to the thermostat was inadequate. He arranged to get a new one put in, which a Canady team (sorry, didnt get their names) just finished putting in. WOW! The air has never come out of the vents this strongly. We are absolutely thrilled! Thank you Brandon and todays team!!

    Their service is very professional and thorough. Drake was able to explain every aspect of our diagnostic and maintenance and had our best interest in mind. He showed us all the options we could make and which repairs would fix our problem and which ones he recommends for better performance for our AC system that aren’t necessary to pay for but how it would help in the long run. The best thing in my opinion about this company is that they have installment plans which is super helpful for when you need your AC fixed but don’t have $9k lying around.

    Andrew just left from checking my septic and plumbing. He informed me I did need to get septic pumped at some time in the near future. He was very polite and friendly. I felt comfortable with him. He did replace some fixtures under my sink that were clogging up and as far as I can tell at the moment did a great job. I was disappointed in how expensive it was to do this work but I needed it done so I had him get it done. He also told me other things that could be done with my pipes to help me out. He is sending me quotes on those. I wish the quotes were good for longer than 30 days. I told him I can’t get those things done right now but May in the future. He was informative about any questions i asked.

    I had a backup of water and sewer in my house. I called about 6 businesses and was told several days at most places. Canady put me on a wait list and scheduled me for the next day. Within less than 2 hours they called and said someone was on the way. I had previous issues and they listened and checked everything out. They did a great job! I highly recommend them.

    Eddie from Canady’s came out to do a cleaning and check up on my system. I just purchased the house a year ago and inherited the system that was installed by another company. During inspection, Eddie discovered the fan was cutting out. Eddie went above and beyond in getting the replacement part covered under manufacturers warranty and even provided a window AC temporarily while the part was ordered. It was truly a wonderful experience as a customer and I would highly recommend Canady’s.

He cleans up after himself and provides you with a detailed understanding of what issues are taking place and the steps needed to correct them.     Todd, the technician, did an amazing and professional job. He quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the required repair same day. I would give 5 star rating except for the face that the original estimate he received from the office was @ $1000 higher than the actual cost of repair apparently due to confusion regarding the product warranty. I called to verify the cost and Brittany at the office quickly identified the error and adjusted the bill to the correct charge. Thank you Todd and Brittany!

    Our technician, Edwin, was amazing! This business has the best customer service I have experienced in a long time! They kept us updated on the arrival time so we did not have to sit at home with an hour lead on his arrival. The text to confirm the time had his picture and a short bio about him. He texted when he arrived and was right on time. He was professional, friendly and did an excellent job! I cannot recommend this company enough!

    Complex plumbing inquiry. Ultimately I need to get my septic company to come out. He was knowledgeable in his recommendation and his reasoning.     We had an emergency plumbing situation. They were very kind on the phone as well as quick to respond. I love that they send you a photo of who is coming and when they are on their way!     After having my HVAC unit installed two days prior I noticed a leak from a joint connection of plumbing associated with the unit. The communications by this company are great. Confirming text messages, the picture and a bio of the tech coming to do the work, a reminder the day before and notices they are on the way day of. Timely and knowledgeable. They keep my units, and I have a bunch of them, working well. I dont know what others prices are, but everything is expensive now, so hard to gauge where they fall, but who cares. They show up and do good work. You get what you pay for. They work on my primary residence and another place. Im keeping them forever unless they give me a reason to switch.

But a sensor in the 22 month old HVAC unit. I am extremely disappointed with the Rheem product that was so highly praised sold to me by the sales advisor… the techs are always very courteous and professional.     First class as alwaysBilly was so courteous and helpful. Everything was taken care of with the exception of a water filter which hadn’t been ordered. Billy said the it would be installed at no charge.He found a faucet in the guest bedroom that had a loose handle and fixed it right away.He was going to check my outside hose faucets but ran out of time. I want him to carry forward on this inspection and do that when you’re men come to install the cold water filter.I am very pleased with Candy’s and have never had a bad experience.     Andrew came out because we had backups in multiple first level drains. He decided to check the clean out by the septic first before snaking the house clean out. Good on him. After opening it up we determined the septic was full. Just had that pumped two months ago. So we then figured out the drainage field was bad. Not what we wanted to hear, but at least we determined what the problem was. Came out same day too, so greatly appreciate the time and effort.

    Chose Canadys after merely attempting to obtain a comparison quote for reference, but their extremely knowledgeable employee, Kevin Roberts, provided so many answers to questions that I didnt even realize had gone unanswered by the first company that the intent behind getting a quote quickly converted to choosing Canadys instead. My impression of the other company was already slightly colored by suspicion just based on their salespersons somewhat pushy approach which is why I sought a comparison quote to begin with, but then I discovered that I didnt even need the larger unit they were pushing on me and even how getting a unit too large could lead to mold issues down the line. Kevin was not pushy whatsoever and patiently answered every question I posed. So now I have a brand new system that is actually appropriate for my home and it was installed quickly and professionally. Definitely pleased that I went with Canadys!!
