Called to have plumber come out and replace non-working disposer. David arrived and proceeded to run all the tests we had done and came to same conclusion -- new disposer. Upon taking off old disposer he noticed a wire had come loose and fallen down inside . He reattached wire- did a test run and then proceeded to put existing disposer back in place. We really appreciate the honesty , it would have been very easy to put in new disposer and we would never have known!! Older people are often taken advantage of, nice to know there are still honest people in the world!! We have used them before and will again if situation arises.Diane was super helpful as well in sending someone out quickly. Thank You!

Highly recommend this company! They came to our house a few months ago because we had standing water in our yard. They quickly repaired the problem and billed me for it later. Yesterday we found out a different pipe right next to where they were working had deteriorated too. We called Mr. McBride up and him and his crew were at my house the next morning. He and his crew fixed it for us for free! They truly care about their customers and understand how expensive it can be to continuously have to pay for plumbing repairs. Very thankful! He said he really appreciated our family’s service to our country through the military and were happy to help us out! Now I can’t promise free work but I can guarantee a job well done! Great guy. Great company.

I had a serious backup in my drains and after calling literally a dozen plumbers, I finally got lucky. A very kind receptionist at Gary McBride Plumbing contacted two of her men and they came to my house after their last job. They were efficient, kind and thorough. They even cleaned up the bathroom before they left. They really saved the day for me, and I don’t know what I’d have done if the hadn’t been able to help. Highest recommendation.

My 15 year old Water Heater started leaking yesterday (Wed) afternoon. Called Gary McBride Plumbing and was told they could be at the house in the morning (Thurs). Gary and his crew showed up on time and had the new water heater installed in the attic in less than two hours. Great service and a great crew!

The plumber, David, was here same day. Had the issue figured out in less than 30 minutes. After we had another plumber out that was going g to charge $672 to remove a toilet to find a clog when it was actually the pump not working. Took the time to show me what the problem was and explain everything at length. Thank you, David, great customer service and very knowledgeable!

When they came across a problem in the process of a repair, they contacted me immediately. I have an older house; they have helped me stay in it. I plan on completing all repairs and will call them as soon as Im ready for the next install!

Installed a new water heater at a rental property. Had a small issue which came up but I do not believe it was due to their fault. Gary was very responsive in handling and resolution. There was a minor cost increase resulting from the issue but I believe they were fair in their resolution of handling it. I would be happy to work with them again.

I bought my home in Pooler in 1999 and have been having sewer plumbing issues for the past 3 years. I have forked out thousands of dollars with the issue not being fixed. Come to find out I had roots growing in my pvc pipes and was quoted a ridiculous amount of money to replace 18 of PVC piping and was told part of my concrete had to be removed for access. A friend told me about Gary McBrides plumbing and suggested I give them I call. Over the phone I was given a quote a third of the price. Garys crew was professional by ordering line locates to determine where all lines where and had the job done in one day. The concrete wasnt even touched. 50 of 4 sewer pipes was replaced to include replacing a flange on one of my toilets. I am beyond thankful to the Gary McBride crew. From now on Gary McBrides plumbing will be the only phone number programmed in my phone. KUDOS guys, job well done! Unbeatable price, dedicate crew, and Integrity.

After trying a couple of other companies, and having one try to charge $1500+ just to break out the excavator over a pipe that I myself found was only 3in deep, I saw Gary McBride off of hwy.80 and gave them a call. Theyve now fixed multiple broken pipes on my property and even the one time they legitimately had to use the excavator it was less than $1500. Their guys have been honest, shown me the issue before fixing when possible, and just handled their business when I didnt have time to come to the property myself. Since Ive started using them Ive sent a few neighbors their way and everyone has thanked me for it. Cant suggest them more highly.
