I’m so pleased and happy with Sam Jolly’s technicians. I think his name was Juan, it was on December 3, in the afternoon and I called that morning. They showed up on time, they had the part readily available. And completed the work within an hour. They were polite. They were respectful. Was referred to Sam Jolleys plumbing by a friend and as she stated, they were punctual, professional and informative. Had a meter leak and was nervous as it was somewhere exterior of home. I was extremely happy and relieved with Joes expertise/service. Not only did he reassure me once he found issue hed be able to fix but he took care of immediately, gave me options of coverage without any pressure, was friendly, explained procedure thoroughly and accomplished solving issue. I called for a kitchen faucet install and they were able to send someone within a couple hours. Josh was professional knowledgeable and friendly. His work was fast and clean. everything is working great. I will be sure to request him again the next time I call. I really do have to say that I’ve never had any bad experiences with Sam Jolly’s plumbing , which I cannot say for most of the plumbing companies that I have used in the south Florida area. They are usually reliable and on time and their prices are reasonable.Thank you for keeping your work at a good level.

Probably one of my best vendor experiences in South Florida. Pablo came out and explained all the issues step by step. He gave various recommendations that would help minimize the impact to my home and family. Then they worked diligently and with efficiency to finish all the repairs quickly. They found a solution so I wouldnt be without water overnight. Then the cherry on top. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. Both inside and outside the house. They also beat the price of their competitor. Hands down recommend if you have a leak or major plumbing challenges.

Pablo was personable, professional and successfully changed the valves and spigots on our washing machine where, prior to this, the cold water came out in a trickle. Now, we have great pressure for both cold and hot water. He got this done in about 1/2 an hour. This is my 2nd time using Sam Jolley Plumbing and recommend using them for all your plumbing needs.

Pablo spent hours clearing my line, and he found the root cause of the issue— which several company’s I worked with could not. Amazing attention to detail and all around great communication. I am not even sure where to begin with this review. George, and his buddy (as I like to call him), Desmond,, came out to help replace a water heater in my condo. They did an absolutely phenomenal job. They arrived and were very kind, honest, and just overall wonderful people. While they worked, I truly felt that I was with family, with how easily the conversations flowed and when I asked questions, they had no issues and answered me so I could easily understand what they were working on. I had another issue (NO fault of theirs) and George came back out to save the day the next day as well. Truly an amazing experience and I would most definitely hire them again. Both George and Desmond are awesome at what they do and extremely great people to have around. Who ever says its a pleasure to have a plumber around..... normally nobody because it means there is an issue with your home.... however, it was an absolute pleasure and I almost feel like pretending there is a leak so they can come back out. All jokes aside, if you need a plumber, dont look anywhere else... these guys can do the job and get it done right and like champs! Thank you both for everything.

Unfortunately the smell did not go away BUT he helped do find the next best people for job and replaced a piece in our bathroom that needed to be replaced. Needed a plumber urgently on a Sunday, called Sam Jolly and within a couple of hours Scott arrived, knew exactly what was needed, went and got the parts and within an hour or so, the problem was resolved. Surprisingly, probably the best plumbing company with whom I’ve ever worked. Had an unfortunate situation on a Friday at 4pm with clogged drains and toilets that wouldn’t flush. They were open, took my call, did not quote me exorbitant after hours or emergency pricing. DJ, the plumber who came to my house, was the best. Polite, articulate and knowledgeable. Was very thorough, gave clear explanations and fixed the problem for a fair price. DJ is a quality representative for Sam Jolley’s of which they should be very proud and grateful. I can highly recommend this company.

This is my second review of Sam Jolleys Plumbing in less than a month. They initially came to my house to repair an active spraying pin hole leak in my copper pipe. They promptly repaired the leak and showed me the damaged pipe segment. Then they warned me that where there was one leak there would possibly be others, especially in Miramar, Florida due to the poor water quality. I had no idea how bad things were until I had to call them back because the water mitigation company discovered moisture behind other walls with an Infrared Camera. Over 10 additional leaks were found so we made the decision to quickly repipe the whole house.We called Sam Jolleys again and their quote to repipe the house with PEX was so reasonable we also decided to take care of additional overdue issues and replaced our water heater, garbage disposal and two toilets. Every step of the way Mark P., Ivan and Joe kept me up to date on the next steps. The work started promptly after the holidays and lasted for only a few days.Sam Jolleys made something that sounded really scary and destructive (knocking holes in your walls to run new pipes) as quick and painless as possible. They took extra care to make sure they only cut as much drywall as they really needed to and also provided plastic covers to limit the spread of dust. The end product looked professional and is working so much better than the original plumbing in the house.I cant recommend them enough for any plumbing needs.

I had a bathroom that was completely clogged. I called and was given a time the same day within a few hours. The tech Alex t came out after he called ahead to notify me on his eta. He came in and reviewed the issue then he came to terms with the cost and he went to work. They were great and would recommend them. My only PSA is don’t use flushable wipes.

Hector from “Sam Jolly Plumbing” is excellent at what he does; he is a true professional! He originally came to replace our broken down garbage disposal, which he did…But then I asked him if he could take a look at one of the sinks in our “newly remodeled master-bathroom” that was leaking. Without hesitation, he said “No Problem” and went to work to fix it, which turned out to be a very labor intensive job. He really went out of his way to fix the defective sink that even the original company who installed it couldn’t figure out how to fix.Hector, is an incredibly hard worker with a positive, “can-do attitude” and he is very easy going, while still staying laser focused on the job in front of him.He is not only a true professional but a good person, that I would trust in my home and highly recommend to anyone!

Kameron is wonderful. He is knowledgeable and he did an excellent job. He was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him for work anytime. I went through 3 other plumbers trying to find the leak in my mom’s kitchen. Which they did not find. A ridiculous amount of money later I found Kameron. Unfortunately black mold had started to set in and that was whole other issue. Once all that was taken care of Kameron came back and completed the work and now my mom’s kitchen is beautiful. Was not happy to find my water heater gushing like old faithful today. I called Jolleys plumbing based on their good reviews, and George came out.George was very knowledgeable and so personable.I was actually shocked at how much it cost to replace a water heater (searching online showed that Jolley’s prices are on the upper end of average) but he really helped make the situation brighter, and I would rather spend the money hiring a professional then get a not so thorough job with someone else.George also took the time to give me some pointers and look into some thing in my kitchen.He took away all of the debris, including the old water heater.My 12 year old girl normally’s would stay in her room, but she enjoyed his personality as well and told me that “the money was worth it because he was so nice”.

If you want honest, competent plumbers, theyre the place to go. I had a clogged toilet and bathtub drain, and he had to go through the septic outlet on the roof to get it cleared. The first time he came, he couldnt get to the outlet because my solar panels covered it, so he had to come out again once I had them removed. There was a service charge for the first visit, and that was subtracted from the cost of the repair on the second visit, which i wasnt expecting, because it wasnt his fault that he couldnt fix it the first time. He said he could take the toilet out and try to clear it that way, but didnt recommend this because it would cost twice as much and he might not be able to clear the clog that way. Again, I found this highly unusual, and perhaps I just had a bad experience with the other company for my previous plumbing issue 5 years ago, but I was not expecting him to be so straightforward and honest with me. He also told me what caused the clog (someone throwing so-called flushable wipes down the toilet) so I could avoid problems in the future. I highly highly recommend this company!Update - 2 years since first review - i just had a leak in my washer faucet and got the usual excellent service from Sam Jolleys Plumbing. I cant say enough good things about this company - if you want honest, extremely competent and nice plumbers who are happy to answer stupid questions for a very reasonable price, this is the company to go with.

Chesly Dugazon came to my home very professional. He put covers on his shoes before entering my home and he fixed all the issues. Chesly didnt waste any time. He was precise, explained everything and I didnt feel as though he was ripping me off. I was very disappointed after the first plumber; Kyle Martin came the week before and didnt fix the issue and then charged me again for another visit and on top of it said that if I gave him a tip, he would not charge me as much. Thank God, they sent me Chesly the second time around. He got the job done! I would highly recommend him for any job.

Quick, easy and even gave a follow up call, along with a heads up of when the plumbers were on the way. If I owned a plumbing company Scott and Ian mirror the type of people I would want on my team. They definitely deserve a raise or bonus. For starters, they showed up to my house with a positive, professional, can-do attitude. They assessed the problem and worked very well together. Cant recommend these guys enough.Water heater broke and partially flooded garage on Tuesday morning. Called Sam Jolley Plumbing Tuesday around 3pm to set up an appt. They arrived the following day early AM (as promised and with a preliminary phone call 30 min prior to arrival) and installed the new unit in < 3 hours. It was an easy installation in a wide open garage but they did it quick and the new water heater equipment looks great and is highly-rated (Bradford White is the brand) . Cost was very reasonable and about 10-15% less than the competitive quote we had. Scott and DJ were both great: prompt,.professional, well-spoken guys who answered all my questions. You wont go wrong with this company which I also understand is a veteran-owned business, and that definitely factored into our decision to choose them.

Our hot water heater broke over the weekend that Tropical Storm Eta hit South Florida. As you would expect with all the subsequent flooding, just about every Plumbing company was swamped with calls about leaks and other related events. The technician who came to our home arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions regarding the different options available to replace our broken water heater.
