Just wanted to say that Payless was such a great experience to work with. I called them and immediately they came and detected the problem with the water leak that I was having. They replaced a galvanized pipe from the water meter to the house. They were efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. They caused no disturbance to the tenants which is huge for me. The price was also unbelievably fair and helped me maintain my budget. Will continue to work with them in the future.

REALLY impressed with these guys! They were very responsive, communicated well, arrived promptly, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Equally as impressive was the fairness of the pricing. I am blown away by how thorough Payless Plumbing was in getting our master bathroom unclogged, but then made sure they checked the entire house to make sure they understood the scope of the issue. Couldnt recommend more highly!! Wow!

Stephan and his crew are excellent. They show up on time, complete the work on time, and they complete the work within the budget! Their work is excellent quality. They always clean up when they are done, and they are pleasure to have in the house. Construction is often stressful but Stephan and his crew make it so much easier.

I needed some plumbing help, so I called Payless Plumbing. Their customer service was great and they scheduled a convenient time for the plumber to come over and fix the issue in my bathroom, which was turning into a mini pool. The quick response, price, and the actual service were awesome, and they will now be my go-to company for any plumbing problems. The plumber was really nice and explained the issue, so I understood what was going on.

Omg they came in like rockstars. I was frantic with water all over my floor. My water heater had gotten a leak. It was so bad it was running into my neighbors shared wall. They came in and within 24 left everything like new. They even did me the favor and took out the wet carpet. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Steffan and Roger!
