Don and his staff at My Plumbing Company are the most trustworthy company I have ever worked with in South Florida. They went above and beyond to make sure I knew the scope of work and explained everything every step of the way. I had my house trenched, cast iron removed, and PVC installed. My mind is so at ease with the professional work they did.

Great company to work with. Very reasonable prices. Lindsay was very helpful called right away to set up an appt. William DeRpsa show up on time. Left everything clean checked that everything was working. He showed me everything that was replace. Very respectful, very honest. Highly recommend them.

I contacted My Plumbing Company, since they were a local plumbing company, to provide a quote for replacing my main shut-off water valve, which had rusted.I spoke with Lindsay, at their office, who inquired what type of work I needed & scheduled a time for their plumber to come & provide a free estimate. She explained their plumber would call at least 1/2 hour before the appointment to let me know their estimated arrival time.As promised, William (Bill) DeRosa, called, to let me know when to expect him & arrived at the promised time. He looked at the old shut-off valve & quoted me such a reasonable cost, I decided to have him replace the three hose bibbs & my leaking shower valve cartridge in the master shower.I signed the work agreement & Bill did the work that same day.The following week, I called & spoke with Lindsay to get a quote for removing my old bathroom cabinets/toilets & install new ones. That same day, the president of the company, Donald Dunn, left me a voicemail to give him a call so he could get some more information, so he could provide an accurate qoute & send the right people for the job.I called him back the next day, providing the requested measurements & the expected timeliine of when Lowes would deliver the new cabinets, faucets & toilets for my two bathrooms.Lindsay called me back & provided me a breakdown of all the costs, & when they would send Tyler to come & tear out the cabinets.After that, Bill & his helpers came out & everything went so smoothly. They even worked with me to push up the install dates, when the cabinet replacements arrived a couple of days early, so my expected guest would have a finished bathroom upon their arrival.A week later, I reached out to Lindsay again & she sent Bill out to replace my kitchen faucet, which I discovered was leaking & put in a new garbage disposal.My sincerest thanks to Lindsay, Donald, Bill, Tyler & everyone else who took care of all my plumbing needs.

Bill and his associate provided highly efficient, professional service, first to provide estimates for our insurance company, and then to repair a broken pipe in our home. They communicate clearly and are prompt. They completed a tidy, elegant re-route in less time than we expected such a job would take. We recommend them highly!

Another job well done. Bill is such a pleasure to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and he works fast. Due to a break in my main water feed, debris got into my lines causing a partial blockage in my kitchen faucet cold water line. Bill cleared the line quickly and full pressure was restored.

From the first call I knew I made the right decision working with this company. They were patient, understanding, responsive and the labor charges were extremely reasonable. Jaime was fantastic to speak with and was very knowledgeable. Quick appointment time and the plumber showed up on time as promised. He was extremely professional and kind. He took his time and fixed the problem with the sink. I would use this company again and again and highly recommend them.

I had a great experience at My Plumbing Co.! The receptionist (Jamie) was pleasant and efficient and scheduled a repair visit for later that same day. The service technician (Dan) was on time, knowledgeable and worked quickly. The cost was MUCH less than I would have paid with a larger company!! Based on my experience with this and other plumbing outfits, I highly recommend My Plumbing Co.!!

Last summer My Plumbing Company had a huge job tunneling under my house to replace 43 year old cast iron pipes. They did an excellent job and I was completely satisfied. Today, I had a toilet problem in one of my bathrooms. Don (the boss) came withing an hour, spent several hours diagnosing and fixing my problem and then refused to charge me, even after he sent Bill over to reset one of the toilets. I heartily recommend My Plumbing Company.
