I want to give a big thank you to Adrian and Steven who worked so diligently all day and the great remediation service they provided. They worked tirelessly to ensure all areas of mold from a bathroom leak were eradicated. They were courteous and respectful of my home, taking such care to protect my home from the impending demo they did and cleaned everything so well that my house looked like nobody was there. It was a very big job and they handled it with such professionalism and answered all my questions with patience. I was very anxious throughout the process but they ensured everything would be fine. I highly recommend this team of gentlemen, and they really were just that, if you ever need remediation in your home. I cant thank you enough for all your effort and help.

This company has been very accommodating and pleasant to work with from customer service, Roy who came out and access the damages and explained the process, as well as the technicians assigned to handle the mold issue in our home. The remediation tech from Full Pro Services is such an awesome person. His name is Adrian….He did a fantastic job on my mom’s kitchen/ laundry room that was having a mold problem due to a water leak. I spoke to my mom and she was amazed at how much better the whole house smelled after Adrian was done. I would highly recommend this company for any mold remediation.

I had an issue with a major leak from the upstairs bathroom. I contacted Full Service Pros. I met with Roy and discussed the game plan on what was going to get done. The next day, his men showed up, and what a great job they did. Not only were they fast but extremely thorough and completely respected my home. They were careful while doing their work and were extremely detail oriented. They went in and did an incredible job. After they were done, an inspector came in and checked for any additional leaks and mold and even told what a great job Full Service Pros did and to top it all off... the gentlemen that came in to do the work were extremely friendly. Im so glad I got Full Service Pros to do the job.
