My water heater died over the weekend. I called Bradshaw as they were local to me and had great reviews. They were able to get someone to my house within an hour of calling. Joey was great, he walked me thru my options, was not pushy and ultimately I decided to replace the unit as it was nearing 10 years. Joey was quick and clean. He removed and installed the new unit in less than an hour and a half. The pricing was also very fair as I had gathered several other quotes to compare. I will be using them again for any plumbing issues in the future, great company!

Its always a challenge finding honest, trustworthy, reliable companies in South Florida no matter what the service is. I think Bradshaw Plumbing is one of those businesses. Our plumber, Joey, showed great knowledge of his trade, and best of all was able to solve our kitchen plumbing problem without unnecessary procedures and expenses. I think we got lucky that the other companies we called at first were not available, and Bradshaw had a Monday morning opening for us!

Worked with Joe from Bradshaw. He was extremely responsive, knew exactly what the issue was and how the address it. The entire process was extremely above board. He knew what to do / how to work with my property management company. He also caught issues that would have been ignored by other contractors. Those other contractors offered slightly better rates, but I would rather have quality work, professionalism, and excellent communication for a few extra bucks. I look forward to using Bradshaw for all my plumbing needs!

I have used them for years now. There has not been a single time they have let me down. Always professional, fast, knowledgeable and most importantly they ACTUALLY FIX the problem. I own a few different properties and use them for each one. The last visit I had the pleasure of working with someone named Joey. He not only found the leak, he had it fixed in no time. To this day, it hasnt been an issue since. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bradshaw Plumbing. They are literally the only company I would recommend to friends and family.

Ive used Bradshaw Plumbing on big jobs; to replace our rotted cast iron pipes and smaller, to install new water lines & fixtures on bath vanities & basic toilet repairs. We had an emergency at our house in Delray Beach on a Friday afternoon at 1:30. Bill Bradshaw sent 2 of his crew to us. Joe called and said theyd be by us at around 3:30. They arrived promptly and took care of a major back up we had, that rendered the washing machine, laundry room sink and kitchen sink inoperable. Thank you, Bradshaw plumbing! You saved us! This is the second time in 2 years, we had a problem and needed attention ASAP, and the second time Bradshaw plumbing came through! They came highly recommended from a close friend, and they did not disappoint.

I really dont know where or at what stage of my home renovation I would be in right now if it hadnt been for the Bradshaw Plumbing team . We have a small home in Oakland Park, Florida built in the early 60s. We called Bradshaw in after another plumbing contractor broke my below slab, cast iron drains during a high pressure power jet of my lines that was ordered by my insurance carrier in their investigation of a water back up claim I reported. Bill and Joey responded immediately and identified the extent of the damage showing me all the points of break before ever even discussing the scope of work. Once I felt comfortable that the home required a complete re-pipe, Bradshaw priced the job almost $1000 lower and with more actual pre and post plumbing work/prep than two other local, reputable plumbing contractors. They then offered to help assist with whatever written or photographic documentation necessary to pursue the liability claim filed against my insurer which was eventually paid. Carol in the office then held my hand through the entire permitting process and Joey, their Broward county plumbing technician, arrived early and stayed late daily to finalize the re-pipe of the home in just under a month which included the stops in work due to the two inspections (which passed without issue) required by the city of Oakland Park. After the re-pipe was complete, they then recommended and placed a call to an excellent concrete contractor who came in and did a phenomenal job patching and putting back my slab in a half days time.Bradshaw has now completed all the plumbing work in my home including copper line repairs, fixture installation, hot water tank repair, re-piping, cleanout installation, and replacement of all valves/stops/traps. My project is now complete and all the plumbing passed all inspections without a note or any corrective action necessary. As an insurance adjuster in a profession where I am constantly surrounded by contractors and construction work, I can honestly and without hesitation say, Bradshaws work rates as the best that I have ever seen.I have also now had the opportunity to refer Bradshaw to several other jobs where they continue to receive the same complimentary praise. I make no hesitation in recommending Bradshaws services and urge the reader of this review to look no further for a plumbing contractor. Make the call and speak to Carol.

Hello everyone :)Was very apprehensive and stressed about choosing the right plumbing company, but i think i chose well by choosing Bradshaw Plumbing.From the first conversation with a lovely lady by the name of Carol, i felt great about my choice she was super nice and easy to accomodate. Just had to leave an internet note of how awesome this company is. Its so refreshing to deal with an honest, local company instead of the many fly-by-nights that have invaded S. FL. I had been having a random leak coming from either my sink or dishwasher. This morning I awoke to a large puddle of water on the kitchen floor. I knew I had to get someone in before it got any worse.I called Bradshaw after looking up some other companies. Joe was at my door within two hours of my call. He checked everything out and discovered it was actually the ice line running from my sink to my fridge...it had a slow leak but was a ticking time bomb. He replaced my flimsy line with a much higher-grade of tubing. Voila - problem solved.My master bath sink was also very clogged which he took care of in two seconds. He was very knowledgeable and gave some great suggestions. I thought pricing was very fair.All in all, I would recommend this company and I now have a go-to plumber who I will be calling for any future needs.

Have been using them since building our first Boca home in the early 80s where Bill and crew did all our plumbing start to finish. From emergency water heater replacement to plumbing several more houses, changing out old fixtures for updating, and locating under slab leaks, we always rely on his experience and no nonsense service work when the need arises. They also service our commercial property, so we have to know theyll someone when an issue arises. Tested over time and timely when called. Great service and a shout out to Joey of the crew!

In past experience plumbing companies have always sent either unqualified technicians or have been extremely over priced and felt more like a scam than service. I am so glad i have finally found somone who i feel i can trust. After calling carol who was extremely pleasant, i was sent 2 young guys who showed up on time and took care of my water heater issue quickly and at a great price. After this experience i wouldnt dream of using any other company. Highly recommend.

I called them for the first time due to a broken pipe right by the water meter. Super courteous on the phone. They called me back few minutes later that the technician would be there in an hour.He came 45 minutes later, fixed everything, checked and checked again.Very reasonable priced as well. I cant speak highly enough about Bradshaw Plumbing. I have used them for years and would never call any other company. They are always professional, knowledgeable and show up on time. I added an addition to a 1959 house and they did an outstanding job with the tie in of the new plumbing into the existing structure. I have also used Bradshaw for general plumbing needs such as unclogging toilets and installation of new fixtures and appliances. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend!!!!
