I have worked on renovating this 10 unit building for 3 years now and experienced a bunch of contractors. Bob Smith Plumbing stands tall among them.I met Jimmy, the owner, who showed up within 24 hours of being referred, was professional and informative.His entire staff are really on their game customer experience wise from timeliness to support, to kindness. Kat was great and Loni, who seems to be the face of the brand (she is the one you communicate with the most), is amazing.They did a great job, my property was respected and looks great after the job was done, and they kept me informed every step of the way.I recommend them wholeheartedly. This company is amazing! Every single staff member from owner, office staff and technicians is professional, punctual, knowledgeable , friendly and courteous. They go out of their way to put the customer at ease (we had them tunnel underneath the house to replace old pipes and very really nervous about such a big job). Everything went without any problems and on time. Everyone let me know at every step so I never had to worry. Truly an amazing company. If you are looking to complete this type of project for your home, do not even bother calling another company. Bob Smith is the absolute best at what they do. From the first phone call I knew I was in good hands. When I had more complex questions, I had a direct line to the president. When I had project related questions, my phone calls and texts were answered immediately. When I had a very unusual (but fixable) problem occur, the team bent over backwards to make sure that it was resolved and I was happy. Bob Smith is 5-star because of their two core competencies - tunneled pipe replacement (they are EXPERTS) and customer service. These two things are the secret sauce to their success and I am so happy I selected them to replace my drain lines and sewer pipe, and have already referred them to two other homeowners. Bob Smith Plumbing expeditiously came to tunnel and replace our cast iron pipe under the foundation. We werent experiencing leaks, but were being proactive. It has greatly improved our plumbing drainage - no more water bubbling up in the kitchen sink when doing the laundry and our bathtub drains quickly too. They have a great team, all working together in harmony. I was impressed with the whole process. Great job and great communication!

Faced with the huge expense of tunneling under the house- Bob Smith Plumbing made it as painless as possible. They were on top of communication the whole way, chose the least destructive spot to dig, and the staff was pleasant and professional. They turned out to be less expensive than the other bid we got, and the other guy told us theyd have to dig up a 10 hole in the front of the house. Bobs guys dug a tiny hole I wouldnt have thought possible for a person to work in. Super impressed, and highly recommend them to make the process as painless as possible.

Bob Smith Plumbing helped my wife and I tremendously. We have a home that was built in 1964 and has cast iron pipes. We have been chronically troubled with our kitchen sink basins and dishwasher backing up or not draining and over the years it cost a small fortune snaking. Finally after interviewing 3 different plumbing companies and costing more than $1200 to try analyze and fix the problem Jaime Villegas President of Bob Smith came to our home and explained how we can use their service to Tunnel of all thingsas opposed to tearing up our kitchen floor which was remodeled in 2017. This would have caused us to tear out and replace 1,000 sq ft of tile and the mess and interruption would have been traumatic, not to mention costly.This company orchestrated the Hydro Excavation, tunneling, replacing a kitchen line which merged to the Main line all in one day. The follow up required tearing out and replacing with cast iron with new PVC kitchen pipes and filling the tunnel with lime stone which was done in about 4 hours. The team was courteous, friendly, mindful of our property and surroundings and cleaned up as though no one had ever been conducting work at our home, except for the fleet of trucks that were needed both times to start and finish the project. Bob smith is the best for underslab cast iron sewer pipe replacement. I shopped for the best in price. They are in and out completely in 2 plus weeks. After final plumbing inspection, inspection, it’s finished. At no time was it here and inconveniences . You can use the plumbing except for some brief times.when I buy my next home, if it has cast iron, I will use them again.

Jimmy at Bob Smith gave a professional estimate to update my pipes to PVC from Cast Iron. He explained about a wait time but actually performed the job earlier. The job was done quickly and timely. Once re-inspected my property was put back like they found it. Francesca kept me up -to-date and completely on track during the entire job. Their was even a credit off the estimate due to less work and digging. I would definitely recommend Bob Smith; they were great to work with and very honest.

I was so happy with Bob Smith Plumbing! We had some issues with a toilet backing up too frequently and ended up needing to replace the pipes under our house. Jimmy came out to give us and estimate and was able to answer any questions we had. What normally would have been a headache was made an easy experience by everyone on their team! Even found a cracked pipe in the kitchen arm that may have otherwise gone unnoticed, The guys repaired this with no issues and cleaned up after themselves. I was most surprised when they managed to put my landscaping back pretty much exactly how it was before the work was done.10/10 Experience I would definitely recommend Bob Smith Plumbing for anyone who’s having pluming issues.

Bob Smith Plumbing (BSP) did a most outstanding job in fully replacing our 55-year-old cast-iron under-house pipes with a brand-new PVC system --- which has worked like a charm since project-completion. The work remained under the house during the entire project, and there was minimal turn-off of water during the process. The cleanup after completion was thorough. BSP has our highest recommendation.

I had the old cast iron pipes under my house replaced with new PVC pipes. The time and cost estimates for the permitting and work were on the mark. They did the tunneling under the house on a Saturday as I was flying home from vacation. By the time I got home at 4pm, they were just leaving. On Monday, the old pipes were removed and the new pipes were installed. On Tuesday, the inspectors did their thing. On Wednesday, everything was back filled and the job was complete. Very professional and efficient. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends. They earned all 5 stars.

I can not begin to tell you all how AMAZING this company is.Jimmy, Kat, Loni and the entire staff are as caring and professional as it gets. I have many sixty year old buildings with deteriorating plumbing systems that they are replacing. The projects are on schedule, and completed on time with minimal impact to the occupants. The pricing is straight forward with no games or up charges at the end on the project.EVERYONE SHOULD USE THEM FOR ALL THEIR PLUMBING NEEDS.I highly recommend them to all.

I am absolutely thrilled with the work by BSP. I had showers backing up and toilets gurgling; my 60 year old cast iron sewer lines were a mess. From the very first phone call, Francesca and Jimmy were AMAZING. They helped me temporarily patch the most critical issue, and came back a few weeks later to replace all of the old pipes (theyre so good that they are in high demand and had quite a few jobs they had committed to complete before mine). Francesca was super communicative and talked me through every step of the process. The teams that came here were polite, hard workers, and worked together extremely well. The teams take a lot of pride in their work and dont settle for mediocre. I recommend BSP for cast iron pipe replacement without hesitation.

I am taking the time to write this review because Bob Smith Plumbing was without a doubt one of the most professional organizations I have ever dealt with. I have been in the contracting industry most of my life so I do not say that on a whim. From Jimmy in estimating and Francesca and Kat in the office down to the guys who tunneled underneath the house, everyone was professional, organized, informed, responsive and hard working. They went above and beyond what there contract covered. After dealing with so many different South Florida contractors, it is refreshing to know that there are still companies that take pride in running a professional organization. We love these guys! They are super fast, honest accurate and can sniff out a tough problem. They recently saved our bacon when our hotel had a major plumbing issue. They stuck with the job and even convinced the city to make the necessary repair quickly at no cost to us! I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone! And, by the way, we priced another big job wtih 6 other companies and then learned that not only were they the least expensive, but for the job we wanted done, they were the one who the other companies would have outsourced the project to anyway!!!

We had them come out and replace our collapsed drain pipe from under our house. They did this by tunneling under and back filling when done. They finished the work in the time that they estimated and actually refunded us money when the length of the dig/pipe was less than estimated. We had the horrible under-house cast iron sewer pipe rot problem. As bad as this is, Bob Smith was great to deal with in getting it replaced. They are true professionals and know this pipe replacement work very well. Never a huge mess, always prompt, no delays once the job started. Ours was complicated and more envolved than originally conceived but again they walked us through our options and helped us make good decisions. Their on-site crews were very courteous and helpful while here for our days-long project.

I was having issues with backed up plumbing. I called Roto Router and they came out hours after the call, cleaned my lines and then it happened again,. Called RR again and again they came out snaked out the line and called for a camera. The camera showed apparent build up (I wasnt home for that, nor did the tech that did the work tell me where the problems were or gave me a copy of their findings). They said the price tag would be $17K plus, plus and they would have to rip up the inside of my house. I just went though the death of my spouse and hearing this brought me to tears. I knew their had to be a better way.I called my local plumber and he told me to call BOB SMITH PLUMBING that was all they did. They are honest and excellent at what they do.Before I do anything I research and research and research the company. I began on Angies List. People could not say enough nice things and everyone was a an A+ I was hooked.I called set up an appointment. Jimmy came over gave me a price to re plumb the house and a camera price. He asked if the other company gave me the pin drive with their findings and if they said where the issue or issues were. I said no to both.I paid $350 to have BOB SMITH PLUMBLING camera the lines. They went through all the stacks on top of the house and the clean out front where I am sure Roto Router only camera that location.Low and behold Jimmy an honest guy from an honest company! Gave me the pin drive and told me his findings. They dont look as bad as the other company made it out to be.Im no expert but like I said I researched and knew what I was looking at. It would have been an easy $27K for Jimmy at BOB SMITH PLUMBING to tell me the same thing the other company did and take my close to $30K for a replumb, but Jimmy at BOB SMITH PLUMBLING did not do that!!! And that is why I wanted to write this review.This company is an A++++ and Jimmy is also an A++++. He was personable, knowledgeable answered all my 50 thousands questions and best of all followed up with me!I have dealt with a lot of vendors over the last year and never felt so good about spending $350 for a second opinion. Thank you BOB SMITH PLUMBLING for letting me see hope their are honest people still in SOUTH FLORIDA.
