FO Electric LLC was a blessing for me and my home!I was not the first owner of my home; I was the second owner. My house was built in the 1980s; I bought the house many years later, and there were many things I did not know about the condition of my home at the time I bought it.Well my home became an ordeal to live in because a severe mold problem developed in my basement, due to groundwater seepage into the basement during long, extended periods of rain. The mold problem became so severe, my son developed serious respiratory problems!I had to seek out professional demolition, mold remediation, and mold removal services. Once my basement had been demolished and gutted, and my basement was 100% mold-free, the problems with the electrical in my basement became strikingly obvious, even to a non-expert like me!Wires were hanging freely in mid-air; wires were fed through holes in the concrete foundation, without sheathing or protection; there were very small diameter wires running singly in loosely associated groups without protection or consolidation; and there were outlets near sump-pump wells and a clothes-washing machine which were not GFI outlets! Even to a non-expert like me, it was obvious that the electrical work done back in the 1980s was inferior, potentially dangerous, and not up to code!So I reached out to FO Electric and owner/electrician Alex Frac for help. They were located in nearby Plainville, Connecticut. When I phoned him, I found out that Alex was very busy and booked up, and yet he told me hed be willing to come out to my house on a Saturday!Alex arrived on time at my house at 8:00 a.m. the next Saturday; he was friendly, professional, and focused from the outset. With me tagging along, Alex inspected the electrical in my basement and diagnosed all the problems that needed to be fixed. He explained to me in plain language what the electrical problems were; and he told me in clear terms what needed to be done to fix those problems.Alex then quoted me a pricing estimate; his pricing was very fair and reasonable.Soon afterward, Alex arrived at my home to perform all the electrical work that needed to be done. He was accompanied by his assistant Colleen, a friendly, licensed journeyman electrician. They got to work immediately; and knowing my home was in the care of skilled, capable hands, I left them there to concentrate on their important job.When I came back some hours later, I found the electrical in my basement utterly transformed! All the old, poorly functioning overhead lighting strips had been disposed of, replaced with new, bright LED lighting strips; all the old, shoddy wiring had been removed, replaced by new, re-run wiring; all the wiring had been brought up to code by re-running new wires; the open-air splices had been fixed by re-running new wiring; and safe, new GFCI-protected outlets had been installed for the equipment that was near water.I thanked Alex and Colleen for their excellent work. And I gladly payed Alex the price we had agreed upon beforehand.What a blessing FO Electric turned out to be!I would highly recommend Alex Frac, Colleen, and FO Electric LLC to anyone needing electrical work!They get my very highest rating!Sincerely,Kevin Tangney

Highly recommend FO Electric! Professional, knowledgeable, honest, fair. You won’t be disappointed!We’ve used FO Electric for multiple reasons- biggest being installing the electrical for our hot tub, as well as fixing the wires connected to our home during a hurricane when they were ripped off.Very reliable! Alex showed up when he said he would. Can’t say enough great things about this business!

Alex was very professional and prompt with his service. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Took the time to explain to me the entire process and steps he needed to take in order to rewire my entire home. You won’t be disappointed in his service! Highly recommended.
