Generator Supercenter, we would call them Generator Superstars! What a great company! We have never submitted a review of anyone before but their outstanding expertise, efficiency and caring helpfulness has prompted this. They are absolutely the best. They came and resolved a problem left by our original installer. Everyone we dealt with Dan Ava,Sel, Robert, Jeremy and Trevor did an excellent job. We were always updated on the progress of our job. They followed through on their promises. We had our generator installed today. The 4 installers were great. They were all knowledgeable and let me know exactly what they were doing. The installation took less time than I was expecting. The whole process was quick, from start (getting a quote) to installation (about 2 weeks and would have been installed sooner but we went out of town). Would and will recommend. Can’t wait for the electric to go out:).

We recently purchased a Generac generator from Generator Supercenter of Pittsburgh and I highly recommend them! From first contact to installation was only a few weeks when other installers were telling me the earliest they could install a generator would be the fall. The prompt follow through on our inquiry and on our questions shows the quality and integrity with which Dan operates his business. Everyone at GSP is highly skilled, knowledgeable, courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with. They arrived on time and worked diligently to get the installation completed. We are so happy to have the peace of mind that a Generac Home Standby generator gives us. You hope you never need it but when you do need it, you’ll be glad you have it. Generator Supercenter of Pittsburgh is terrific.UPDATE: June 27, 2024So, 11 months after our Generac generator was installed, we had a power outage about 10 days ago and needed our Generac for the first time since it was installed. The generator operated exactly as it should. Since it was the first time we needed the generator, we had a couple of questions concerning the operation, not sure if what we experienced was normal or not. I called Generator Supercenter of Pittsburgh and spoke with Ava about our questions. She suggested having a technician come and run a diagnostic on the generator to be sure everything was okay. Trey came today promptly at the appointment time and ran his diagnostics. He answered all of our questions and confirmed that our generator operated normally and exactly as it should. As with every person we have dealt with from GSP, Trey is exceptional. He was professional, courteous and, obviously, very knowledgeable about his work. I cannot recommend Generator Supercenter of Pittsburgh highly enough. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you GSP for having our back and making sure that we have peace of mind with our Generac. Truly, this is one of the best investments we have ever made!

Im happy & fill Ive made a great investment. People have asked what it cost. I tell them the truth. I think I scare them. When you start getting older you can not handle trying to drag a generator from a garage & leave your front door open to run a generator. My brother has done that. He had to do that to hook up to the breaker box. Thats scary & not safe. The generator kicks on like clockwork every 7 days to make sure it is operating. We had a power outage 1 day this year (a month ago), within 1 to 2 seconds the generator kicked in & no lose of anything. You could hear the generator running, as soon as the electric came back on the generator shut off. When I tell people how much, which includes ALL OF THE PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION, I think I scare them away. I have know idea what people think but the generator does not install itself...unless they can install it themselves then I can say the MORE POWER TO THEM. I will tell you that I am quite happy & feel very secure w/my major purchase. Its a very good investment...you NEVER KNOW WHEN OR HOW LONG YOUR POWER CAN BE OUT. F.J.Roman

These guys were outstanding! We went through Lowes and were contacted within 24 hours by Chase to come out and do an assessment of what we needed for our home. He was super knowledgeable, professional, and set expectations for the full end to end process. After finding the right generator for our home and appliances, the generator was ordered and installed just a few short weeks later by Jermey and Rob. Both also extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and super respectful of our home, schedule and property. The install took a few short hours and we were guided the whole way. After the job was done they did a thorough walk through and explained everything from operating manually and the weekly test runs. We could not be happier with our purchase, YOU GUYS ROCK!
