Tri-West has been having a lot of issues over this last year as I survived a cancer surgery in June of 2020 but sometimes their hands are tied and other times it’s just.They represent Veterans Care and should be a bit more helpful than just forget about you.They are in the process of changing over to a Community Care program which I hope doesn’t have the same billing hiccups.Overall the Choice program is better than the prior way the VA was run, but not by much and at this rate will soon be as bad or worse.Tri-West is now referred to as Community care.

I have had several dealings with TriWest in Pheonix since they are the VA provider for the Western Division. Every person Ive ever had contact with has been courteous, helpful and very friendly. They have always handled my problem quickly and professionally. I cant believe some of the bad reviews here. And theyve always thanked me for my seervice. They go waaay more than most. Tri-West has always been very fair and prompt with expediting my requests for appointments at usually speed. Most bottle necks come from the VA or overbooked private doctors. They are much more courteous and usually grant me what is necessary for my special needs and requests my health care. I have a complicated list of problems with Squamous Cell Carcinoma. I’ve also had them follow me from state to state Arizona, Texas and Montana without problems. Tri-West also corrects and completes any financial errors from the many companies who don’t have have a clue in the billing procedures. I’d give them a 5 star rating as they are associated with the VA System who seldom get any of this correct, nor an accurate diagnosis missing my cancer for at least a year until I was into the last Stage 4a.

We started using this place through the VA , my uncle has Parkinsons and its hard to travel long distances and set in the VA clinics all day so we asked for local doctors and we ended up here and I must say the difference is night and day , the VA is so full they run you through like cattle but at this place you get plenty of 1 on 1
